DECLINO OGNI RESPONSABILITA' DA EVENTUALI RIMBORSI O RECLAMI se nelle ore notturne da settembre a giugno dal giovedì al sabato possa esserci un po' di rumore e musica dall'esterno in quanto nelle vicinanze della casa c'è una discoteca. La casa è totalmente insonorizzata ma purtroppo può creare disagi per chi ha il sonno leggero.
