Spacious 3,650 sqft home to serve as the base camp for your fun filled getaway in GJ! 3 king beds and plenty of space for multiple families. Just over 2 miles to the Lunch Loops trailhead, hiking in the scenic Colorado National Monument, and Redlands Mesa golf course. When you're not out exploring and enjoying all the area has to offer, relax by the heated pool and/or the hot tub. Inside, you'll find 2 living areas, a ping pong and foosball table, board games and books, and plenty of seating.

Bookcliff Ranch Casita

The Bookcliff Ranch Casita is on a secluded, "end of the road" 110 acre ranch a short 5 mile drive from the quaint, friendly, always active town of Fruita - a mountain biker's paradise with 100s of miles of biking & hiking trails. The Casita is close to the North Fruita Desert Trail Head's biking, hiking, horse, & OHV trails. The casita includes access to our pool. We are pet friendly with a one time $40 pet fee per stay. Trailer parking and options for horse boarding are also available.

Across from our luxury shower house with huge mirrors, granite countertops, showers and private family bathrooms. Our cabins have heat, A/C, mini fridge/freezer, microwave, WiFi, and parking for 1 passenger vehicle. Bedding and pillows are not provided. Pet-friendly - Your pets (up to 2) are welcome to join you for a small fee.

The Grant House

Private getaway for the entire family! Pool, sauna, movie room, gated entry, 9+ acres, 4 bedrooms plus an office with Murphy bed. Huge patio that overlooks the pool. This home really has everything you need for an amazing vacation! Pool is closed Nov- March of each year. If you would like the pool heated, there will be an extra charge of $150. The full kitchen is well stocked with cooking staples as well as a Keurig Duo Coffee Maker, Instant Pot and Air Fryer.
