My family had a blast during our stay. It was cozy and we felt like at home. Check-in was fast and easy. The grounds keeper was nice and so helpful. Martha was also attentive and helpful with answering questions. We wouldn't mind staying there again!

Really such a pleasure to stay here. The home is lovely with a great public area. The artworks and mural are fabulous with comfortable open air patios. The apartment was great too. We were very relaxed and happy there. It's a quiet neighborhood, easy to access and so quick to Rosarito and not far from Tijuana at all. I would easily return again. Just one note: the keypad is above the iron door lock. It's hard to recognize it in the dark.

what a wonderful place to stay. Great sunsets and walks on the beach. Great way to relax. The host communicated well with us and got us where we needed to be going. their response time was amazing, we appreciate that. We will come back again next time we are visiting my dad. Thanks again for making our trip much easier.

David was extremely helpful all throughout our stay. We had some questions about how to access the condo, and he responded even late at night. The location of the condo was absolutely incredible—even better than the pictures. We had wonderful ocean views from our balcony and could even see multiple pods of dolphins! The pool, hot tubs, and beach access were also ideal for our relaxing stay.

Jen's place was clean, well maintained, and tastefully furnished. Exactly as in the photos. Jen's communications and responses were warm and friendly. The place was very quiet and in a safe community. We felt at home and slept well. The 2-car garage was clean and spacious. I would highly recommend the place, particularly if you want to be close the southern side of San Diego.

Muy cómodo el alojamiento. El completo es privado con guardia 24/7. El check in y check out sin complicaciones. Los guardias muy atentos. Acceso a playa a dos cuadras caminando. El anfitrión muy atento a lo que llegásemos a necesitar y contestaba muy rápido los mensajes. La alberca muy cómoda. Definitivamente volvería reservar. Muy contentos todos mis invitados.

It was our second time staying at Michelle’s home, we enjoy more and more every time. The sunset by the pool at 7pm was simply breathtaking, We will def plan on coming back 👍🏼

A very comfy clean condo! Had everything you need to enjoy a lil family getaway in Baja. Beach is walking distance from the back gate of complex and Rosarito Beaches are like 5 minute driving distance. Very easy to get into condo and security was very helpful in getting situated.

Está muy a gusto el lugar y muy tranquilo. La cochera te deja mucha tranquilidad y en si el lugar ya que tienes tu privacidad. Está muy bonito y cómodo. Te sientes como en casa

The first apartment that I was assigned had an “ant” issue which the attendant, Margarita took care of immediately by moving me to different apartment. These studio style apartments are very nice and were as neat as a pin. Maria offers a secure parking option for cars if you drove which I took. It was only an additional $6 and worth the peace of mind. There are plenty of restaurant options within walking distance and a Calimax grocery store within a 5 minute walk. Would I stay here again? Absolutely

Armando was very responsive. Felt safe especially the location across the stadium was easy for Don Omar concert. Peaceful would definitely come back. His the best. Don’t think about just book it. You won’t regret it. My experience was above and beyond. Friendly people

This Airbnb was exactly as described. It is new, very clean, and well maintained. It’s located in the neighborhood of Cacho, a very safe and walkable neighborhood. The unit is about a 8-10 minute walk away from a grocery store so it’s very convenient if you want to cook, but there are also several highly rated and reputable restaurants within the neighborhood. The ICON building is very secure with a guard on duty 24/7. The neighborhood is residential so we felt very safe to walk around and it was also quiet in the evenings. Daniel, our host, was very responsive whenever we sent him questions and he made everything super easy, from check in to check out. This is a favorite stay for us in Tijuana and we will definitely be back!

Probably one of if not THE SAFEST secured Airbnb in Tijuana. I will be coming back for weekend trips. Loved it.

By far the best place in TJ! Would highly recommend. The place felt right at home and opens up to a beautiful view of the ocean. Extremely clean and easy to access. Will be staying here every time!

Llegar a otro lugar que no es tu casa y sentirte como en tu casa vale 1000 todo el tiempo estuvimos tan a gusto haciendo nuestras actividades cotidianas, como si estuviéramos en casa, lo recomendamos ampliamente.

We had a great stay! Beautiful view and waking up the sound of the waves was so peaceful. Everything exactly like pictures we will definitely be back.
