Das Appartment war wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos, sauber, mit bequemen Betten und - eine Seltenheit - 2 Schlafzimmern. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss des Hauses, lediglich 4 Stiegen sind mit Koffern zu bewältigen. 6 Stockwerke weiter oben gibt es eine Dachterrasse von der man ein kleines Stück des Kolosseums sehen kann. Die Lage ist toll, um Rom zu erkunden. Kolosseum und Forum Romanum gleich nebenan, Ubahn, Busse.. die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen in 20-30 Min Fußweg. Marco ist ein toller Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar wenn wir Fragen hatten! Hat viele Tipps und Empfehlungen. Sehr hilfreich war für uns, dass wir - da die Wohnung an dem Tag nicht vermietet war - die Koffer noch bis zum Abend abstellen durften. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

This apartment was in a perfect location and had all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood is full of shops and restaurants and many of Rome’s must see attractions are a walk away. The apartment itself was quiet despite being in a bustling area. It had blackout curtains which were much appreciated. The hosts were super nice and responsive. Everything was clearly explained with how to check in and out.

Flaminia’s place is in a beautiful clean building. It felt very historical but with all the modern trimmings you could need. There is also a lift so if you don’t want to take the stairs you don’t have to. Tons of space (5 people easily fit) plenty of bathrooms, and a very charming square near the building. The location is fantastic for accessing anything in the centro storico.

Our stay here was phenomenal! We stayed for an entire month and felt right at home. This apartment was very spacious, beautifully decorated and perfect for both long and short stays. The beds were very comfortable and it is fully stocked with anything you might need. It was nice to have a grocery store and a fruit/vegetable market nearby. It is walking distance to so many great places such as the Vatican, Trastevere, Janiculum (Gianicolo) Hill, and much more. There are so many great restaurants to choose from near by and being only a 6 minute walk to the train station was very convenient. Paola was so kind and such a great hostess and was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We highly recommend this beautiful place!

Great location, right by metro station that stops at Vatican, Spanish steps and Termini that leads to coliseum. Mini market nearby and also a shopping centre all within 10 minute walk. House itself was great, clean and everything you need. Great host that sent clear instructions along with pictures and responses quickly

L’appartement de Giuliana est une excellente base pour un séjour à Rome. Il est grand, confortable et se trouve à proximité de beaucoup de sites touristiques, tout en étant bien desservi par les transports en commun. A recommander sans réserve !

We had our best holiday in Rome ever staying with Andrea. He was the most attentive, helpful, considerate, and welcoming host we've ever experienced through Airbnb. We came to Rome to stay for about five days with our two-year-old son, and had a wonderful experience. Everything is so incredibly walkable. Pizzerias, restaurants, the Colosseum, Trevi fountain… Anything you could want in Rome was right at our footsteps. Andrea was so thoughtful and even set out a few toys for our two-year-old son, and even though the apartment was in the hustle and bustle of Rome, it was very quiet and peaceful inside. We would absolutely love to stay here again and absolutely recommend it. Thank you for everything Andrea!

Daniela tog personligt imod os. Viste os rundt i lejligheden og gav os nyttige informationer. Hun er meget imødekommende og sød. Vi kom til en helt ren og dejlig lejlighed som var som beskrevet. To store soveværelser med egne badeværelser. Og et mindre tilstødende værelse uden eget badeværelse. Lejligheden passer perfekt til to par, som har hver sin afdeling og deler køkken/stue og skønneste altan med liggestole og spisebord og tilhørende stole. Lidt larm fra gaden. Men ikke noget vi lod os genere af. Det er en del af den italienske charme. Elektriske skodder foran vinduer og havedøre. Flere supermarkeder lige i området. Lille udendørs marked. Gode spisesteder. Hyggelige caféer. Bus og sporvogn tæt på. Nemt at komme ind til centrum. Vi vil helt klart anbefale at bo i Danielas lejlighed. Vi kunne sagtens finde på, at komme tilbage til lejligheden. Skønneste sted. Og godt udstyret med opvaskemaskine og vaskemaskine. Den store altan med skønne blomster er virkelig en luksus.

O apartamento é bem equipado e bem localizado, Luísa foi muito gentil e profissional, sempre nos atendendo rapidamente e nos sentimos muito bem, recomendo como um ótimo local para se hospedar em Roma!

Location is good. Close to Vatican. It’s great that we can check in earlier but bags cannot be stored at the place after check out. Overall is great!

…Air B&B dovrebbe considerare un upgrade per il titolo di super host…Alessandra ti accoglie con un senso di ospitalità, cortesia e disponibilità, testimoni delle sue origini mediterranee. Tutto questo si riflette nell’armonia degli ambienti del suo appartamento, curato in ogni dettaglio, in modo da far sentire l’ospite come a casa propria. Il titolo per Alessandra dovrebbe essere “Mega Host”! Complimenti!

Appartamento conforme alla descrizione e dotato di tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno. Zona comoda per raggiungere il centro città con la metro e piena di locali per i giovani. Mario, l’host, ospitale e disponibile in caso di necessità. Abbiamo apprezzato tanto la sua gentilezza. Molto comodo il check-in in autonomia tramite locker. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo considerata la zona e il periodo di soggiorno (vacanze pasquali). In generale è stata una buona esperienza e ci torneremmo volentieri! Grazie ☺️

Hôte très agréable, accueillante et disponible. Elle nous a même réservé le taxi. Logement très bien situé. Nous avons pu tout visiter à pied, ce qui est top. Il est dans le centre ville mais au calme, un luxe. La literie est top. C est spacieux. Bref, parfait pour un séjour romain en famille. Merci !

The Airbnb was close to many of the most popular tourist attractions of Rome, all within walking distance. Restaurants were close by, too. Very well located. Room was clean and comfortable. our hostess (Diandra) was friendly and helpful.

Our stay for more than 1 month was amazing! The house is huge, it has a piano and a game room with ping pong table that we used a lot! It has really nice bedrooms, living rooms and places to hang. The house was very clean and the owner insisted on cleaning the house ones a week to change sheets and cleaning the bathroom in each bedroom. My only little downgrade was that the Kitchen is a little small but well equipped and clean. Much recommended!

Janet was wonderful and welcoming, she was able to provide great deal of all amenities, even showed us where the grocery stores are, and suggested very affordable restaurants. Honestly the pictures don’t do justice to her place, it’s even more beautiful when you stepped in. Overall everything it’s at a fair distance by bus or metro, if you are staying for a week or more get you weekly pass and go everywhere you want, to be honest no need to get taxis. Metro pass wkly 24€ way cheaper. Remember to go to downtown historic centre just go up hill to via boccea cross the street and get the busses 46 or 916. Just check your google maps and plan ahead. Love the experience, you will too such a gorgeous city. Janet & Antonio are a beautiful couple truly helpful, kind and attentive. Thank you blessings.

The apartment is pristinely clean, and clearly a lot of thought was put into the little details that made our stay comfortable. We had everything we needed. The location is amazing. Host is so helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

My son and I spent the past week at Andrea's place and it was wonderful. Very clean, large rooms, pictures appear exactly as the place looks, great having the washer and dryer, and Andrea was very flexible with check in and responsive. We did a lot of walking to the Colessum, Vatican, Pantheon and some took us 45 minutes but we enjoy walking so it was no problem. only a block away there are a few restaurants that we enjoyed going to. If you need some McDonald's it's only a 5-10 min walk so that was a nice too! Definitely would recommend staying here! Thanks again Andrea's!

This place was absolutely wonderful! We just stayed for two nights but I wish we had stayed longer. We didn't explore the town or the area much, but it was the perfect place to rest and relax at the end of a long trip before we left Italy. Everything was very comfortable, the apartment was very clean, the surroundings are gorgeous and calm, and Leah had really great communication. We also asked Leah to stock the kitchen with local produce and products since we just wanted to stay in and, wow, everything was so delicious -- we really enjoyed it. I've already recommended her place to a few friends and would definitely encourage anyone to stay here!

Max is an excellent host with a fabulous apartment!! Centrally located within walking distance to shopping, dining and attractions, this is ideal place to stay in Rome. Max went above and beyond to make us feel welcome over email and with all the little touches one could desire upon check-in including, but not limited to: fruit bowl, cookies, coffee, orange juice, laundry soap, travel toiletries, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Travel crib was excellent with nice bedding. Lots of kids toys. Apartment is very large. 4th bedroom is very, very small and right off the kitchen. Not a deal breaker, and it is portrayed accurately in photos. Max and his team are highly responsive over text and were kind enough to arrange transportation for us to places we couldn’t walk to. We would stay with Max again in a heartbeat!

We had a fantastic stay at this place in Rome! The location was perfect—within walking distance of many major attractions, which made exploring the city super convenient. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was excellent—very responsive and gave clear, detailed instructions on how to check in, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Cinzia's place had everything we needed - and MORE! She was so helpful and allowed flexible check-in and check- out. She also helped get transportation from and to the airport. She went out of her way to make us feel at home and supported on our trip. The apartment was comfortable with plenty of room. Cinzia also put plenty of water and snacks for us in the apartment. I would recommend her place to anyone. It was close to the Vaitcan with lots of wonderful restaurants near by and a local grocery store and market.

We feel blessed to find this location - it was perfect for our family of seven, including two grandkids. It was perfect, very clean and modern, comfortable beds and pillows, plenty of closet space, bathrooms immaculate. Kitchen has all tools and amenities available. Any noise outside was blocked out. Small elevator in the building helped with luggage. Frederico met us upon check-in, and was so helpful in many ways, suggesting local restaurants and advice on transportation. He was available during our stay for any questions that we had. I would not hesitate to stay here again, and can recommend this beautiful apartment especially to families. I appreciated that it was furnished well, but not overdone - this was important to us with two kids - much more room for them to spread out and play games, etc. It is also well lit for any middle of the night wanderings. WIFI worked well. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent séjour. Vaste appartement, très propre, belle terrasse sur le toit. Lorella et son mari sont très agréables et particulièrement réactifs. Tout est prévu pour notre confort : cuisine très bien équipée, biscuits, choix de cafés, bonbons, des serviettes de bain en grand nombre. Et un calme absolu ! Proche de la ligne A du métro. A recommander.
