Wonderful Stay at Hip Peas Farm! Our family and friends had a fantastic time staying at this Airbnb in Hooksett, NH! The accommodations were comfortable and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for our getaway. We truly enjoyed our time together and appreciated the kindness of the staff at Hip Peas Farm. They made our stay even more memorable. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience! Thank you for an unforgettable visit!

We had a lovely stay at this cottage despite the weather not being the greatest. We rented for 8 days over the 4th of July week, of which half the days were rainy. However, we were able to cruise around to several spots to watch fireworks on different days while also watching a couple of shows from the cottage dock. You get great sunset views from the end of the dock. The boat dock was large enough for our 25' pontoon while also providing a nice spot to swim and fish in between rain showers (caught a few nice size largemouth bass). The cottage was great and had plenty of space for our family with two full size bathrooms, living area and plenty of bedrooms to spread out. A nice feature of the cottage is the large deck overlooking the lake and rattlesnake island. Since the weather was wet, we didn't try exploring the trails on the island. It is a bit of a hike up the stairs from the dock to the deck & cottage, but not as bad as many cottages on the lake (and good exercise).

This place is simply incredible. A vintage mid century modern gem overlooking a lovely farm with mountains on the horizon. The pictures don't do it justice. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with everything you could desire to host large family get togethers. Philip was extremely responsive and friendly throughout. My only regret is not knowing how to play the piano. We can't wait to come back in the warmer months to see the farm and garden in full effect. 10/10 recommend.

Cindi and Brett are absolutely lovely, respectful super friendly and accommodating hosts. Would stay with them again for sure! The place was super spacious, and cozy and the property was absolutely lovely.

This was such a lovely home! The first thing we noticed was how good it smelled; like wood. The whole home is wood, and there were no diffusers or toxic plug-ins which we appreciated. We stayed on the first floor with plenty of space for our 11 month old son to practice taking his first steps! The kitchen has what you need for basic cooking, but some of the pans were scratched and need to be replaced. There was everything I needed to make my weekly cup of coffee, and plenty of good reading materials/books which was a nice perk. The one bed we used was great (I like a medium firm mattress) and the sheets were clean and crisp. I had to troubleshoot the TV remote a couple times but it was no hassle; instructions were given in a binder along with check out duties. It rained all weekend so we did not get to use the grill or firepit outside, but it was still a peaceful and blessed weekend. We would definitely stay here again!

Siding was very communicative throughout the entire process. My family enjoyed the cottage to ring in the New Year together. We had such a peaceful time. The house was just as described. We were lucky with weather and were able to enjoy a New Year’s Eve hike with great views

My friends and I are photographers who make an annual fall getaway. Mike's place was beyond what we hoped for! It started with great communication--Mike answered any and all questions very quickly and offered additional suggestions of places to go and things to do. The house was located way off the beaten path on a very private road, right on a large pond. The scenery was gorgeous and we didn't really even have to leave the property to find beauty! We really enjoyed relaxing on the porch with it's fire table in the evening! Hopkinton is a beautiful small town that we enjoyed exploring! We hated to leave, but all of us look forward to booking this amazing place again very soon!

Loved staying here! Mason was a great host and responded very quickly if we needed anything. The place was homey and exactly what we wanted for a birthday weekend, and it was perfect for our four legged baby 🐶

We had a wonderful stay at River Run farm. The accommodations were cozy and the farm was fun to explore. The farm breakfast is a must, pancakes were delicious! Absolutely beautiful area of NH

The perfect balance between the comforts of home and a rustic, farm getaway. Hot water is limited, but there is plenty enough to shower. There is no wifi, but there is strong cell signal, and honestly a feature in my opinion. It's what you want in a place like this. We fell asleep to total silence and wake up to the sounds of roosters. We enjoyed breakfast family style at the restaurant on premises. We spent the morning getting to know the many animals on the farm. Our afternoons were spent hiking or berry-picking. Our evenings were spent watching fireflies after the sun goes down. Our only regret is that we didn't use the firepit. In addition to all this, we were left small gifts throughout that made us feel uniquely welcome. We are already looking forward to the return visit!

the minimal photos and description didn’t do justice to the 1790’s era cottage. It has two private sleeping areas that would work for two couples although sound does travel due to spaces between the floorboards. It’s spacious and surroundings are lovely. It’s well equipped with dishes and towels but needing either bar stools or a functioning table and chairs. The grounds beg to be explored which instructions say can be arranged in advance with the owner. We had not done so and thus were restricted by an extraordinarily effective and large barking watchdog large dog that keeps the premises secure from wild animals and wandering humans. Owner was otherwise very accommodating.

Kids loved the house, close to the state park and house has everything you need for a family stay with young kids. Christine was always responsive and super helpful. Great time!

We had a lovely visit to the farm house. Steve was welcoming and accommodating. He gave the kids tractor rides and shared the history of the land. Kids collected fresh eggs each day and spent time with chickens and cows. Sledding and snow showing on the property was a favorite, we didn’t even need to leave. The kitchen was well equipped with what we needed to make all our meals. Ken was prompt and attentive with communication. We loved our stay and hope to return next year!

We had a wonderful stay in Bow. The home and property are beautiful. If there’s snow on the ground, the large hill behind the house is great for sledding. Stop by Treat’s Maple Farm for some delicious maple syrup tapped from the trees on the property. This property is a great way to enjoy winter in New England.

The joy of this place is the lake and the indoor downstairs living area that seems to almost float right on top of it. Do bring a kayak and/or paddleboard if you like those activities. There are a few motorboats on the lake, but most seem respectful, and the lake is generally serene. The house also has a generous deck with a lovely view of the lake. If you can drag yourself away from the lake, there is so much great hiking nearby. The house is dated but comfortable, and the kitchen is very well stocked. As Andrea knows, some windows need replacing--when we were there, the nights were getting quite cold, and there is no heat! Overall, Andrea and her house manager were very responsive and kind to us, and we adored the beautiful setting.

We had a wonderful stay at the barn. It's a relaxing and peaceful location with easy access to Concord. It was so nice to be close the activities we had to attend (a family wedding), yet be able to go back to a quiet spot to unwind. The location is great - we enjoyed meeting the animals, especially Axel and Patsy, and took advantage of the property with a couple of long walks with our dog. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some peace and quiet in a beautiful space. Thanks so much!

This is my second time staying here. Brian was an incredible host and super responsive. He also provided recommendations and made the stay so enjoyable and easy! The apartment is as pictured and as described. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Wellsweep! The house is spacious, easily accommodating our large group with plenty of room for everyone. It’s equipped with so many thoughtful amenities, especially for young kids—there were pack and plays, high chairs, and a playroom that made it feel like a home away from home. We also loved the privacy and tranquility of the property—it truly felt like a peaceful retreat. Would highly recommend Wellsweep for anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and family-friendly getaway!

I have lived in NH my whole life. And in Loudon I grew up and was very familiar with pleasant street. That being said Wind Hill was a hidden gem to me and certainly my British family. We loved the house it’s beautiful with plenty of room for everyone and yet cozy at the same time! The pool, hot tub, pool table and not to mention a jacuzzi off the master bedroom! The trails on the property were amazing! We loved our stay and Jennifer was very attentive to any needs we had!! We hope to bring more of our English family and friends to NH to meet and see family and Wind Hill Farm is the perfect place to relax,entertain and do life together with our beautiful multinational family!
