James’ condo is well laid out with two spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a laundry room, kitchen and pantry, as well as a balcony overlooking the pier 33 marina. James had quick response times and even quickly had batteries delivered to the front door when the key lock was dying. He supplied a pass to the beach as well as bathroom and beach amenities. Silver beach and downtown was a quick walk down the road. The hospital was a two minute drive away. And there is a restaurant next door to the building. I stayed in the condo for a month and my mom joined me towards the end. We cannot thank James enough for a clean and luxurious stay.

amazing place to stay! We had everything we needed as a family of 4 to cook and enjoy our stay. Small items such as coffee and toiletries made our stay much more comfortable - it's the little details that always make a place a 5 star spot. We will definitely be staying again as Logan was super helpful and responsive.

Colleen was on-point, friendly, and communicated every detail we needed to check in and when we checked out. The place was beautiful, modern appliances, clean, TV's everywhere, three bedrooms, and very firm mattresses, which suited me perfectly. Place was immaculate. Though located near the river in a somewhat industrial area, it's a nice 15 minute walk to the lake, and less to the restaurants and stores. Will come back!

Great stay

It was a comfortable space and communication was great! It was nice to have a local spring break day away.

This was a great place to stay for our first trip to South Bend and Notre Dame. I felt exceptionally safe. The apartment was very comfortable for my husband and I. Once I got the hang of the key fob, entrance to the garage, elevator and room was easy.

My two girlfriends and I stayed here for two nights and it has the most beautiful view of Lake Michigan! We arrived later in the evening and were so thankful that our host left us with restaurant menus and recommendations, we loved the pizza. Place was clean and very well stocked with linens and even coffee and some water in the fridge. The beach is a steep staircase away (it was a bit rough, and my legs hurt, but it’s worth the trek). Also thank you sooo much for letting us use your beach chairs! We stayed on the beach from sunrise to sunset. It was magical and the views are to die for! Our only complaint would be the lack of communication that the host would be staying on site during the same weekend as us. The listing brags about a private beach and yet at one point the hosts wife appeared 15-20 feet sitting directly behind us reading a book. We felt like teenagers being watched by our mother. We decided to take a walk, and when we came back she was gone, but it was weird.

The place as very cute and just what we needed for a weekend away. The neighborhood was very quiet too. It is a short walk to the lake and if we come back in warmer weather we would spend more time at the water. There were some quirky things about the place, but it is a very old building and we didn't mind. We will keep this on our list of places to stay.

Melissa Joy's place is so peaceful and cozy. Our family of 10 adults, 2 toddlers, and an infant were very comfortable. The little ones had plenty of room to play and the adults had great seating with a beautiful view of the lake. The kitchen was perfectly stocked to host our family Thanksgiving dinner. We had such a great time and we plan to return for the summertime!

The location was great—lots of things to. And such a beautiful view! We had everything we needed and I especially appreciated the very nice cookware.

Leah was a phenomenal host, very responsive and fast with her replies to my questions. The place was super comfortable and welcoming. It was peaceful and quiet just as advertised. Had a wonderful stay!

Our group had an absolutely amazing stay! Everyone raved about how beautiful the property was—from the peaceful setting to the gorgeous interior. The hot tub was a favorite spot for unwinding, and the well-stocked, spacious kitchen made it easy (and fun!) to cook all our meals in. We also loved having a grill to use! The hosts were super responsive and helpful with any questions we had. I would highly recommend this home to any large group looking for a relaxing, well-equipped getaway with all the comforts of home.

We greatly enjoyed our week at Lakeside and highly recommend it. The home was beautiful and the views of Lake Michigan are pristine. We highly recommend this home. One note for future renters: there is a steep walk up the sand from the beach to get to the stairs. Pretty typical for the area but it was more difficult for the grandparents than just stairs - even with handrails.

this was so perfect! i came here to celebrate my birthday with my friends and we had so much fun ! everything was clean and organized when we got there and it was such a cozy and comfortable place !

We loved this place. The ducks in the lake that visited frequently. The details were carefully chosen. The comfort, the stove, the spacing gave us room to move, the games created memories for us to enjoy and talk about. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Clean and roomy condo. Really enjoyed the balcony and watching the boats. Great location. Half mile to many shops and restaurants.

Beautiful, comfortable and clean. Large living area, bedrooms were big and comfy. Bathrooms were clean and fully stocked. Condo was safe, close to town and lots of attention to the details. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful week in this condo! All of the extras - snacks, spices in the cabinet, extra beach towels, several different types of coffeemakers - were greatly appreciated. The cabinets had many choices of mugs, glasses, plates and bowls. We also loved that there were several locations with a light on a dimmer (Dining room, living room). Having a washer and dryer available down the hall was also a plus. The porch is fantastic! So relaxing,. The sofa cushions for the porch are perfect and easily accessible. The gas grill was also great for cookouts and dinners watching the sunset. There is a really nice overlook area if you don't want to walk all the way down to the beach, easy to get to by walking around to the other side of the building. We got some great northern lights pictures from that lookout. Patty was always helpful and easily accessible - answering any questions I had within the hour, sometimes in just minutes!

Joel’s place is a very rare and stunning place! We felt right at home with classy decor, spotless, and luxury linens. I would recommend to anyone to stay here to have a relaxing few days away. The view and accommodations were just perfect! We can’t wait to come back and stay there again!

We would definitely stay here again. Abel’s place was super comfy, close to everything, and very clean. Abel was very responsive and helpful. If you’re looking for beach floats and like items, there is a Dollar General nearby that was cheap and had lots to choose from.

Very clean. Great location -- easy walk into downtown St. Joseph and even to the lakefront, plus a restaurant/bar right next door. Good and easy process.
