Amazing location with free, easy parking. The apartment is steps away from the commuter train to get you into Boston. Mark provided clear and easy instructions for getting into town. The place had everything I needed. Very easy check in and check out. I appreciate that check-out didn't involve jumping through hoops like so many hosts required!

Very nice , clean and comfortable place . Close to shops, restaurants and the center of Waltham . Highly recommend it .

Had the chance of spending a few weeks at Mark's place as a temporary accommodation. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything needed. Location is great, close to the train station, river walks and the famous Moody street. Plenty of parking space. The proximity to the rail line was not an issue as sound insulation was pretty good. A great stay in a great location. Apartment was very lovely and spacious and in a beautiful neighborhood. The heated mattress pad was amazing! Mikkie was very knowledgeable, kind, and generous. We took the subway to Boston one day and a beautiful walk around Mystic River and lakes and Sandy Beach. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Cozy place for the two of us for a short stay. We enjoyed having access to the exercise equipment. Freddy was always responsive to my questions, even before our trip. Having a parking spot was a plus since the greater Boston area has a lot of residential-only parking. Not a ton of storage/closet space so if you are staying long term, may need to improvise where you place your belongings. Appreciated his flexibility accommodating some special requests.

We totally enjoyed our stay in this apartment. - Very convenient location: there are many cafe, restaurant and shops around and Trader Joe (for the days we just want few bites at home). Beautiful surroundings next to the lake, few minutes walk to subway station. - Host is very responsive, fast communication which makes our stay more pleasant. - The apartment is very clean and spacious. Looks exactly like the photos. Feels like cozy home for us. We look forward coming home after sightseeing outside. If we come to Boston again, we will definitely stay in this apartment again. Highly recommended.

Our stay was fantastic! We were 2 moms w/ college aged daughters & the apartment was plenty big for the 4 of us. The building itself is beautiful- great lobby. Daughters used the gym & said it was well equipped. Location can’t be beat. Easy to walk everywhere or T stations nearby. Host was very responsive & flexible. We did not spend a ton of time in the unit (we were here to explore Boston!) but it has a full kitchen- well appointed & a full washer/dryer. Highly recommend & hope to be back soon, thanks for a great stay!

Javier was such a wonderful host and a kind person! This place was perfect for me was able to go on hikes but also close enough to public transportation to get to downtown Boston.

Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt. Aida und Jim waren überaus freundlich und immer zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und bietet alles was man braucht (insbesondere in der Küche) auch mit den anderen Mitbewohner lief alles problemlos. Danke

The apartment was just as described. Very clean, next to the train station, very well furnished. The hosts were very helpful and responded promptly. It is the second time I rent in this building with Johna as a host, two different apartments, both great. I definitely recommend this property.

Delightful apartment and amazing hosts! Kwaku made our stay a beautiful experience, always super responsive. The apartment is super spacious and excellent if you’re staying even long term. Metro is close by so it’s easy to get downtown. Highly recommended!

Mont is a terrific host! He immediately made us feel very welcome by providing a lot of information about the house and other instructions. He made sure to greet us, and gave us wonderful local recommendations that ended up being our favourites during the stay! Cannot recommend him enough!

The best place to stay for our weekend in town for the Marathon. Easily accessible to the T to get downtown rather quickly, but also a calm spot to escape the city at the end of the day. The house was so beautiful. The neighborhood was charming. Peter and Tor were incredible host. Communication was quick, instructions were clear, and they really made sure we were prepped for our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Karen was very quick to respond to any of our questions. The house is spacious and clean. We especially enjoyed the kitchen and dining room. I’d recommend this place to anyone staying in the area!

“Expansive” is the word that describes Ala’s home, from the family room, dining room and kitchen, which are large enough to prepare a meal and entertain 20 people with ease. There are 2 master suites, the upper one with 2 balconies. It was a challenge to adequately enjoy the lower level attractions: pool table, gym, kitchen treats or tv lounge. Finally, we had breakfast on the side patio and evening cocktails on the front patio, both with views of the extensive grounds. The only downside, it was a struggle to leave the house for Boston sight-seeing and visiting with relatives. Sent from my iPhone

We will definitely be visiting our family again and now are thrilled to know we have a wonderful Airbnb to stay at while visiting. It has all the amenities you might need and more, as well as entertainment, such as games, TV, and children’s outdoor and indoor activities. We will be back to visit before long. All the facilities in the apartment are well tunning, clean and properly located to maximize the space available and guest flow. I absolutely recommended her to make your stay at Waltham (in Boston Metropolitan Area) enjoyable and to receive the best service on an Airbnb location for your money.

I traveled with two toddlers 3 and under. The amount of space was perfect for our young family. My pro tip to future guests is to move anything delicate, block the loft ladder with the spare chair, get your eyes literally on the ground to check for anything that may peak the interest of a toddler. I enjoyed the convenience of the golf cart, toddler amenities, & stocked detergents for lots of laundry. Host was Immediately responsive when we ran into a hiccup during check in. We got to enjoy the village with just ourselves during the weekdays. Rooms had plenty of storafe for our weeks worth of clothes. I am so thrilled we stayed here and highly recommend.
