Your hosts live next door and are happy to help, or stay out of your way depending on your needs and wants.

You can watch a rocket launch from the back yard, beach, or many other locations. You have your own entrance and parking spot and our freshly updated guesthouse with king bed waiting for you. We offer you a spot at the backyard key west style covered bar or pool area where you can soak in the sun, watch a launch, barbecue, or just chill. Fully equipped.

Apx. 10 min to Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral. About 45 min to Orlando, Close to Cocoa Village, and Space Center. You’ll feel as if you are at the beach in this stylish Coastal Apartment retreat. River View, located on the Indian River in Cocoa, is a one-of-a-kind destination. This apartment accommodates two adults on a double bed, with an optional pullout for two children under the age of 12. You will be just 20 minutes from Cocoa Beach and the Kennedy Space Center, and an hour from Disney World. Enjoy sunrises and maybe a rocket launch! When you arrive, pull to the bottom of the driveway, park in front of the left garage door. Follow sidewalk to the left to private lower entrance.

Perfect place to relax after a long day at the theme parks, perfect day at the beach or getting ready for your cruise. Beautiful sunsets on the Indian or Banana rivers. Watch a rocket launch or visit Kennedy Space Center. Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral 10 minutes drive. Great location to nearby sports complex. Also Pack n’ Play for the babies.

Riverview w/Dock Fenced Yard Pets Stay Free!

Enjoy peace, serenity and an amazing view of the river from this vintage two bedroom 1 bath 1940’s home. Cozy and rustic, yet updated with central A/C and fast internet. A king and queen bed with memory foam mattress ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. In the morning, stroll to our private dock and catch a brilliant sunrise as dolphins swim by in search of their morning meal. Half duplex, and fully equipped with kitchen and cooking basics. Both halves can be rented together upon request.

Riverfront, Gym, W/D, Dock, NO Chores

2 bedrooms each with a queen size memory foam mattress and a fold out couch in the living room. 3 smart TVs and high speed internet are included. Sunsets from the sun room, coffee on our private dock, daily dolphin sightings. The river view retreat is located directly above the garage (1 flight of stairs to enter). 15 miles to cruise ships & NASA/17 miles to cocoa beach. NO PARTIES! Additional guests allowed with prior approval. Hosts live on site. Free parking on site for 2 cars.
