Peaceful, relaxing, & all the comforts of home. Lyvie’s home is super-clean & very comfortable- plenty of room to relax & unwind. As soon as we walked in we felt at home. Lyvie is a wonderful host w/ excellent communication from booking thru checkout. She thought of every detail to make us feel welcome & have a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-stocked w/ everything we needed; there’s plenty of space & comfy seating inside & on the screenporch; the beds/bedding/pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed a relaxing afternoon at the clean, peaceful & well-maintained community pool. Lyvie is so thoughtful,& clearly cares about her home & her guests. She went the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay, she really thought of everything so we didn’t have to. The location is great- the neighborhood is peaceful, quiet & serene, we could even hear the wind blowing thru the trees. And, you can drive a few minutes & be in the middle of the ‘action.’ If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Host communicated regularly. Quiet space and plenty of room. If needing a place to stay in NH for a large family, this is a great place with a nice outdoor sitting area.

This house was perfect for our needs! Large space with many sleeping accommodations, multiple bathrooms, kitchens, grills, and living rooms which was convenient for our large group. The house is tucked back behind a long driveway which provided us with plenty of privacy. The hosts were responsive, kind, and helpful! Winnipesaukee was ~10 minutes away from the house and the hosts left a list of places to eat/things to do which were all easy to get to. Would absolutely stay here again if going back to the Gilford/Laconia area!

Big Red is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how stunning, spotless, and thoughtfully designed the space was. The wellness amenities truly set this place apart — the sauna, cold plunge, and hot tub created the ultimate spa-like experience right at home. Whether you’re coming with a big group or just a few people, Big Red is perfect — spacious, cozy, and incredibly inviting. The hosts were amazing — so responsive, kind, and accommodating. Every detail was taken care of, making our stay completely stress-free. We only wish we could have stayed longer! We left feeling completely refreshed and already dreaming of our next trip back. Can’t recommend it enough!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The house was absolutely beautiful, and everything was spotless. It was clear that a lot of care went into maintaining the space, making it feel very welcoming and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Very nice and clean house, living room was a great space to relax and hangout. Micheal was quick to any questions and very friendly.

The place was super cute and very convenient for our family of 4. We came up to see the Ice Castles and to head to Gunstock Mountain. It was a close ride for both. Perk was getting some snow while we were there!

The room had beautiful views of the lake as mentioned in the listing. The space was clean and nicely decorated and provided everything we needed for our short stay. The property also had other amenities for us to use such as a pool, hot tub, game room and community balcony. The location was also very good as is close to the beautiful lake and picturesque towns. Would recommend their place overall as was an enjoyable weekend stay.

The place was great. It was clean and the location to the lake and ski mountain was amazing.

The place was great, it had everything I needed for my stay, and I was very comfortable there. My only complaint would be that people in other units could be loud enough to hear sometimes.
