We would stay here again and again! In fact we are already planning another trip. The place is beautiful, the kitchen is extremely well stocked and functional, the lay out is great, and the place was spotless! our host was so accommodating, flexible, and responsive. An absolutely wonderful experience!

I stayed in the house with a few girlfriends for a weekend trip and we had a blast! The house was very accommodating to a larger group. Colleen was very proactive with information before we arrived which made the checkin process a breeze. We will be back!

Our third year in a row staying here and like always everything was perfect. Matthew is a great host, very responsive and always helpful. The property is perfect, always clean and clear instructions on check out. Has everything a family would need. This will always be our go to BNB when visiting Alpena. Outstanding! Very clean. We clean up after ourselves so not getting slammed with a high house cleaning fee and other fees made this a great value for families. One of the best places we’ve ever rented and Becca was so nice to work with.

This was an excellent location and the place was so cute, cozy and clean! Thank you Cindy and Paul for your great hospitality and accommodating us for an extra night! Great cozy cabin! We came up during the off season so it was very quiet and peaceful. The place is as described and as shown in pictures. Just a minutes walk across the sand to the water, beautiful view! Paul was very welcoming and accommodating. We booked last minute on a snow storm weekend and Paul made sure the driveway was plowed, which we really appreciated. Considering it was the off season and snowy weekend there wasn’t a ton of things open, but we loved that the cabin was stocked with games. We found and really liked Brew Moon Cafe in Caseville and The Farm restaurant in Port Austin. Both opposite directions from each other but within a 15 min drive from the cabin.

First of all , can’t say enough about how great Pat and Wendy are! They went above and beyond what I would ever expect from hosts and made sure my girlfriend and I had an awesome trip. Great people and a great spot! The Funky Beach House itself was awesome and the location was even cooler than I expected.

This was just what we were looking for. We wanted a landing place to sleep and shower and eat between out adventures and this was the perfect place. It was quiet and relaxing. We even got to see the three legged fox.

This is the only house I have ever gone back to and I've been there 4 times. You will not find a winter waterfront view like this anywhere else. The home is spacious, quiet, and well kept.

We loved staying at Lindsay’s property. Everything was very clean and nicely furnished. With 2 children this was a perfect location to ski in and ski out. The space is very small, it is a studio, not a 1-bedroom condo, there is a huge, comfy king bed and a very good pull out sofa bed, but they are pretty tightly packed into the space. The owners provided games and books which was a nice touch. The bedding and the towels were beautifully soft and clean. The kitchen cabinets are very high up, we needed a step stool to get to any pots, pans and cups. This was available, we didn’t make a big dea out of it, we made it work, and really enjoyed our stay. We would recommend this stay and definitely come again.

Wonderful place to stay! Beautiful view of the bay right on the beach. The space is very comfortable, well furnished and nicely decorated.

My wife and I have been vacationing here yearly and absolutely love the location. the Ludington beach house has everything we need for a perfect lake Michigan getaway

This may be one of my new favorite Air BNB spots! It is very comfortable and close to a lot of spots in Traverse City. The beach view was also very nice to look at. Kara is a great host and provided us with clear check in and check out instructions. Will definitely be visiting again!

I had no issues upon arrival entering the space. Easy, clear cut directions. Space is clean, tidy and perfect for a weekend getaway. Hot tub was nice with a great view of the lake. I felt comfortable staying here. I would visit again.

Walk out basement to the few steps to get to the beach area. Well stocked kitchen. Recommend bringing your own water if desired ( well water I believe) . Beautiful sunsets. Game room was fun .. bring quarters to play though . Highly recommend

Absolutely the perfect place to find your inner peace and re-energize! The Nest is exactly that. It is so warm, comfortable and secure that it just so serene. The view is almost undesirable as it took my breath away and brought happy tears to my eyes. As a 60 year old mom of 2 amazing kiddos 11 and 9 who are both Neurodivergent it was the best medicine for my heart and soul. We will be back hopefully many times as both of my kiddos felt right at home. My husband as well was in awe of this Treasure I was able to find. Thank you Charlie and Suzy for allowing our little family enjoy something that never would have imagine as possible for us. it was heaven on earth.

Beautiful comfortable home with everything we needed to relax and have fun. We were there for golf and it was very convenient. Beach was spectacular with just a short walk

Amazing place for the winter or summer would love to come back again with the family

We had such a great time staying at Ken’s place! The only thing that would have made this trip better is if the skies were clear during the days we stayed so we could have fully enjoyed the amazing view of the sunset and stars that the property offers! Our dogs loved staying here as well and they had lots of room to run around and play freely. Our time here was so peaceful and such a nice getaway and we can’t wait to come back!

Trestin was an outstanding host. He was knowledgeable about the activity our vacation was built around, and gave us perfect tips for timing, parking, and planning. When our vacation took an unexpected and unfortunate turn right at the end, he extended his hand to offer help was able to assist us in figuring out what needed to be done. We would reserve with him again upon our next visit.

This was our first Airbnb experience, and it exceeded our expectations! My family and I had a wonderful time at this home. The house was cozy, well-stocked, and truly felt like home. We especially enjoyed sitting outside by the beach, which was such a peaceful and relaxing experience. The house even had extra beach items that made our stay even more enjoyable. We only needed to bring a few extra items since everything we needed was provided.

We make it up to northern Michigan a few times each summer. First time staying in Omena, MI. Couldn’t have asked for a better location to spend time with family. We loved being right on the water and a way from the crowds of Traverse City.

My wife, dog and I stayed a week over the winter to get out of the city. Great place right on Lake Superior and next to the porkies. The Finnish sauna on the beach is unreal. We had such a blast we rented the place in the summer. Would highly recommend.
