Janna was a great host. The house was close to great restaurants and things to do around town. Janna even had fresh cinnamon rolls waiting for us! Great host and nice house!

The house was spotless with all the morning amenities one can hope for. Having a washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher, makes longer stays very comfortable. The place is remodeled professionally and has a remarkably nice interior design. Wen-Sheng has been truly exceptionally welcoming. I have been on Airbnb for many years but I have not encountered a host who would take such care of his/her guests: from leaving treats for us to use to checking on us, to helping us adjust the temperature, Wen-Sheng is a first class host. Thank you for a wonderful stay Wen-Sheng.

This AirBnB in Midland was top notch. Everything was spotless and as described. The home is in a very nice residential area. Very quiet, safe, walkable. The backyard was large and securely fenced for our dogs. The interior of the home was immaculate. Very large kitchen that was well stocked, ample seating for dining, comfortable furniture, quality linens and towels. Very nice slider to a screened in porch that leads to the back yard. We were in town for Christmas and there was a decorated tree in the living room which was a festive touch. Highly recommend this AirBnB and would definitely stay here again when in Midland.

We enjoyed staying at Lisa’s home with our two dogs. Everything was clean and comfortable, the backyard was great for the dogs, and Lisa was a very communicative host with clear instructions and helpful tips about the neighborhood. Would gladly stay at her rental again and recommend it to anyone traveling with dogs.

We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer’s place! The house was perfect for the four of us — spacious, clean, and full of thoughtful personal touches that made it feel so welcoming. Jennifer’s communication was excellent from start to finish, which made everything smooth and easy. The location was ideal, close to downtown with great restaurants, shops, and parks nearby. Jennifer recommended Proper Taco, and it definitely lived up to the hype — a delicious spot we really enjoyed! This was the perfect home base for us as we visited Detroit, Midland, and Frankenmuth, and explored more of Midland too. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!

We looked at many places. But Mike's place was our choice. The home was just as pictured. The kitchen was beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable. The home was clean, and well done. We felt lucky to stay in such a well maintained, old architecture style apartment. Lots of natural light from the beautiful windows . Great space, with everything you need for a comfy stay. It was quiet and walkable to restaurants and along the river. Thanks Donald, wendy

The space was immaculate. It looked recently painted and fresh. The staff were extremely responsive. My phone can't support the upgrade to airbnb and they helped me work around that issue.

A great place to stay!

Fabulous stay and hope we get back to Bay City so we can come back. In town for a bowling tournament and we had both main floor suites and it was perfect for us. The sitting room, with its huge TV, was a great place for our group to hang out after a day of bowling. The dining room chairs made our nightly cribbage games extra comfy. Beds were great! The housecoats were a thoughtful touch. If you are looking for a memorable location with tons of character and special touches this is your spot!

This is my second stay at this home and just like last time it was perfect. Great location and very comfortable. Will be coming back again.

The time spent in Daniels place has been a wonderful experience. He has been very accommodating. The location is convenient with many things to do in walking distance. Tons of restraunts, bars, and activities. If you enjoy a stroll along the river side, its only a block away. The place is very quiet and well furnished. There is onsite security monitoring parking and entry to the residence. If you enjoy the downtown experience, this is the place for you. Well worth the stay.
