great spot not far from the beach, and many things to do in the area. the house was very clean with lots of amenities provided. would highly recommend for anyone.

We absolutely loved this Airbnb! It was so cute and homey, perfect for a weekend stay with my family and loved ones to celebrate my birthday. The space was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities listed, making our stay super comfortable. The host, Daniel, was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect. My family loved this Airbnb! The home was VERY clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to make dinner and coffee in the morning. The yard is huge and our one dog enjoyed it very much. It's also in a great location, close to many different restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

respectful hosts, beautiful home with views of DTLA, and garage access made this experience very nice. The home was extremely peaceful considering outside noise from the freeway and main streets. each room had beautiful views and extremely comfortable beds. the rooftop was the star of the show!

We loved the Florida Casita and can’t wait for our next stay. Our family lives in the same neighborhood so it was super convenient and we were close to all the 4th Street Shops and walking distance to just about everything you need—including the beach. It’s a perfect house for folks who are planning to enjoy Long Beach or neighboring cities. Thank you for the hospitality!

We all had an amazing stay at Damon’s place. The gardens were beautiful and the house had plenty of space for a large group. Also loved that the house had a driveway for parking as street parking was a bit hard to come by

It was very nice amd cozy, had walkable stores and restaurants (even walked to a restaurants that was nearby) has a very safe environment and had no issues, love to stay again in future

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and a great selection of restaurants. The space itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything felt fresh and inviting from the moment I arrived. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it so easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

It is so wonderful that people will open up their unique homes and let others enjoy such special places. The Villa is one of them! A patio right on the boardwalk and sand with great views was my favorite feature. My wife enjoyed the beach themed decorations and elegance of the Villa. But we can both agree that the host Kim (and her husband) were kind and sincerely caring people that made us welcomed!

Our stay in Blake and Brenda lovely home was great. The apartment is very quiet and nice. It is very well equipped with all the staff you need to cook, and being Italians that means a lot! We even had a barbecue ready to be used Many thanks again to Blake and Brenda

We really loved Ali's place! The space was beautiful and spacious! Me and hubby came out to celebrate our anniversary and we wanted something unforgettable and this place delivered and exceeded our expectations! The apartment is right above some amazing bars and a little cute convenience store! It's walking distance to a lot of different fun bars, shopping and galleries. We were able to walk to the fashion district and shop/eat. Thank you Ali for everything! I will definitely be staying again!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, anfangs bisschen schwierig zu finden aber wahrscheinlich lag dies an mir. Der Herr in der Lobby war super freundlich ebenso wie die Gastgeber sehr gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was wir gebraucht haben zu dem war die Aussicht, bei Sonnenuntergang wunderschön. Mann konnte auch das Telefon mit dem Fernseh verbinden und seine eigenen Serien schauen. Leider hat Los Angeles selber uns nicht so beeindruckt vor allem Down Town war ziemlich runtergekommen und viele Obdachlose, vielleicht für andere normaler als für uns aus der Schweiz. Jedoch ist Beverly Hills etc mit dem Fahrzeug von der Wohnung schnell erreichbar. Einfach toll Danke euch für die Gastfreundschaft.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, kürzlich in der in Los Angeles zu übernachten, und ich kann nur Positives berichten! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war tadellos sauber und ordentlich. Es war offensichtlich, dass sehr viel Wert auf Hygiene gelegt wird. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend. Ich hatte ein geräumiges Zimmer mit einem bequemen Bett, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und einem modernen Badezimmer. Besonders gefallen hat mir der große Fernseher und das kostenlose WLAN, was dazu beigetragen hat, dass ich mich wie zu Hause fühlte. Für die Qualität, die ich erhalten habe, war der Preis mehr als fair. Die Zimmerpreise sind angesichts der Lage und der gebotenen Annehmlichkeiten sehr wettbewerbsfähig. Zusammenfassend kann ich Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der Los Angeles besuchen möchte. Ich freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt!

We had to evacuate our home in LA due to the wildfires. Michelle was quick to answer and very kind. Check in was so easy! We felt comfortable and safe.

This was an amazing place to stay. So close to the beach, restaurants, stores, and was easy to get in and out of the area. Sam is a great host and worked well with us if anything came up. I would highly recommend staying here.

Stayed at Wendy’s place for a girls weekend. We immediately felt right at home. Her stay is beautiful and close to many restaurants and things to do. A truly flawless stay. So clean I could have been the first guest. Chic modern design. Cozy bed. Excellent communication throughout. The building was safe and secure in a neighborhood that is sometimes off-putting, but this block was the nicest of downtown and easy to walk to many restaurants and bars.

Location! Location! I loved how this place was five minutes away from the beach and great restaurants walking distance as well. Place was clean and felt like home.
