Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con acceso a la playa en Condado de Miami-Dade

Gabriel was great and attentive throughout the duration of my stay. The unit is advertised with two floors and a terrace patio leading you right into the beach. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook breakfast/dinner etc.. The washer and dryer are a plus. Checking into hotel at security and valet can be a hassle so I recommend calling valet about a half hour before to retrieve your car. The pool is very big and has a tiki bar steps from the pool offering food and drinks at a decent price. I will definitely be back here at Gabriel’s place.

Alfredo’s place was beautiful, inviting, and decorated well. We loved the area and its proximity to everything you need. Alfredo was very helpful and responsive. We had an issue on the first day, but Alfredo worked with us to resolve. Similar to one of the other guests, we also did have some trouble with the bedroom cable, but it didn’t dampen our stay as waking up in the morning and seeing the view from the balcony while having your coffee or doing some computer work was wonderful. We definitely would love to stay at Alfredo’s place again.

Very nice view of the beach and ocean. Only issue we had was the water in the showers doesn’t stay at a steady temperature. Great place though.

Estuvimos con mi familia por varios dias durante Abril. El depto es igual a las fotos. Las camas muy comodas. La cocina es pequeña, no se puede cocinar, sin embargo se puede resolver calentar comida con el microondas. Es un plus contar con un espacio de guardado donde entran las valijas. Tambien es un plus contar con sombrilla y reposeras para ir a la playa. El acceso a la playa es genial, porque se puede aprovechar de la playa sin moverse mucho. Respecto a la ubicacion, depende de lo que uno busque. No hay lugares cerca para ir a comer o comprar caminando. Pero en auto es rapido para llegar. Por la puerta pasa el trolley asi que es super practico. El edificio cuenta con lavadora/secadora y tambien unos locales para resolver compras chicas de almacen. Maria siempre bien predispuesta para responder a cualquier inquietud. Nos encanto hospedarnos aca.

We had a great stay! My kids loved the pool and we had the whole pool to ourselves during our visit. The location was perfect!

Great house we used as overflow from a retreat nearby. Beautiful backyard also.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is really great. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet. The people living in the main house are super friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. Keep in mind that the bathroom is a bit small. Kitchen is clean and big enough. You access second bedroom via a door in the first bedroom. The airco is also a bit noisy but that seems to be a common thing in the US :-) Really great value for money. Recommended.

I loved the place and its amenities, I really enjoyed sharing with my family the living room in the back with nature. very nice.

WOW. wat een top plek! echt een heerlijk huis, in een prachtige stad als alle AirBnB’s zo waren. bestonden er geen hotels. onze kinderen genoten van het speelgoed, zwembad & de buitenruimte, oja. de ouders nog meer! ik zou altijd ALTIJD. terugkeren naar Endless Summer als ik naar Miami zou gaan.

Nossa estadia na casa foi bem aproveitada, em nossa viagem em grupo. interior da casa tudo limpo. Localização em little Havana privilegiada. A maquina de lavar roupa precisava de limpeza interna, estava com cheiro e sujeira. fizemos uma limpeza rápida para utilização, e a funcionalidades estava ok. A cozinha estava impecável, haviam suprimentos de alimentação e limpeza. Num geral, indicamos a casa de Lissette, foi tudo ok!

Joe’s house was the perfect place for my friends bachelorette party! The house was spotless, the common spaces fit everyone comfortably, and each room had their own bathroom, which is a huge plus for a large group! Although the area is not walkable, it is still a very central location and easy to uber anywhere! I definitely recommend and would stay again!!

Love this place! We have stayed at many houses over the years but this was by far the best we have ever stayed at. It was so beautiful at night just relaxing in the pool/hot tub and hanging out outside! The kitchen was fully stocked and easy tp prepare food for our party right at home! I never wanted to leave! Miriam was so responsive to any of our needs, even giving us good restaurant suggestions! Beautiful home.

We were truly lucky with this accommodation! A beautiful oasis, quiet and safe, with many amenities: great kitchen and bathrooms, smart home, whirlpool... Communication was excellent, always very friendly and super fast, as was the little guest folder with instructions and recommendations. It couldn't be better! You know how to make other people happy!

Jane’s place was really great! The apartment had such great views and the location was perfect too! Right next to sunny isles beach and just 35 mins to south beach . The apartment was clean , spacious and the beds were so comfortable! My kids loved the PAC man and Jane bought us donut treats and they loved them too! Thank you Jane 🙏🙏

The apartment is exactly as described. This is a tremendous place to relax, recover and enjoy the sunny isles of Florida. Fernando and team were incredibly gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully very soon)

An amazing stay. The place was very clean and a close car ride to the beach, bars, and restaurants. The place also had all of the amenities we needed and served us well. I would definitely recommend staying at this place to anyone in the future.

We had a very good stay at Eric's condo! We were very happy with the location and Eric was always easy to reach and resonded quickly to questions and issues. Everyone in the building and the Valet service were very helpful. We faced the bay and the sunsets were really beautiful. Traffic on Collins Ave is what it is, busy and a bit noisy at times, but it didn't bother us much because there were a lot of positives to compensate for that issue.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beautiful ocean view from the spacious balcony was a highlight, and the location couldn't have been better - perfect for easy access to everything nearby. The owner was incredibly helpful and made sure we had all the information we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Daniel was a great host. Easy to talk to and always available when you had a question or needed help. The place was spotless, just as the photos and my family had a wonderful stay. The pool is perfect for the little ones and the beach is just across the street.

The unit was very clean and all the directions were clear. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, and spices. There were plenty of beach and bath towels, although some additional wash cloths would be helpful. The valet was quick, we did not have any issue with wait times. The pool and beach were great and never overly crowded. You can access the boardwalk behind the building to walk in either direction, you then need to look for a public entrance to get out to the main road. There are not many places within an easy walk, but the public trolley is easily accessible or you can drive. The restaurant across the street, Cafe Bernie, that Deb recommended was delicious! I highly recommend it and I would absolutely return there. If you have a baby or toddler there is a high chair and playpen in addition to a crib. The only disappointment was the noise on the porch, construction and traffic the noise level was pretty high given the placement on the side of the building. A great choice.
