House was spectacularly designed and smelled so good upon arrival. The ranch level style with everything on one floor was ideal for stay with a toddler (and 3 adults). We only stayed a weekend but wish it was longer. I would definitely stay here again. One thing to note that this area does not have service if you are not in the house. Once you are in the house you have WiFi and good to go. Lauren was super responsive and very nice.

We really enjoyed staying at this home. Such a beautiful view and extremely peaceful. Gwen was a great host. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family enjoyed a lovely few days at Sean's place. The place is well appointed, private and walking distance to a very good seafood restaurant. Our family will be back soon to create some more wonderful memories.

Kathryn's place was clean and beautiful! Kathyrn provided many thoughtful amenities such as sound machines, night lights, and coffee for the coffee maker. The house has a great set up, especially if you are looking for somewhere fun to spend a holiday! The kitchen would be great for a lot of cooking, and the beautiful dining room table has enough room for a lot of guests. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!

While I have loads to say about Robert's place, Robert is actually the gem in this arrangement. A fabulous communicator and a responsive, flexible, and generous host, Robert made the stay amazing! The home is fantastic. Right on the water with beautiful views from the deck and multiple rooms. An amazing "basement" space with comfortable seating and a bar. A well-stocked and large kitchen. We had a wonderful time and will be returning in the future.

Staying here was a highlight of our trip. We could have stayed for a month. The place is beautiful and squeaky clean. The owners have gone through a lot of effort to make the place comfortable and cozy and inviting. We got in late so the next morning when I woke up and walked into the living room area I was shocked by the most beautiful view through the sunroom out over the water. The sunroom is huge with Windows all around. We had baby deer and Canadian geese come right up to the windows. Teresa supplies everything you need and checks on you frequently to make sure. Communication was outstanding. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Beautiful house in a picturesque location. My daughters enjoyed wading into the Chesapeake Bay from the (small) private beach on the property and drawing pictures in the sand. We also enjoyed watching a heron that was hanging out for a while on the neighbor's pier (the binoculars provided that Nancy and Tom provided were a nice addition).

This property has a breathtakingly beautiful view of the water that has a fully fenced in yard…so you don’t have to worry about little ones getting into the water. The master bedroom and master bath was amazing. My extended family and I traveled from 4 different states to stay at this property and all of us were comfortable. The house had plenty of spaces to kit be on top of each other. I highly recommend booking this property. The host is very responsive and helpful. I will keep this property in mind for future stays.

This home is really nice! We stayed there because our daughter was getting married at a venue about 5 minutes away from the home. It was perfect! Plenty of space for our family and was great for the bridal party to get ready! Nice open floor plan. The beds a bedrooms were very large with comfortable beds. The home was well equipped. The outdoor area was nice and I’m sure the pool is nice in the summertime. Thank you for sharing your home with us on this very special occasion.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. The Bay was across the street. There were many extra Amenities available to us on the grounds. The house was in a perfect location, very well maintained, fully equipped, very cozy, and within walking distance to everything. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Megan was the perfect host. She was very welcoming, friendly, warm, and responsive. Everything went smoothly and was exactly how she said that it would be. There were no unexpected surprises. We can't wait to go back!

We had a great stay at this clean, comfortable, convenient and cozy house. We were impressed by the attention to detail. Every time we needed something, it was there. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal. We were close to Annapolis And had an easy drive to the museums of DC. We took several walks to the nearby beach, and enjoyed both sunrises and sunsets. We would definitely come back! Thank you, Peggy!

We had a wondferful time with extended family at this beautiful spot where you're surrounded by nature and expansive views from inside and outside the house. The views of the water and sunsets are breathtaking. The house has everything needed to cook family meals and share a comfortable and revitalizing time.

Great home best Air BNB we have stayed in. My family of five and our dog had a great time, plenty of room, partial sunset from the hot tub. Beautiful sunsets right up the road. The community has a beach area and piers for fishing crabbing etc... Lonnie was really great she got right back to us with any questions or needs. Annapolis, Naval Academy were really close, lots of great places to eat, marina's everywhere. DC and Baltimore are a 1/2 hour 45 minutes away. Everyone was very friendly being from NY it took a bit to get used to waving at strangers. Went in April the Hot Tub was awesome have to come back when the pool is open. Great place for a family vacation.

We came to the area for a wedding and had 8 adults and 2 children. There was plenty of room and everything was very clean and welcoming. There was a large table for all of us to fit at and eat together and we especially enjoyed our time in the hot tub. Janean was very quick to respond and gave us great recommendations for dinner. The area was beautiful and we would definitely love to come back some time in the future and stay at the Wildbluesea Retreat!

Beautiful location and the bikes, kayaks and fire pit all added fun and relaxation to our stay! Close enough to Chestertown to enjoy the farmers’ market and shopping and far enough out to be a peaceful retreat.

We love Eastport and this home was spacious, amazing backyard and perfect to grill and relax with our son at USNA.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was extremely clean and well-maintained, with more than enough towels provided, which was a great touch. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant—perfect for relaxing or going for a walk. We really appreciated the water softener, and the space overall was very roomy and comfortable. Having a washer and dryer on-site was super convenient, too. Would definitely stay here again!

The stay was great. Erika was proactive and quick with all communication and the area is quiet and beautiful. The home was actually larger than expected with some nice, modern updates. We only stayed here for a weekend but would definitely recomend a week stay.

How can I write a review for this cottage other than it is the most beautiful peaceful place. The kindness and caring that Robert & Donna have shown, has made me love it here more! Staying in a remote cottage at what times feels like the edge of the world, I feel safe. Sunrises are out of this world, sunsets are wonderful too! Wildlife abounds, a lovely dock to walk out on and sit on the dock of the bay, or river as it were. Eastern Neck Island close by, easy to jump in your car, take in a sunset, go check out swans, or venture to a butterfly garden. You may even get a boat ride from Robert! They few times I have "broke the cottage", they have come to my rescue promptly. You could not ask for a more wonderful place with more wonderful hosts, and you will sleep really well! Beautiful place with everything and more your heart could desire! I hate to leave this place, but whenever anyone I know needs a lovely place to stay I will recommend it. Who knows, I will return!

I cannot say enough good things about this home. Brittany and Justin have done an amazing job with it, from making it aesthetically beautiful and comfortable to providing everything you could possibly need as a guest. We were meeting our college aged sons for Easter weekend and hoping to have a place to gather as a family. This home provided just that! From the outdoor firepit to the pool table, and many dining areas, it allowed us some wonderful family time. It is also set in a beautiful neighborhood close enough to restaurants, DTA and the USNA. We look forward to returning!

David's place is wonderful! It has everything you need, including great entertainment equipment. The location is convenient, and the overall experience was smooth and easygoing. Highly recommend!

The description of Joel's Annapolis home is an accurate description of his wonderful home. The most outstanding features of this property are: the waterfront location --> unobstructed panoramic views; serene setting on a quiet street and there are lots of other pluses. The house was super comfortable. Everything was in working order. I appreciated the workout equipment --> not lots of stuff but enough to get some indoor exercise that I like to do each day. Walking up and down the street --> neighbors were all very friendly. The kitchen is fabulous. It only took about 15 to 20 minutes to get to the center of things to do and see in Annapolis. While we did not use much of the outside furniture, the outside furniture is plentiful and looks comfortable. A big thing for us is cleanliness --> the house is immaculate. We will probably make a return trip in the future and would appreciate the opportunity to stay here again.
