A wonderful place and a wonderful host! The flat is beautifully decorated and furnished in a quiet location but not far from a high street with all you need. Corey was very accommodating and answered any queries very quickly. Highly recommend!

Booked this place for my parents, really close to King’s Building of UofE, good for them to visit the campus. The bus stop just right outside the house, really convenient for us to go to the city centre. The host and his families are super nice and friendly, made them feel right at home. Highly recommend.

Great place in a calm and beautiful part of the city - bus station within short distance, like 30 mins to the city centre. The address was a bit confussing for Google maps, but the right one is like 3 mins walk. Victoria was a very welcoming host - showed us around the apartment and left some snacks in case needed :) definitely recommended!

10/10 Marco greeted myself and my friends upon arrival, very helpful and a nice chap with the brief overview of the city and how to get about. Place was lovely for the few days we were there, Would recommend 100%!

We were a group of 6 and the moment we walked into house, we all felt like home. A spacious home with an outstanding interior design, super cosy. The kitchen was well staffed (best kitchen we‘ve ever had in an Airbnb). For the first morning David and his wife left us everything we needed for a proper breakfast. Thanks again for letting us stay at your beautiful home 😊 Absolutely recommended.

Personally I don’t think we could have found a more convenient place to stay for our visit to Edinburgh, the apartment was so spacious, Asda supermarket just across the road, other well known shops just a 5 minute walk down the road, and to top it off the train into Edinburgh was a 3 minute walk from the front door, £3.50 return and it only takes 9 minutes, we would definitely book again if we return to Edinburgh

Good, quiet location from the city. Driveble or use the efficient bus service. Coffe machine takes Vertuo pods - cannot get these in the supermarket. Sadly, couldn't use the TV on our 3-day visit. Off-street parking was good.

Had a fantastic stay in this apartment. The host is very friendly and proactive. The apartment is very nice, spacious and modern. Well equipped kitchen. The area is very friendly, safe and well connected. You can also walk to city centre in 30 min max. Easy access to Pentland hills (10 min by car) and to the parks in the area (5 min walk). Wonderful shops and cafes a couple of minutes walk from the apartment.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Ceilidh left plenty of treats. I highly recommend this apartment as the location was great for access to the city and shopping. The bus stop was just across the street!

We loved our stay at Newhall Estate. The stable flat was gorgeous. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, quality linen and it felt like a lovely luxurious stay. Really close to Edinburgh but it felt like another world and we loved coming home and taking a walk around the grounds. Would strongly recommend.

We absolutely loved our time at Fionas apartment. Hidden away in a small picturesque lane yet close to buses abd bustling Morningside- the location was perfect. the apartment is modern, warm and very tastefully arranged with thoughtful touches and a spacious feel.Fiona was so responsive and flexible with our flight delays. this is definitely a place we will stay again if we are fortunate enough to return to Edinburgh.

We stayed for two nights in April 2025 with my family, and everything was fantastic! Great location, great accommodation, and everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. It was such a nice touch to find a welcoming bottle of wine on the table. It was one of the best experiences we've had on Airbnb. Thank you so much.

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation was perfect for our needs. We had two dogs with us and the garden was secure and lovely to walk out to through the bifold doors. It was clean and very comfortable. And Audrey was a very lovely host. We will definitely stay there again when we visit family in Edinburgh.

This is a very well appointed apartment on the fourth floor with an impressive balcony looking at the port of Edinburgh and the Firth of Forth.

We had a fantastic stay at Martin and Charul's apartment and would definitely stay there again! From the moment of booking to departure communication was flawless and we felt very welcome. The apartment was clean, decorated beautifully and we had everything that we could have needed. The apartment is well situated and only a short walk to princes street and Edinburgh Waverley so the perfect location to explore the city.

Die Wohnung besticht durch die Lage. In 1 Minute ist man mitten in der Altstadt. Es ist Alles vorhanden und der Support bei Fragen war unglaublich. Jederzeit wieder Tim und ganz liebe Grüße an Michelle! Lutz

Great Central position just off the Royal Mile. Lovely little flat. Just be aware it's three stories up, but will keep you fit.

Sabrina hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und war auch sehr hilfreich mit unserem zahlreichen Gepäck. Auch das Gepäck konnte nach dem Auschecken noch problemlos in der Wohnung gelassen werden. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Beautiful apartment. Was greeted and warmly welcomed. All the essentials were left for us in the kitchen including bread, butter, milk and even bottle of Prosecco to accompany us in the luxurious hot-tub. Worth the stay if you are visiting the area!
