We appreciated our convenient coming & going during Parents Weekend. We even made a small family meal in the kitchen one night. You thought of everything. Hope to see you again.

We loved our stay here. On top of all the basic things you'd want (great host, spotlessly clean, easy to access, spacious, well appointed, easy parking, comfortable, etc.), it has a few extraordinary qualities that make it special. First, its location next to Honey Creek is magical. There's nothing like the sound of creek. Instant healing and relaxation. Second, the hosts have created a paradise for easy birdwatching. Feeders of all types to attract a wide variety of bird species are laid out and carefully maintained. It's magical. We got lucky to be there when Baltimore Orioles were plentiful, and of course they had the perfect feeder in the perfect place for that species. But all of the above isn't worth much if a place isn't designed to take advantage of it, and, wow, this place does just that. There are so many cozy, clever indoor and outdoor nooks for enjoying the creek and the birds in the most intimate way. Amazing.

The apartment easy to find, parking accommodations were great and the apartment was sparkling clean! We come to State College on a regular basis and just wish we had discovered this really Great place to stay sooner!

We stayed here for our anniversary and had an amazing time! The house is beautifully designed with a clean, minimalist Nordic vibe that made it feel super peaceful and cozy. The soaking tub was a real treat, especially since they provided bath bombs. And little touches like Q-tips, fluffy towels, and a well-stocked kitchen made everything feel so taken care of. The location was also really convenient: it was just a short drive to town, there was a gas station nearby, and it was only 8 minutes to the grocery store. The outdoor space was quiet and relaxing, with a fire ring that made for cozy evenings under the stars. The only thing I’d suggest is that they add a step at the front door and off the patio. The drops aren’t too big, but they could be tricky for someone with mobility issues. A step would be a great addition. Overall, it was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. It was peaceful, stylish, and full of thoughtful details. I highly recommend it!

We stayed two nights at Penny’s to attend a Penn State football game. The location was perfect: in the quiet, charming little village of Lemont, just a three-mile walk to Beaver Stadium. Penny’s clean and homey place features a super-comfy queen-sized bed, microwave oven, mini-refrigerator, and Keurig machine (coffee pods provided). The newly-remodeled bathroom is a real treat with a wonderful shower. There’s a lovely porch where you can sit out when the weather is nice. The best thing about the property is the host: Penny is fantastic! She was readily available for all of our requests and a delight to get to know. We will be back whenever our plans call for travel to Penn State!

We came to visit my grandson at Penn State for the weekend. House is very close to university. Lots of stores conveniently located to house. The house is very clean, spacious and comfortable. Meghan is very friendly and responded to my questions quickly. Check in and check out a breeze. We will definitely be back!

Kyler’s townhouse was beautiful and spacious. The home was very clean. The first floor bedroom was perfect for my husband and I while the kids could easily climb the steps to the third floor. Location was great and is was very convenient to stores and restaurants plus the Penn State campus. We enjoyed our stay!

Amy was so thoughtful with all the small amenities she provided, it made us feel right at home. The fireplace was a cozy plus. the place was spacious and so clean and updated.
