Old Farm is a traditional stone-built Somerset farm house, built in the 1580's, set in a quiet village, less than 5 minutes' walk to the village pub. 10 miles to Bath & West Show Ground and 8 miles to Wells Which? described Wells as a “compact but perfectly formed gem.” We are also within 3-4 miles of the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a great area for walks, cycling and traditional pubs. Owl cabin is a peaceful & cosy retreat, situated in our garden next to our house on the edge of our woodland, a haven for deer, badgers & owls. From the veranda you can watch our free-range ducks & chickens, buzzards & red kites thermalling over the valley & horses coming and going. There is a private, woodland garden with a wood fired hot tub to enjoy the views or gaze at the stars. There are lots of lovely walks including across the fields to the local pub and Bath is only 15-20 mins by car.

The Cobblers in Timsbury, on the edge of Bath, is a fabulous detached property. A little haven away from the hustle & bustle of daily life but also a short drive away from Bath, Bristol & many other beautiful spots. It has one bedroom with a king size bed, a luxurious bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with table & chairs. The living room is large & very comfortable with bi-fold doors opening up on to a private terrace with pretty views of the garden.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.
