Everything was great, the price was very nice for the location and the busy weekend. Gustavo was more than accomodating for our early check-in needs and has been very communicative with us.

Both Lea and Shawn did their best to accommodate my needs in a warm and exceptionally clean and well appointed room. My early departure and late arrivals were easily afforded with the entry safe. The new and extremely high end appointments and furnishings make for a restful and enjoyable stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kathy's apartment! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. Kathy was a fantastic host, always responsive and eager to ensure our stay was comfortable. We particularly appreciated her thoughtful touches, like the welcome snacks and comprehensive guidebook. We highly recommend staying at Kathy's apartment and would love to return in the future. Thank you, Kathy, for a memorable stay!

The apartment is a perfect location, very close to many restaurants and activities. It was clean and spacious. The host gave very detailed instructions on how to get into the building which was fantastic. Made for a great stay!

Amazing stay, would recommend.

We had 7 families stay over here for the weekend. The house was big enough and had extra towels and linen for all of us. Wish the weather was more cooperative to explore the tennis court and backyard. We will try to come back again. Jordan was really helpful and responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful, modern and well kept home in a nice, peaceful neighborhood. Close proximity to downtown Vancouver and Richmond, walking distance to a playground and park for our kids. The space was great for a large, extended family wanting to stay together under the same roof. The mini theater downstairs was a big hit with the adults and kids. The large tub in the master bath was also a plus. We would gladly stay here again next time we’re in Vancouver.

It was an overall wonderful and peaceful experience. Great place to relax and recharge with big backyard for outdoor fun and chilling out. The host is also really good at responding and willing to help however he can.

Katie's place is great and provided everything as promised. Very quick to respond to any questions at all.

Amazing stay at Hollywood North! We were in town for The Eras Tour, and I was so pleased that Danielle did not try to price gauge us like other people were doing! The price was the same as what we would pay any other weekend, plus, Danielle went beyond and got us a four pack of Eras Tour sugar cookies, which we found upon check-in - such a sweet and kind gesture 🥰 Everything in the home was as described, and it was the perfect place for our family to stay for a couple of nights. We would definitely stay at this place again in the future! And of course, we love Taylor Swift!! 🫶

Beautiful area. Was super easy to find and always had parking avaliable right out front which was very stress reliving. Place very well kept, clean and they were very helpful the time we had to ask. Perfect area to reach everything fairly fast downtown.

I loved staying here so much, me and my family were so sad when our trip was over. The house is so beautiful and in a great neighbourhood as well! There’s lots of nice food, shopping and parks in the area and the area has a lot of liveliness to it while stay maintaining a peaceful setting as well. The host is super amazing, responds so fast for whatever you may need and is so so kind. I hope this place is free more often in the future because I definitely want to visit again!
