My family had a great stay here. Alan’s place is exactly as described and even better! All amenities are great, the place is very cozy and clean. They even had a Christmas tree set up which was a great touch! We did a trip into Chester and Bayswater beach which ware both nearby. Would 100% recommend to those looking and would go back in a heartbeat!

A sweet little cottage in Mahone Bay - a great way to end our family vacation! The cottage is walking distance to all the restaurants and shops in Mahone Bay, and 10 minutes to Lunenburg. The cottage was clean and well-equipped. Highly recommend!

Blueberry oasis is truly a wonderful spot for a get away that is close to nearby beaches, shopping and Halifax. The cottage (house) has a very logical layout with room to relax and share time with family and friends. We only rent in the winter and call it our weekend winter house. Therefore we don’t get to use the lake and boating facilities. However, the games room with pool table and dart board makes up for that. We still use the outside firepit and hot tub. Lots of firewood for both firepit and indoor wood stove for our comforts without worrying about running out of supply. I highly recommend this rental.

This spot is in a beautiful, peaceful location. We wanted just to relax and be by the ocean. We were able to do both and the trip to town was just minutes by car. The home was very clean and well stocked with dishes, etc. When we had an issue with the internet the host responded immediately. The back deck was such a gem( I wish the weather had cooperated more) and the hot tub lets you look out over the water as you soak. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend a visit here. I certainly hope to return myself in the near future.

Spectacular Main Level Oceanfront Unit

Eric and Dawn's place was great. While small, it had everything you need. It is always great to have a functional kitchen. It has a spectacular view and is easy walking distance to Summerville beach and the Quarterdeck restaurant. We appreciated the heat pump system and with the changing Nova Scotia temperatures we were always comfortable. Thoughtful hosts who checked to see if there was anything needed. Can highly recommend staying at "The Decks" and hope to return.

We enjoyed a family weekend at Arin and Tobias' for my sons 19th birthday celebration. Their home is spacious, clean and both hosts are accomodating, friendly and welcoming. We had everything we needed in a beautiful home with equally beautiful surroundings. We seal watched at the rocky unkept beach close by, there were several seals right next door. Some of the brave ones even swam at Cherry Hill beach in cold temperatures just a 15 minute walk from this air bnb (beautiful walking or swimming beach!) Highly recommend them for a comfortable and peaceful stay!

Bruce says: We had a wonderful stay at Cameron's. The weather was great and the lodging was impeccable. We interacted with the host on numerous occasions. The site is very rural but that is what we appreciate. Carol-Ann says: I told Bruce his review was far too stiff and impersonal to accurately reflect our time at Cameron's. After all, this is our second VayKay get-away with them and we are pre-booking for a third one in a few months! His response to me: Absolutely! We don't want there to be such a rush on bookings that there's no place left for us! OK! I see his point ... so let me happily be an echo: We had a wonderful stay at Cameron's. The weather was great and the lodging was impeccable. We interacted with the host on numerous occasions. The site is very rural but that is what we appreciate.

Our family enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. The host went out of her way to make us feel very welcomed during our stay. The beds were very comfortable. The cottage has a nice open concept.

Another wonderful Easter Weekend with family at The Lookout cottage!! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and the large island is awesome! We love the open concept space. Since we had a nice sunny day, we got to enjoy the large deck and all of the outside seating, overlooking the water! The propane fireplace was nice for chilly mornings. Having a full bath and another half bath is so convenient for 4 people! The hosts are very responsive and provided great instructions about check in and how to find the cottage! Would 100% recommend The Lookout and we hope to return!

Amazing stay in an adorable, well furnished and colorful cottage close to the sea. The cottage itself has everything you need, including a wonderful hot tube. The location is just perfect, very quite and close to the sea as of the main touristic attractions. Last but not least, Sean and his husband were fantastic and so friendly - they made our stay even better. We Will definitely come back :)

Lee Ann’s place is wonderful. So much attention has gone into it. It’s very peaceful and close to Mahone bay and Lunenburgh.They even left the Christmas tree up for me. Beautiful. Plus what can I say about the puppas. Two beautiful dogs. As I am a dog lover it’s been heaven I’m in luv with Max . Leeann calls him her Gentle Giant and so he is. Perfick. Thank you Lee Ann I shall pass the word and hope to be back soon.

The Cottage looked exactly as pictured. Clean, private, easy to get in, with beautiful views. The host answered us timely and was very kind. Would definitely recommend a stay with them to a friend!
