The apartment is ideally located on a pretty quiet street, but very close to Viktualienmarkt and Marienplatz, as well as public transportation. It is very clean and pleasant. Andreas is a pleasure to deal with- responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful stay.

Das Zimmer war wirklich toll eingerichtet und sauber, es waren alle Küchenutensilien da, sodass man keine Einschränkungen beim Kochen hatte. Die Lage war auch toll und man war zu Fuß in 5 Minuten am See.

Es war ein Traum. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schick. Wir waren mit unseren drei Teenagern dort, zum Skifahren. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. :) ggf ist die Couch zum lümmeln mit 5 Personen zu klein. Aber hey, wenn man sonst nichts hat. Der Ort hat alles was man braucht. Danke Danke für alles!

Pavel is a great host. He provide us with clear instructions about everything needed. He was really supportive and nice. The apartment was even bigger and nicer we expected. Highly recommended!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung! Sie war genauso schön wie auf den Fotos - modern, hell, sauber und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen haben uns die liebevollen Details in der Wohnung, die sehr bequemen Betten und die ruhige Umgebung. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt: In nur fünf Gehminuten erreicht man sowohl den Bahnhof als auch das Stadtzentrum - zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Vom Balkon aus hatte man einen direkten Blick auf die imposante Bergkulisse mit der Zugspitze. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, gut erreichbar und immer hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Daniel is great host, very friendly and helpful. We had detailed instruction for every aspect from starting from check-in to using home aplliances. Apartment in good location, grocery market is very close, park and river nearby. Nice smart home solution intalled. Free parking on the street, but hard to find place. We had good stay :)

Beautiful, well equipped and clean house in a very quiet neighbourhood that's close to train station. Has off street parking too. Hosts always contactable. Would thoroughly recommend if visiting Munich with friends.

A really wonderful host: the loveliest family, couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and attentive. Excellent communication...even when we called at odd hours. The house is warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We really miss the massage chair, our morning coffee and our new friend, the little cat. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen/living area is really spacious, the garden is lovely with outdoor dining area and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. The neighbourhood is perfect for a family. It's quiet, friendly, with excellent transport links. Two U-bahn stations, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, clothes shops, a pharmacy, health food shop, bank and even a department store are all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and host. It was like a home away from home.

היינו 3 משפחות עם ילדים, הדירה היתה מרווחת מספיק בשביל לאפשר פרטיות אבל גם את הביחד. הדירה מדהימה ביופייה ובעיצובה החדשני והנעים, וכמובן הנוף מסביב עוצר נשימה. מיקאל מארח מצוין, סייע מיד לכל בקשה שהיתה לנו ופתר כל בעיה במהרה. תודה רבה!

We had our amazing 3 nights stay and the space is comfortable for 6 people. Well equipped kitchen and walkable distance to train station. Highly Recommended!

Die Vermieter haben an viele kleine Details gedacht. Küche war super ausgestattet (Salz, Gewürze, Backpapier, Kaffee, ...). Selbst im bad stand ein kleines Duschbad.

Die Unterkunft bot für uns alles, um einen sehr schönen und gemütlichen Winterurlaub zu erleben. Von Kamin über die gemütliche Sitzecke mit Blick auf die schöne Bergwelt bis hin zu den Schlafzimmern ließ sie kaum Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber in 10 Gehminuten erreicht man alles, was man benötigt. Aber durch den eigenen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, waren Ausflüge mit dem Auto auch problemlos möglich. Der Check-in und Check-out verlief reibungslos und sehr einfach. Auch die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und man bekam auf alle Fragen schnell eine Antwort. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely 4-bedroom house! The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing, yet conveniently close to shops and amenities. The garden is beautiful and well-maintained — we especially enjoyed using the BBQ and spending evenings on the patio. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, great for cooking and gathering. The host was absolutely wonderful — very responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Gallzein! Die Hütte ist ruhig gelegen und perfekt für ein paar Tage Erholung in den Bergen. Die Ausstattung ist grundsätzlich völlig in Ordnung, nur in der Küche hätten wir uns ein paar mehr Schüsseln/ funktionsfähige Pfannen gewünscht. Aber absolut kein Punkt Abzug wert, die könnte man beim nächsten Mal auch einfach selbst mitbringen. Auto ist Pflicht und von A nach B oder zum Einkaufen zu kommen aber auch das ist ja normal. 😊

Hat für einen Messeunterkunft für vier Leute gut gepasst. Bäckerei gleich nebenan. Nur die kleine Einfahrt zu finden war etwas tricky. Aber auch nicht unmöglich.

Our stay at Lisa and Julian’s tiny house was fantastic - everything was clean, nicely furnished and fresh, and they made sure that our stay as pleasant as possible. They were very friendly, reactive (easy to reach) throughout the entire time we were there even though it was over Easter. The only thing to note is that it gets very bright in the bedroom when the sun comes up in the morning.

The host was very responsive and offered to help for what we needed. We had every thing we needed in that apartment. The apartment looks really nice, modern, and clean. On top of that, the location is perfect to get around shopping areas and restaurants. Recommend!😍

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung von Dagmar und Burkhard. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und die Wohnung ist sehr schön und durchdacht eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man nur brauchen könnte. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und es sind trotzdem nur 2 min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof und zum See. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

We stayed 3 person which is good for us. Room was big enough bathroom and kitchen was very good and clean. The place is very nice and very close to underground, in front of the apartment. Emanuel was very friendly helped for our all questions and replied very quickly. If İ come Munich İ would like to stay again. Thank you very much for everything we had a happy holiday☺️

Loved our stay here while in Munich. This apartment comfortably kept the 5 of us. The location can’t be beat, walkable to Marienplatz with many delicious restaurants on the street below. Comfortable beds and plenty of space to stretch out.

Posto consigliato, molto comodo per compagnie di amici, unica pecca il bagno singolo in tanti un po’ difficile da gestire. Host molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione comoda e tranquilla. Posto pulito e confortevole. Ci siamo trovati molto bene come compagnia di 8 persone. Posto consigliato per chi vuole visitare la città, anche comodo per la posizione vicina della metro a 15 min a piedi.
