Hi, Welcome to Raccoon Retreat! This is a house that you will be able to come to unplug, unwind and reconnect with family, friends and all of what nature has to offer. The home is located within the ‪Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area‬. Here you will have the opportunity to take advantage of hiking trails, waterfalls, swimming, zip lining, fishing, horseback riding, canoeing and kayaking, as well as skiing or snowtubing during the snowy season. Though you get to experience nature here, you are only a short drive away from restaurants, casino, shopping and also water parks. The entire home is all yours! Our three story home sits on a one acre wooded lot. In the event you are just wanting to get away to hunker down here, we have designed the space to feel cozy and warm. This beautiful ranch house is located on a private 7 acres lot with a lot of trees. Our guests can enjoy a newly renovated kitchen, living room and dining room, with 3 cozy bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The house is isolated, and is about a 10-15 drive to nearby stores and attractions such as Bushkill Falls and Shawnee Mt. The backyard is very large and equipped with a deck and a big campfire perfect for barbecues and making s’mores. It is also very close by to small lake.

The home is equipped with fast high speed WiFi that can be access all around the home." I have air conditioners in the top 2 floor bedrooms, the house stays cool in summer as well

The White Swan by the Pond is a Poconos home with a beautiful LAKE front. Enjoy the water from our dock (No Swimming), private kayak, and a paddleboat from our dock, as well as fishing with a fishing license. Located in a gated Saw Creek Estates. BOATS ARE SEASONAL. Boat season starts April 1st and ends October 1. MUST BE 25 years or older to book this house. Pet fee is $50 per pet per stay.
