There’s a well fitted kitchen, with a large oven, and dining for two, beside a homely living space complete with log burner.

It’s perfect for couples to relax or a small family to get out and about. There is plenty of local woodland walks on the doorstep and yet only 2 miles from the local market town of Leominster with its shops and pubs. What more could you ask for? There is a large open plan area upstairs with kitchen, breakfast bar, WiFi, smart TV and sofabed, plus an east facing balcony with views over to Berrington Hall. Designed and built here on the farm, this modern conversion brings a luxurious ‘interior feel’ surrounded by never-ending oak beams with views over looking the apple orchards. With 70 acres of near by orchards for you and your pets to ‘roam freely’ it’s a true feeling of the very beautiful English countryside.
