What a unique and gorgeous home! Not only is it historic, it is even better in person. If you appreciate thoughtful vintage and modern touches, you are in for a treat. It was wonderful to experience Troy and all the neighborhood charm by staying at this beautiful home. Charles, the host, was super responsive and a very gracious host. He went above and beyond to help make my stay memorable and comfortable in Troy. Thank you, Charles! Every now and then you get to stay at a very special place - and this is it! I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Excellent host! Highly recommend! So nice & responds so fast! House was clean & no pet odor! They must do a thorough walk of the yard to make sure no renters missed picking up dog messes because we didn’t spot any! The fenced yard was a nice size. Beds were very comfortable and they provided plenty of pillows and extra blankets. Parking was never a problem right in front of the house. Perfect location for walking our dogs downtown! Would definitley stay here again!! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Stayed here for 2 weeks while taking a class and studying for an exam at Hobart. Had everything I needed to cook, study in peace, and feel comfortable during my stay.

I’ve stayed at in at least 30 different Airbnbs and Crystal’s place is top 5 for sure! She’s thought of every detail, from coffee and creamer to fresh ice in the freezer to a comfy bed for our coonhound. She also left a couple of delicious donuts for us and there were other goodies available as well. The house was spotless, the beds were very comfortable and if you have your pet with you, the huge backyard is wonderful! Don’t hesitate to reserve this gem!

soon as i walked in i was happy on my decision infelt relaxed and i love that theres no tv in the living room. the floor plan was perfect. i love that we cohld utilize the dressers and closets no personal things in there. the kitchen was easy to cook in. love the in home gym. the jacoozi was alittle cold count get it hot. beds were clean and comphy. i wkll deffinatly be booking again

The North West Hideaway is so sweet that we just fell in love with it! It’s just the right size - not big but not crowded - very well-organized. And very comfortable! The view into the backyard is so lush and green and we enjoyed the Adirondack chairs on the back porch in the evenings. It was too windy for a fire in the firepit but it’s a nice touch and it’s maintained well. The coffee selection was excellent and we appreciated the maps and referrals to local eateries. The bed was just perfect: firm but not hard. I would recommend the North West Hideaway to anyone staying in Xenia who’s looking for comfort, convenience, safety and security, easy walking and bike riding - and the I almost forgot the apple fritters that were waiting for us! oh my goodness - they were delicious! We can’t wait to visit again!

We had such a great stay. Very clean and looked just like the photos. Nice walkable area with lots of entertainment and things to do. The host was very responsive and helpful.

This was just what we were looking for. Mainly a place with a spa, some place NOT in the middle of many other houses. The house has other tenants connected to the house, but this was never a problem. We love that the spa was INSIDE, as the days we were there, it was cold outside! We love the shared backyard; we never saw anyone else outside. We did see five deer the field behind the fenced in yard! The area is peaceful. And though it's "in the country", it was never too far from where we needed to be. The drive was peaceful and traffic-free. The house itself was SUPER clean! It had everything we needed. We couldn't figure out how to get the tv in the back spa room to work, but we enjoyed being able to log into streaming on the reg tv in the living room. We may have to come back next year, and if so, and if it's available, we'd definitely stay here again! Also, we had an issue with our car and she was able to recommend a reputable mechanic in the area!

Susan is so amazing!!! Absolutely went above and beyond for us, when we needed to move urgently due to another airbnb covered in mold. She was so caring, let us check in early in the day due to the situation, and our stay at her place was fantastic!!! Very clean, very comfortable, nice neighborhood. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. We would absolutely book her place again if we are back in the area.

We travel to Cedarville quite often and this is the first time we were able to book with Paul and Dianne. Even though our stay was just an overnight to pick up our daughter from school, our stay was wonderful! There were clear instructions for things, including for tornados (a HUGE plus for me!!). And a drop down fire escape ladder with instructions, a first in all of the places we’ve stayed. Paul and Diane have thought of everything. Although small the apartment was well equipped. An added touch that was thoughtful was being greeted by Diane after our long drive. Would recommended to anyone traveling to Cedarville. We will definitely stay again.

Blackbird cabin was the perfect place for our Christmas get together with our dear friends from Ohio. Yes it is small and doesn’t have an oven, but it was cosy, cute and beautifully decorated for Xmas, just what this Australian was looking for. The host Jodee was extremely responsive to any questions we had and was able to offer an alternative to cook our turkey for Xmas Eve dinner. The BBQ grill worked perfectly for this conundrum. Thanks for having us!

I can not describe in words how beautiful and peaceful our stay was. The kids enjoyed fishing and swimming and we enjoyed the gazebo. Thank you so very much for a wonderful weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay. Every detail in the cottage makes it cozy and comfortable. Quiet and private location in the woods. It iwas nice to be so close to the lake.

This place was amazing! not only was it beautiful inside and out, there was 2 fresh baked pies on the counter, fresh milk and cream in the refrigerator, plus fresh butter and eggs! The location was amazing, and there was plenty of room for all 10 of us. Will definitely stay again, and will recommend it to anyone going in this area!

We loved our time here! The location is even more beautiful in person! We loved the pond, the cute children’s houses on the property and the beautifully styled cabin! We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful two days at Scenic Grace. Everything was as described and clean. It was a bonus not having to haul firewood for our trip. Wood was provided for both indoor and outdoor fire. The hot tub was nice and relaxing, though I don’t recommend early evening because the neighbors animals are rather loud lol All in all we had a wonderful stay and hope to return one day.
