We had a wonderful trip with a perfect place to stay! The apartment was very cute, clean, comfy and had everything we could possibly need. Carmen went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent even leaving us an anniversary card and gift which was so thoughtful! We will book with her again next time we are in Dayton!

This apartment was just as described, and perfect for my needs. I visit OH a couple of times a year and from now on this little gem will be my first choice! It’s clean, cozy, and centrally located.

Great hidden gem of Seven Mile! You wake up to the smell of fresh brewed coffee in your own oasis. Everything is absolutely spotless, but also very cozy. I recommend this Airbnb to anywho is planning on staying in Seven Mile! Great host and great space!

Perfect! So nice to come ‘home’ to while cleaning and clearing out my own house ahead of my move out of state. Loved the privacy and peaceful quiet. Open floor plan gave me a chance to do last minute sorting of my stuff 😊

Great studio apartment. Easy check in and clear instructions. Super clean. I really appreciate the cleanliness, easy parking and all the extra amenities. It’s obvious that this unit is well cared for and we would definitely stay here again.

We loved our rental. This is truly a hidden gem in Dayton. We loved having the extra space of the other rooms in the downstairs area to use as places to hang out and talk in the evenings. Great restaurants are located easily within a mile (and closer). Michael was very accommodating - we had to adjust our arrival and departure times twice. No questions asked, very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend and we look forward to staying here again when we are in Dayton.

EZ's communication/response time was great! I would stay again and highly recommend it. The only MINOR downside to the accommodation is that it is quite close to train tracks and could be a bit noisy at night.

Very comfy and cozy. Everything we needed for a quiet couple days. Local restaurants and shopping near by. Will definitely stay again when back in the area.

quiet and peaceful nice little walk down the lane to the trails at the narrows. conveniently located to easily get to restaurants etc.

My stay was just right for what I needed for a simple overnight trip at a difficult time. Phil was super flexible when I requested more time at the Air Bnb. The neighborhood is really beautiful, and the atmosphere of their compound is friendly and creative.

The apartment was as described: clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is convenient - there are shops, cafes nearby, as well as easy access to public transportation. I especially liked the view from the window!!!

A wonderful little place.If you are a couple and want a cozy place to enjoy one another's company, this is a great place to visit, and if one of you make a mistake, you can go just a short distance down the road to K.Rae Designs and buy a piece of jewelry and make it all better.We will go back if we have the chance.Thank you Gary.

Our plans may have gotten cancelled due to the weather, but Letrice’s place was a nice respite. Hot tub was lovely, and it was super sweet that she got us snacks that we liked. I would definitely stay at Letrice’s place again if we come back for the Ren Faire!

This was just what we were looking for. Mainly a place with a spa, some place NOT in the middle of many other houses. The house has other tenants connected to the house, but this was never a problem. We love that the spa was INSIDE, as the days we were there, it was cold outside! We love the shared backyard; we never saw anyone else outside. We did see five deer the field behind the fenced in yard! The area is peaceful. And though it's "in the country", it was never too far from where we needed to be. The drive was peaceful and traffic-free. The house itself was SUPER clean! It had everything we needed. We couldn't figure out how to get the tv in the back spa room to work, but we enjoyed being able to log into streaming on the reg tv in the living room. We may have to come back next year, and if so, and if it's available, we'd definitely stay here again! Also, we had an issue with our car and she was able to recommend a reputable mechanic in the area!

We have stayed here mutliple times and have already booked to come again. Lovely accommodations, near bike trails, great hiking, and if it rains there are lots of options in nearby Dayton. Kathryn is warm and hospitable and we appreciate her recommendations for restaurants and live music. Always a joy to stay at Kathryn's place in Yellow Springs.
