Fantastic property. Even better than photos. The pool and outside area was amazing. Every amenity you could think of was there. Added touch of a Christmas tree and a present under it for our the little girl in our group. Would highly recommend.

Amazing place. Beautiful inside and out (pool, patio dining, garden), modern, and immaculate. Everything was high quality from five star bedding to the well equipped kitchen. Hostess Jules was very responsive and friendly…The property sits in a nice neighborhood high above Christchurch, and our favorite part was on the other side (a short drive) - Taylor’s Mistake Beach and the world class walking trail above and past it. I don’t normally write reviews, but this place was really nice.

Wow! What a superb place to stay. Our family loved staying at Rebecca’s place. Everyone was friendly but not intrusive. The kids had a blast using the heated pool and we all enjoyed the hot tub. The place was clean and well equipped, comfy beds and a lovely deck and big table to enjoy company together. We did trips out to Hanmer Springs, Kaikoura, Arthur’s pass and into Christchurch and the gondola and this place was perfect to get to all of those. I will definitely be recommending to friends. What a beautiful home in a unique location. Our three generations gathered from three countries for a lovely 5 days together in Christchurch. The views from all levels of this home are over the top. With high end cookware, two dishwashers and (my personal favorite and usual airbnb pet peeve) sharp knives, we grilled and gathered for “dinners in” every night instead of going out. Great access to governors bay pier and coffee/pizza just a short walk away. Loved this place so much and would return in a heartbeat.

Have booked the property for me and my girls to prep for my wedding and for us newlyweds to just soak in the moment. Perfect location. Close enough to the wedding venue and restaurants around, spacious, and very peaceful. Love how homey the house is. It was squeaky clean as well. Thank you for sharing your property.

Lovely place to stay, we had a group of our work ladies from all over NZ meet and stay. Fantastic for larger groups bedrooms were just lovely.

Christina's place was lovely and exactly what we were looking for. All photos and descriptions matched what was said in the listing, with everything being perfectly clean before we arrived. There was a great amount of amenities especially in the kitchen which made cooking very simple. Christina also had boardgames in the lounge which was amazing, we spent alot of time playing articulate. Would 100% come back again!

Staying in a brand new home was nice. Most comfortable beds we’ve had. Stairs to the top floor was good exercise for my heart ❤️. It was near the river walk and without a vehicle we got in our 8,000 daily steps. It was beautiful during the Fall with the leaves 🍁 changing color. Flat wide sidewalks and hardly a soul around was nice. We felt very safe but noticed nightly new walls and areas tagged with graffiti. :( Surrounded by parking lots and tight quarters with neighbors we had to keep the drapes drawn shut for privacy. The #1 restaurant in the city is 1/2 a block away. Grocery shopping wasn’t convenient and we needed an Uber.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Although on a busy road it is quiet inside and the location is perfect. Handy to local shops, short drive to the supermarket at Merivale and has a lovely outdoor courtyard to enjoy in the sun. Off street parking makes it easy to get your bags and groceries inside. The living room is a great size and kitchen has everything you need and more. Note that although there's a washing machine there's no dryer, but there is an outdoor clothes line and a drying rack to use inside. 2 good sized bedrooms were perfect for us. We felt right at home here and are sure others will enjoy it just as much. We were visiting family so will stay here again when we come back next year. Thank you Rose.

Incredible four nights in New Brighton. We have been coming for 8 years to a local surf competition and this time was the first staying here. Lovely new apartment, central, cozy and also private. Loved every part of it and Bee was a star with the communication and helpfulness. We will definitely be back ~

Great location, and perfect size for 4 of us. We stayed for the Christchurch marathon and it was the perfect walking distance to the start line! Thanks for having us.

Jing was a great host, super welcoming and easy to reach out to. The place was great with lots of space, clean and very calm, specially for the family. We feel we actually needed more time to explore the area!.

I really think the photos do not do this place justice. It's way roomier than it looks in photos and the absolute luxury of the place is understated. The huge TV and incredible soundbar in the lounge is perfect for the dreary, rainy weather we had. The fully stocked kitchen has literally anything you could hope for. The underfloor heating kept the whole place wonderfully cozy. The rain shower with the beautiful view had perfect pressure and heated up immediately. And to top it all off, STUNNING views directly from the bed. You can't find better, book this place ASAP!

Thank you for accomodating our request and let my pooches in your place, outdoor area and fully fence. Cozy apartment, it’s not a big space but it’s enough to come home to sleep after a day in the city. Bed comfy, the pillows are too soft hehe Bathroom are spacious and living area is good too. Narrow driveway but handy to have parking space dedicated to your stay, easy checking in/out. Will I stay again ? YES!

The house was the perfect place to end our visit home to Christchurch. The house had everything you could want. Great sized house and backyard. The trampoline and kids toys were fantastic. Matt and co were responsive to messages and very accommodating . They even made sure the lights and heat pump were on as we were arriving late. This is a great house and well set up for family’s. We come back home from the UK and would happily stay there again.
