For visiting and renting this place you can always take a bus to Mestia from Tbilisi which is cheap and has a fixed timetable from 6 am to 8 pm or if you are feeling a little more adventurous you can take a train from Tbilisi to Zugdidi and from Zugdidi to Mestia with a bus which is also cheap and is available until 4 pm. If you really want to visit this place in a short amount of time you can take a plane from Tbilisi or Kutaisi to Mestia.
