Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con acceso a la playa en Metropolitan city of Catania

Le logement était localisé dans un village pittoresque qui incluait d’excellents restaurants et épiceries à proximité. Nous avons profité du bord de mer pour nos promenades. Très bonne localisation. À moins de deux heures du logement nous pouvions visiter les endroits (Siracuse, Ortigia, Catania, Agrigento, Mount Etna cet) recommandés pour visiter la Sicile. Merci Antonietta pour votre accueil!

It's all about the view. Livio's apartment is comfortable, clean, well-maintained and properly equipped. Perfect for a couple. Livio is a helpful and responsive host, greeting us on arrival and making sure we understood everything about (for example) gaining access to the gated area and parking our rental car. Our rented Peugeot 208 only *just* fit in the space. Stazzo is a small and fairly sleepy town - more of a village. The local restaurant and snack bars are good, but limited. Visitors really need use of a car to get to more interesting places in the vicinity. Acireale, Taormina and Etna are in easy reach, with Messina a little further. The most amazing part of staying in Livio's apartment is the sea view from the balcony, looking out over a lava-flow beach. Just stunning!

We had a great time at Dario’s place. Incredibly well located but still very peaceful at night. The space was nice and big with two bathrooms and lots of space to relax as well as a lovely balcony. Dario was a lovely and easy to reach host - would highly recommend!

es war ein toller Aufenthalt, die Terrasse war wie beschrieben traumhaft. Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Kontakt zu Daniela, ihrem Mann und ihrem Sohn. wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden, über Waschmaschine bis hin zum Bügeleisen. die Restaurants in dem Ort waren gut, die Empfehlung waren hilfreich. am vorletzten Tag haben wir, proaktiv von Daniela die Info bekommen, einen Vulkanausbruch noch gesehen. das war unser Höhepunkt. wie haben in dem belebten Ort auch immer einen kostenlosen Parkplatz am Hafen gefunden. nur die Handwerker unten an der Straße waren mit dem ständigen gehämmere etwas störend, aber das kann man nicht ändern. es war ein gelungener und toller Urlaub. danke Daniela.

we were 4 people in Marco and Amber's apartment for 7 days. beautiful, clean and fragrant apartment in the very center of Catania. Mixing exactly as in the pictures with everything you need. in the apartment quiet nothing disturbs the silence in the evening. Amber and Marco were very helpful in everything. they answered exactly to every question. they recommended restaurants and various places to see. we highly recommend this place. next time we will also come to Marco and Amber. thank you for your hospitality and a very wonderful stay in this wonderful place.

Wir können uns den vorherigen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Die Wohnung mit dem Panoramablick auf den Ätna ist grandios. Sabrina und Enrico sind wunderbar herzlich, zuvorkommend und verbindlich. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Sehr empfehlenswert, vielen Dank.

On se sent tout de suite bien dans la "pretty house de Vera" où nous avons eu la chance de passer 4 nuits avec nos 2 enfants. L'appartement est situé dans une rue calme où on peut se garer facilement et gratuitement. Le logement est vraiment agréable et confortable, très propre et joliment décoré, nous n'avons manqué de rien, avec de belles surprises à notre arrivée. Il y a des restaurants et des épiceries qui font dépôt de pain juste à côté et le logement est idéalement situé pour pouvoir sillonner dans toute la région (Etna, Tahormina, Syracuse, Catane,...). Venera est vraiment une super hôte, ultra réactive et très chaleureuse. Elle s'est déplacée pour nous accueillir sur place malgré notre heure d'arrivée tardive et elle a pris le temps de nous donner plein de bons conseils et de bonnes adresses. Un super séjour, on recommande vivement !

wow.... this was an absolute gem. It is exactly like the photos with a world class view from the patio. Giuseppe is an incredibly responsive and respectful host. This was a truly amazing stay, one we dream of one day repeating! Grazie Giuseppe!!!

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed. In terms of layout, design, usability and location, it does not get much better for this price. It is in the centre of a charming small city with everything you need close by, without feeling very touristy. It was great to stay here with a small child, but keep in mind that the entrance has a narrow staircase that is not super easy to navigate with a stroller.

We had an amazing stay at Sergio’s place in Sicily. Honestly, the listing doesn’t even begin to capture how special and beautiful the house is. The location is unbeatable—just seconds from the marina—and you can see the sea from almost every corner of the home. There are multiple terraces and seating areas, and the house itself is incredibly spacious. One of our favorite things was the well-equipped kitchen, which made cooking a real pleasure. Sergio was also super responsive and communicative throughout our stay. He left a very detailed guide full of fantastic restaurant recommendations and local tips, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended!

Perfect base from which to explore Etna, Taormina, Siracusa/Ortigia & Catania. Stunning vistas from the balcony. Friendly helpful locals, plentiful restaurants, many with original (from scratch) Italian home cooking on offer, at reasonable prices. Airbnb spotless, well equipped, generous coffee available & the hidden extras (such as condiments, cling film, laundry detergent) made all the difference. Host’s father, Mario, is an absolute gentleman; waited for us, even though we were running late, showed us around & how everything works & pointed us towards some great restaurants/ places of interest. This is an amazing house on a beachfront road in a charming little town. There is a small square in walking distance that has a nice bar/coffee shop and restaurant. The house itself is lovely with very comfortable beds and amazing views both of the ocean out the front door and balcony, and of Mt Etna out of the two back balconies. Bedrooms are good sized with two full baths on the first floor and a half bath with the bedroom on the second floor. We had 5 adults in our group and never felt cramped. WiFi is good. Hosts are very friendly and helpful and very responsive to questions and give a good list of local attractions and restaurants to try. House is in an area with easy access to both Catania and Taormina, both about 35-45 minutes away by car. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area.

Eine moderne Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet; viele Produkte im Badezimmer, tolles Angebot in der Küche und leckere Begrüßungssnacks. Ganz super die direkte Lage am Wasser, man glaubte, von der kleinen Terrasse gleich hineinspringen zu können. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder; danke, Alessandro, auch für die gute Kommunikation….

Magnifique endroit, Wenche qui s’occupe de l’accueil est top! Des supers conseils, une magnifique vue sur la mer, du calme, un accès privé à une plage. Une maison simple mais très bien équipée. Nous reviendrons certainement.

thanks for the lovely time in Sicily. the view of the sea is amazing and the sunset from the bedroom terrace is spectacular. ideally rent a car that can handle the lovely cobble stone road leading to the house 🏠.

The apartment was a great option for us to stay long-term in Sicilia outside the bigger cities but still close. We enjoyed our stay so much as it is calm with a beautiful view from the balcony, a fireplace inside and so many cozy corners. The flat has everything you need, is well equipped (really enjoyed the beamer for movies and the sound system for music) and Angelo was always so helpful. Acireale has very nice cafés and restaurants and after some days you get familiar with the surroundings and staff starts greeting you as it becomes a regular place. The station is a bit far but nontheless we enjoyed the walk there and so many other cities and places (including Etna, Catania…) are reachable within minutes or hours from there.

A very kind host that gave us a lot of information and was always avaliable. The place was clean and had a lot of basic supplies to cook and water in the fridge when we arrived. The only downside was maybe the paperthin walls where we heard both constructions and the neighbors. The pool was also closed for the season which was a bit sad. On the plus side the ocean is beautiful and the village very sweet and close to a lot of nice things. All in all a lovely stay, we recommend it!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Sonnenaufgang auf der Terrasse und der Ausblick ein Traum. Angelo hat sich schnell und gut gekümmert und auch einen sehr freundlichen Fahrer für den Transfer vom und zum Flughafen organisiert. Auf dem Europaplatz vor dem Haus ist auch Nachts einiges los, aber dank der Höhe der Wohnung ist das nicht störend. Die Nahverkehrsanbindung ist dank des Bahnhofs „Europa“ und AMTS-Bussen (die allerdings hin und wieder einfach vor dem Eintreffen an der Haltestelle - obwohl angekündigt - verschwinden und man so deutlich länger warten muss) gut. Auch eine U-Bahn Station ist in der Nähe. Um Catania kennen zu lernen muss man also kein Auto ausleihen. Einen Tipp von dem netten Transfer-Fahrer geben wir gerne weiter. Pasticceria Verlora & Bonvegna, Via Asiago 60 (also ganz in der Nähe). Unbedingt hingehen: Ein Törtchen-Genussparadies!

Giuseppe è un ospite meraviglioso - molto disponibile, gentile e premuroso. Ci siamo sentiti a casa con lui. La struttura è meravigliosa! Molto vicino al mare, con una baia meravigliosa e quasi senza turisti. Se volete rilassare dal trambusto, la casa di Giuseppe è perfetta! Troverete tutto il necessario per la vostra vacanza: una cucina completamente attrezzata, camere da letto con un letto confortevole e un giardino privato con lettini, tavolo e sedie, area barbecue e doccia esterna. È un ottimo punto di partenza per esplorare Catania, Taormina o Siracusa. Nella zona ci sono molti negozi di alimentari, una farmacia e un ospedale, ma per godere di tutti i servizi avrete bisogno di un'auto, che potrete noleggiare all'aeroporto o ad Augusta. Giuseppe, grazie ancora una volta per averci aiutato a trascorrere un periodo meraviglioso e per il tuo aiuto in ogni fase ! È stata una vacanza meravigliosa! Justyna&Arek :)

Noemi’s apartment was the best one in a row of apartments in our journey. First, Noemi is very respectful and caring - all the communication with her was a pleasure. Secondly, the apartment itself is much better it looks on the photos - it is cozy, qualitative amenities, 2 spacious terraces with beautiful views on Etna and surroundings. Every time we were at home it really felt relaxing. I need to admit fast Internet (was important for me as I was working), well working air conditioners in every room and overall qualitative equipment, furniture and plumbing - didn’t have any issues with anything. As for the location: there is a pool right in front of the entrance. The closest beach is just outside the residence - crystal water, but the beach is doubtful in terms of comfort. The only bad thing about our stay is Mascali itself - not the most beautiful and prosperous place in Sicily, but the residence, its comfort and views drive you away from that

Logement bien placé, à proximité de Catane, de l'Etna, et à 1h de Taormina. Quartier un peu excentré du centre touristique, mais plusieurs restaurants à proximité à Aci Trezza. Excellentes recommandations de visites et restaurants par nos hôtes. Très bon accueil par Julia, nombreuses recommandations et informations détaillées. Logement un peu exiguë si on imagine y rester à 4, mais idéal pour 2 personnes ! Équipement parfait, avec le nécessaire pour la plage, les parapluies si besoin, etc.

We loved this apartment. It was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Everything you need is there. The location is also perfect for arrival by plane in Catania, touring Mt Etna and visiting Taormina. The local area the apartment is in is also beautiful and there is a beautiful view of the ocean from it. Superb!

Der empfang war sehr herzlich es gab auch ein begrüssungspacket mit nudeln sauce zitronen orangen...die wohnung war sehr sauber und geräumig. Es ist alles da was man braucht und die betten sind sehr bequem. Der blick auf den Ätna war atemberaubend. Wir waren 4 tage anfang März dort. Roberto und cettina wären bei problemen tag und nacht erreichbar gewesen was wir aber nicht brauchten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und bedanken uns ganz herzlich für die Gastfreundschaft und wünschen den beiden alles gute.
