Apartment Obala - Apartment 4

This is one of four apartments in my house. The house is situated in the center of little town Bol. It is 5 minutes away from the sea and ten minutes away from the first beach. Our house is typical old autohtonous dalmatian house. It is made of stones and has been completely renovated inside five years ago. It is on the second floor and it has little terrace. It has one bedroom ,a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. It can take from 1 to 4 people. It is completely equipped, it has a sat TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, all cooking utensils, linen and towels. There is also an outdoor grill which you can use and a parking place if you arrive by car. By staying in our apartments you can really feel the atmosphere of an old dalmatian house. You can even taste original dalmatian homemade beverages. The house is situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, but very near the center. In Bol, there are lots of beaches, but the most famous is beach Zlatni rat. It is situated outside the village. It is 20 minutes away on foot from my house, but you can go there by car, by taxi-boat or by little tourist train that goes every half an hour. There are also lots of other sights to see, like Branislav Dešković gallery, an old Dominican Monastery, Dragon's cave, desert Blaca and Vidova gora, the highest peek of all dalmatian islands from which you can sometimes see Italy.

Apartment Ami

This apartment is situated in best position in Split in such calm area called Zvončac in entrance of nature hill Marjan full of trees and beaches. Just 100 m from apartment is the sea and beaches and 10 min by walk trough promenade by the sea and ACI marina you are in center of Split (old town). Apartment is newly renovated with everything what you need. It has 58m2 with small balcony and big one which is amazing and has 30m2 and the sea view is something what you have to see. Hvar: Luxury home by the sea with the view

Brand new modern and stylish apartment centrally located, close to the beach, and with a beautiful view. This spacious (90 m2) modern flat consisting of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a huge, open plan kitchen with the living room area, and the terrace is fully equipped for a very comfortable stay. Just a few minutes walking distances to the main square but still situated in a quiet neighborhood.

Stone villa in Hvar center

Beautiful stone villa in the centre of Hvar old town, first row from the sea, near clubs and restaurants. The house has two floors, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two kitchens. Two bedrooms have separate beds and one has double bed. There is a common space also (leaving-dining room) The house has 65m2(small house). The terrace is big and has a sea view. Ideal for groups up to 6 people.

Our lovely little house is situated in a olive grove. It is sorrunded by beautliful Adriatic landscape.The mountains provide a lot off walks and bike trackways.The beaches and the see are 5 minutes of driving away.Also the main characteristics of the house are the breathtaking view,peace and isolation.The space has a rustical and simple feel to it so you feel like home.
