The guest area is the main level, 900 square feet. I don't charge cleaning fees. Kids ages 2-12 will be declined for their safety, no exceptions. I live in the separated basement with my dog; we don't go into the guest space. Stays 28+ days require a signed lease. Backyard unavailable April - November ‘26.
