Little cottage by the pond

This is our little cottage for guests. It’s right next to our koi pond , with the windows open you can fall asleep listening to the waterfall. Or have a cup of coffee in the morning watching the fish and if you get lucky the ducks . Lol . It is very cozy and warm . This is a private cottage and you do not have to have any interaction with people! It has keyless entry. I clean and sanitize everything !We are extra vigilant to keep everyone safe! This cottage is not suitable for children,or pets .

Ranger's Hideout at Whitman Lake, Mount Rainier

Perched over Whitman Lake, escape with a cold beverage on your large deck that makes you feel "within the trees." Surrounded by old growth cedars, watch as the resident bald eagles take turns diving into the lake for their lunchtime snack. Walk down the railroad tie stairs and through our "naturally" landscaped yard to find your private dock with a kayak that is free for guests. Whitman Lake is just ~45 min south of Tacoma and ~45 min north of MRNP... a perfect home base for your adventures.

Perfect, Quiet Retreat: Park Setting w/ Big Yard

Just 1 mile off of I-5 in Fife, you'll find this home just a short distance away from Downtown Tacoma. In the north-end of this city you'll find the Ruston Way Waterfront, Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium, along with a variety of restaurants to please the most discerning pallet. This area boasts miles of walkways for biking/running/rollerblading if you are ready for some outdoor adventure. The Western Washington Fairgrounds in Puyallup are 10-15 minutes away if your coming for an event there.

Trails through the forest for hiking. Mountain bike trails at Dockton Pk..Your pet is welcome, leashed, with an additional pet fee.

Upstairs "English Cottage Studio, Private Bath"

Our English-style suite, upstairs over our detached garage, seems a world away. Pure cotton linens, down comforter, good lighting, cosy chairs, and tasteful decor make this an ideal place for retreat or business trip. Microwave, refer, coffee maker. Private bathroom with shower, no bathtub. The stairs to this room are quite steep and narrow. If you are at all challenged by stairs we would suggest you consider our other room, the Cabin Retreat, on the ground floor.

We are very careful to sanitize everything between guests! It's a 2BR ground fl apt w/sep entrance, driveway, & parking. Comes w/a full kitchen, big living room to lounge in, private yard with relaxing country views. Next door to a vineyard & winery, 5 min to all amenities, including, Wild Waves, St Francis hosp., Walmart, and Costco. Nestled between Seatac Airport & Tacoma, 30 min from Seattle . Perfect for business travelers, traveling nurses, couples, or families.

The cozy 350 sq ft attached Mother-in-Law Suite is located in a beautiful, residential neighborhood near downtown Puyallup. Suite has a separate entrance. Queen bed in the bedroom, the sofa does not fold out, but may fit a child. Extra blanket/pillow provided. Conveniently located downtown and just minutes from the hospital and fairgrounds. Perfect home base with easy freeway access for day trips to Olympia, Seattle/Tacoma, Mt. Rainier, and Puget Sound.

Waterfront Cabin on the Sound

Looking for a quiet place to get away “glamp” - our special cabin is the place for you. The cabin is SMALL and cozy. It features a queen bed in upstairs sleeping loft as well as a couch that pulls out into a double size sleeper, covered kitchen & private hot shower located OUTSIDE. There's an easy-to-use Incenelet toilet. Someone will meet you to go over check-in when you arrive. We allow you to bring 2 dogs for a $50 fee each.

Vashon Island is a beautiful, enchanting place and our guest cottage is in a uniquely gorgeous spot. Nestled above the water on a high bluff, the view literally takes your breath away; Puget Sound, Cascade mountains and sunrises that astound. It may be hard to believe an island paradise is so close to two major cities, but time seems to have stopped on Vashon. It's a magical place; come visit and let the spell work on you!
