Hallo, wir waren bei Daniele sehr zufrieden. Er ist sehr hilfsbereit die Wohnung super. Was will man mehr? Wenn Sortomarina, dann wieder diese Wohnung von Daniele.

Es war ein toller Urlaub mit schöner Wohnung. Alles hat gepasst. Sehr sehr nette Gastgeber. Unsere Tochter wollte nicht mehr nach Hause. Es hat an nichts an der Wohnung gefehlt, im Gegenteil wir waren so erstaunt das die Gastgeber wirklich an alles gedacht haben. sauber und makellos. Ganz großes Lob. Wir kommen wieder.

È stato un piacere soggiornare da Giulia, sempre gentile e disponibile. Appartamento ordinato e pulito. Tutto conforme alle foto. Zona tranquilla e a pochi passi dal centro di Quarto d'Altino. Posizione ottima per visitare i dintorni. Consigliato!

En todo mi viaje a Europa, no me había tocado una persona tan amable como Zoé, estuvo al pendiente todo el tiempo de nuestras inquietudes y preguntas. Puedo decir que me encantó el departamento y si volviera a Venecia obviamente no dudaba y me quedaba con Zoé.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un appartement très propre et conforme à l’annonce. Walter a été un hôte formidable, très accueillant et nous a donné de nombreux conseils utiles. La station de bus 4 L est à 200 m de l’appartement et le bus vous permet de rejoindre Venise en 15 mn. Tarif 3 euros par voyage mais si vous disposez d’un city pass vaporetto vous pourrez également emprunter les bus allant à mestre. L’appartement se situe à 10 mn à pieds de la gare, idéal pour prendre la navette bus menant à Trevise. En face de l’immeuble vous trouverez un supermaché ouvert tous les jour. The apartment is located outside of Venice, in Marghera area, which is perfect for those visitors who like to enjoy the city but also return to a quite private place away from cuty hustle for a peaceful night. It’s 15mins walking distance from the station where a bus takes you directly to Venice, or a tram to Mestre train station. The building as well as the apartment is new, secured and very well aranged. It was clean, with all amenities needed. Serena was an excellent host, very friendly and responsive, nice and professional. Her willingness to make the most of your stay as well as recommendations on restaurants & nearby places make her very welcoming and easy to communicate. Overall, a nice stay, would recommend this place!

Nice and clean apartment right at the beach with own beach chairs. Very quiet and still next to shopping and restaurants. We fully enjoyed our stay here. We booked very last minute and Frencis made it possible to meet us in 1 h. She is super nice and very helpful.

Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig - außerhalb der Jagdsaison. Der Pool ist sauber und genug Liegen sind vorhanden. Wer ein breites Auto hat, bekommt Schwierigkeiten an der Brücke. Die Küchenausstattung ist mäßig, für schnell mal was machen reicht es aber. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, man kann sich nur mit italienisch durchwurschteln. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen.

Die Unterkunft war wunderbar! Wir haben uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt 😊 es war alles da, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Bad war wunderschön und sehr sauber. Das Apartment war sehr schön eingerichtet und der Außenbereich war sehr gemütlich. Auch die Gastgeberinnen waren sehr freundlich und haben immer schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs und für uns war die Lage super.

Die unterkunft ist in einer super lage, obwohl schon vieles zuhatte (oktober), gleich gegenüber ein super restaurant. Die nähe zum meer ist super gerade mit kindern. Das haus ist mit allem nötigen ausgerüstet, die zimmer super aufgeteilt und die zwei badezimmer gold wert mit 7 personen. Hat alles super funktioniert und als wir hilfe mit der heizung brauchten ging es 15min und es war jemand im haus um zu helfen. Diese unterkunft werde ich mir definitiv merken um nochmal zu kommen wenn es wärmer ist.

Leo e’ stato un ottimo host, preciso nel fornirci le indicazioni e veloce nel rispondere quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di qualche delucidazione. La casa, recentemente ristrutturata, si trova in un’ottima posizione e Leo l’ha arredata con buon gusto, non mancava nulla e ci ha messo a disposizione anche 4 biciclette! E’ stato un soggiorno molto rilassante. Grazie 😊

Мы с семьей путешествовали по Италии и остановились на две ночи в этом приятном месте. Атмосфера большого дома была очень уютной и спокойной. Мы просыпались под пение птиц. Бесплатная парковка для нашего автомобиля находилась в нескольких метрах от входа. Marziano встретил нас и показал свой дом, подробно проинструктировал нас о том как работает техника в доме. К вечеру стало немного прохладно и Marziano, по нашей просьбе включил дополнительное отопление. В доме три спальни и три больших ванных комнаты. Советы Marziano по выбору ресторана были очень полезны. Мы посетили один из рекомендованных рыбных ресторанов. Это было замечательно. На машине было удобно добираться до всех интересных мест нашего путешествия. Спасибо Marziano за гостеприимство.

Excelente, sin duda alguna el mejor alojamiento en el que he estado. La casa es espectacular y el detalle de dejar cosas para el desayuno como jugos, café y dulces lo hace más ameno aun. 20/10!

il residence é pulito ordinato controllato. la piscina e le parti comuni sono pulite e sono sempre rispettate le ore del riposo con grande educazione. la posizione é ottimale per le attività nei dintorni e per i ristoranti locali e le spiagge. Un riconoscimento per le grandi capacità professionali alla signora Alessandra; si ingegna a trovare una soluzione a ogni imprevisto problema si possa presentare. ha grande empatia e una comunicazione proattiva. vacanza in famiglia ci siamo sentite molto bene. Raccomandiamo l esperienza. Se posso solo dare un marginale piccolo suggerimento migliorativo riguarda l area parcheggio: forse necessiterebbe dell' indicazione del numero di posto; per il resto tutto corrispondente alle aspettative e perfetto

Soggiorno ideale di 5gg per la mia famiglia (2 adulti e 2 bambini di 4 e 7 anni). L'appartamento è spazioso e pulito, dotato di cucina/soggiorno, bagno, camera matrimoniale (1° livello) e salotto/camera bambini (2° livello). Presenti 2 comode terrazze. Climatizzato nei due livelli, accessibile attraverso scale. C'è un comodo parcheggio privato scoperto per la macchina. L'host ci ha messo a disposizione 3 biciclette e ci ha procurato il posto in spiaggia con 1 ombrellone e 2 sdraie in un'eccellente posizione a circa 500m in linea d'aria dall'appartamento. Troverete anche la lavatrice e l'host mette a disposizione lenzuola e asciugamani sufficienti per il soggiorno. La cucina è ben fornita a livello di utensili e stoviglie ed è dotata di lavastoviglie, frigo, congelatore e macchina per il caffè (grazie ancora per le cialde di benvenuto!). Nelle vicinanze ci sono diversi supermercati e negozi, non vi mancherà nulla. Cortesi, precise e puntuali le indicazioni di Chiara, grazie di tutto!

Posto molto tranquillo, abbiamo soggiornato in 4 e devo dire veramente molto comodo. Molto preciso nelle indicazioni e casa ben tenuta e pulita.. lo consiglio a chi si trova nella zona.. grazie

Very bright, clean, modern, and comfortable property. Hot water was excellent!!! I would stay there again. Host was very responsive.

Appartamento molto bello, ordinato e pulito, comodo al centro. Sharon è stata gentile e sempre disponibile ai chiarimenti. Il check in è stato molto facile. Consigliatissimo.

A great modern apartment in a central location. The beach, restaurants and shops are all on your doorstep however the apartment is very quiet and has a lovely private terrace. Very clean and great amenities plus excellent air conditioning for an August visit. Identical to the pictures. The pool, sauna, steam room and gym are also very clean and make the Star Palace complex an excellent place to stay. A day trip to Venice is very convenient via a private bus pick up point which is 30 seconds from the apartment and then a boat trip from Jesolo, Piazza Faro. Cinzia was very responsive and helpful with the beach club booking advice etc. Lots to recommend.
