I’ve stayed at this spot in Boca Chica several times and it’s always my go-to when I’m in town. The location couldn’t be better—just a quick walk to the beach, super secure, and everything you need is right around the corner. What makes it even easier is that you literally can’t get lost—everyone knows the name of the shop downstairs, so whether you’re catching a motoconcho or walking back late, you’ll always find your way. Great vibes, great access, and I’ll definitely be back again.

can't say enough great things about the villa. we had an absolutely wonderful time! I was able to relax and our kids had plenty of things to do. the house is beautiful and our house manger was incredibly responsive. The beach was a 2 minute walk away and town center is a short drive. I would highly recommend Casa Coco. thank you for the wonderful time!

Ich war mit meiner Freundin für 2 Nächte in dieser Unterkunft. Die Lage und der Ausblick ins Grüne/Meer waren traumhaft. Jacques war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit (Kommunikation per Chat hat hervorragend funktioniert). Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen 👍🏻 + Lage der Unterkunft + Ausstattung/Einrichtung( Hatte alles was man braucht) + Sauberkeit + kommunikation mit Jacques - nichts

We stayed an extra night in Las Terrenas and Alessandras apartment came up and we instantly loved it! We did not get there until 10pm and Alessandra was so helpful and nothing was a problem for her. The next day, her partner helped me get my car out and were so helpful and friendly. Alessandra has a beautiful home but it also had a really good vibe about the place! Will be back to stay again!

Top place to stay! Photos don’t do justice to how beautiful this place is. We were welcomed by the very friendly Mery, and hosted bi Gianmarco, who was always very responsive. The location is amazing, walkable distance to altos de chavón. The area is beautiful, in my opinion, even better than what I can appreciate in the pictures. The apartment was homy, fresh, great pool, very quiet and with a great parking spot. I can only recommend this place, it was a great experience and would come back in a heartbeat!

THIS PLACE WAS AWESOME! LOCATION, LOCATION! If you're looking for a resort vibe, without the inclusive pricing, you have found it! SO convenient to everything from grocery, to restaurants, live music AND a beautiful beach club with the ability to WALK everywhere within minutes (some even SECONDS)! You can walk endlessly on the beach in either direction along that turquoise water! It was quiet enough to relax on the front porch OR take a 5 second walk and listen to live music. The uber from the airport was a BREEZE, no car was needed for anything! Darleny was amazing and helped us with suggestions and regular communication! It was an added bonus to have some kitchen basics provided (coffee, cooking oil, salt, pepper) We travel frequently and this was one of our favorite AIRBNB's for it's overall convenience and checking the box of a resort feel without the crowd, price and a whole lot more space than only a hotel room! BOOK IT!

Muy organizado, limpio, con las comodidades necesarias para estadías cortas, es igual como en las fotos, anfitriones muy amables, el único pero son los insectos por las noches, pero con la luz prendida no se acercan tanto.. utilizar mucho repelente y espirales para espantar a los mosquitos, solo eso.. experiencia agradable.

Die Anlage ist wunderschön und weit genug vom Trubel der Stadt entfernt, so dass man auch schlafen kann. Wir waren 2 Wochen im Taina Haus und es hat keine Fenster, so dass man immer hören kann, was draußen passiert. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr schön, allerdings müssten ein paar Dinge im Haus repariert werden. Das Frühstück war immer lecker und es gibt eine gewisse Auswahl, die dann zum eigenen Haus gebracht wird. Der private Pool ist immer eine schöne Erfrischung, allerdings hätte der Wasserfall auch gern öfter laufen können. Trinkwasser wird im Haus in einem Spender bereitgestellt und aufgefüllt. Der Service war immer ausgezeichnet, besonders die junge Dame an der Rezeption. Man wird immer mit einem Lächeln empfangen. Von den anderen Gästen bekommt man nichts mit, außer man geht in das Restaurant. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und können die Anlage nur empfehlen.

Great stay right next to the beach

We were at one with nature in this peaceful oasis! We stayed here with our rambunctious 3 year old; we knew it would be a little risky due to accessibility to the pool, stairs, etc but it turned out great! Really enjoyed the (incredible!!) view, pool, the beautiful gardens, the wildlife. We also liked the area, we really got a sense of the real DR. The place was perfect for a short stay! The kitchen had the basics, but imo not enough for a longer stay. The highlight was the little cat, my son had lots of fun giving it water and cuddling it. Lots of ants/wasps/mosquitos here, if you don’t like creepy crawlers, this place might not be suitable! The place was as described, clean and the staff on site were great (daniel and anulfo). We managed to get up the hill in a tiny Kia Picante, but as others suggested, its a very steep, rocky road; an SUV would have been best but it was still do-able in our car with extreme caution! Excellent séjour a Casa Valentine, villa impeccable et vue à couper le souffle sur la mer Piscine très agréable bien que l'eau soit fraîche mais comme partout en République dominicaine. L'employé de maison Ingrid est aux petits soins et une cuisinière hors pair, vraiment un gros plus qui rend le séjour magique. Je recommande a 1000%

La estadía estuvo excelente, el lugar es espacioso, muy limpio y con todas las comodidades, es de fácil acceso y la playa está súper cerca. Definitivamente recomendaría el lugar y volvería. Gracias!!❤️

Stayed here a week for work and it was such a joy to come back to this peaceful apartment and sit on the veranda and have a glass of wine, or go for a dip in the pool. The location is very convenient to everything in the Zona Colonial but because it's within an inner courtyard filled with trees, it's very tranquil. A/C worked great, wifi was strong. I got in late at night and was still able to arrange to get inside even though it said check in was between 3-5, which I appreciated. If you want to cook you'll need to bring or buy oils, condiments, spices etc but there was thankfully coffee available to start my first morning. There is a very cute plaza right outside the back entrance with a coffee shop and a wine bar. Overall it was a great stay and I'll definitely be back!

We travel a lot around the world and this is a real value. The home and pool were in excellent condition and the location was right on the beach with small waves for easy entry for us older people. Anela was a great host and very responsive.

I chose Nancy's property in Cocotal for Holy Week, dates when I prefer to spend in a peaceful, calm, and family-friendly environment, and according to her description, this would be the perfect place. Nancy describes her place in detail, and what she mentions is exactly what you'll get. It’s a safe place where peace can be felt, very comfortable and well equipped. I had never rented such a clean and sparkling space as this house; I highly recommend it, and of course, I would definitely come back.

The villa was beautiful and we loved having Maribel. Maribel was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with everything once we were on site.

Muy amables ambos, fácil de llegar. Y el sitio es acogedor. Teníamos que salir a una hora y nos dió chance para poder disfrutar un poco más de la estancia.

Todo esta hermoso, sigan teniendo esa excelente atención, la casa estuvo muy limpia, cama cómoda, piscina limpia, toda la cocina equipada, a mi familia les encanto y quieren volver. Gracias por todos los servicios.

Séjour entre copines pour fêter nos 30 ans… En un mot : incroyable ! Le logement correspond aux photos, environnement dépaysant dans un resort où l’on se sent en sécurité. Seulement à 10 min à pied de la plage Cana golf et 10 min en voiturette de golf de la plus belle plage : playa Blanca. Merci à Nancy pour l’entretien impeccable. Merci à José pour sa disponibilité, il nous a aidé au maximum pour l’organisation des transferts, l’organisation des courses, location voiturette de golf et réservation des excursions. Première fois à Punta Cana mais certainement pas la dernière!
