Relax in our cosy, modern, two-bedroom house newly built in 2025. It is located minutes walk from Westfield Mall and close to Riccarton Bush and Hagley Park. Each room has its own ensuite! Open-plan living area downstairs and fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. (Note: the projector from the photos is replaced with a TV now). There is one off-street parking. You will find everything you need for your stay: great shopping, delicious restaurants, supermarkets and the best location!

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Located in a beautiful neighbourhood of Merivale & 10 mins drive from the airport, 10 mins drive from the city, fantastic bus access, a 5 min walk to supermarket, boutique mall and some of Christchurch’s best bars, cafes and restaurants. The unit has two double bedrooms, a private back garden for drinks in the sun, and such a vibe. The bathroom is fully tiled and a bit of a show stopper. You will relax here.
