Ervin's home and hospitality were top shelf! Communication from start to end was friendly, prompt and helpful. The space was nicer than pictured in the listing, beautifully constructed with nice touches for every amenity you'd need. The hot tub was a recently added bonus and the location in this part of scenic Pennsylvania truly makes Ervin's place a gem. The property was peaceful and secluded. We loved the pond and hot tub! The cabin was perfect- great use of space, comfortable beds and beautiful view from the living room. It was also extremely clean (probably the cleanest rental I have ever had!). Also, it was very well-stocked. There were plenty of towels both for bathing and multiple hot tub trips for everyone. The kitchen also had plenty of everything we needed. Overall, we would love to visit again!!

Absolutely stunning home secluded in lush greenery. My extended family of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our time there and felt there was ample space. We loved the open layout of the house. The coffee station was OMG 😍!! The kids loved the zip line, running around the yard, hot tub and hanging out at the long kitchen table. We grilled, cooked great meals together in the kitchen and enjoyed coffee on the huge deck. There are so many places to relax in this house. We ended up getting groceries delivered from Weiss and that saved so much time. Highly recommend staying here!

Great place. Plenty of room and easy dive to Beaver Stadium. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The place was very clean and updated.

It was very cosy! We had a great time visiting Penn State and would most certainly stay at the campsite again.

We had a last minute reservation and the cute little bungalow was perfect space for my kids and me and it was a quick 25 min drive to Penn state. Everything was quick and clean and easy to understand.

Kayla was very responsive and we enjoyed our weekend stay here.

Mervin was so kind! He had such amazing communication, offered to assist us with all of our needs. The place is spotless, very beautiful and pristine. It was nice and warm in the cabin and its spacious! I would recommend this cabin its peaceful, very beautiful you pass water fronts and mountains so enjoyable as fall season is here! Theirs plenty of stores and restaurants not far but quaint/ more remote in the area. Would go again :-)

I wasn’t sure if the cabins were as nice as the pictures showed. I was pleasantly surprised that they were as new and clean as they looked. The extras such as coffee and the shampoo and body wash in the shower were a nice touch and much appreciated. I would definitely return.

Had a few issues checking in because I didn't receive the code via email. They were extremely accommodating the next morning and even upgraded me to an AC unit for the second night. Great customer service.

Very nice all around. Great rates, cabins and accommodations. A little noisy due to the highway, but that's not their fault. They even have a tall wooden fence along the highway to reduce the sound as best as possible. Excellent campground, I'll be back!

Laura met us at the property when we arrived and provided us a quick tour of the cabin. Very friendly and accommodating. Quiet location not far from PSU and Beaver Stadium. There were 6 of us. 1 couple was in the main bedroom downstairs while everyone else was upstairs in the loft where the remaining beds were located. Upstairs was a bit “cozy” but things worked out since all it was used for was to sleep. Overall good stay.

We loved the place, quiet, clean and pleasant and we will return again, and the communication with the owner was fantastic
