Very convenient location in quiet part of town. I would come back to this place.

I wish people on our island were as accommodating, kind, communicative, and hospitable as these two co-hosts. We felt like royalty. The interior design of the apartment was tasteful and the level of cleanliness was incredible. Pretty spacious place, especially by Japanese standards, modern appliances, comfortable beds, perfect bathroom. The welcome basket was sweet. So many wonderful family-owned small restaurants nearby, we never cooked in house. Fun bakery two corners away. The bus to Namba and Umeda runs almost to the front door, making subway rides unnecessary; that said, many subway stations close by. In fact, we walked to the one who took us directly to the airport when we had to leave. Again, though, what made this place special were the hostesses: so, so, so friendly, polite, and kind. Domo arigato gozaimasu (sp.) to them.

2 minutes from getting onto Osaka Loop Line + Hanshin-Namba Line which was very convenient. Very clean and very spacious, double bathrooms and showered were essential for our group stay! Washer/Dryer was helpful to keeping a clean wardrobe. Lots of amenities included as well. A little bit noise by motorcycles drive by reving (Bosozoku), and as expected a bit of train noise while the lines are in service.

The accommodation was great. Everything is modern and we had plenty of space. Everything was clean and the place was very quiet. The train station was close, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The hosts were also super friendly and helped us with our problems. I highly recommend the accommodation.

Group of 7 Canadians. We had a wonderful stay. Took a bit to find it because the google pin wasn't accurate but once we did, we were right at home. Loved the "sky" room with balcony. Convenient next to late night restaurants and an awesome karaoke place.

位置在大阪的偏北，很安静，离千船站很近，交通方便，去梅田几站地，房子在日本应该算大了，我们两个人住的很宽绰，比住酒店方便很多，可以做饭。房屋虽然很旧但很干净，离我孩子学校很近，所有选择这个。下次来，还住这里。

This place was perfect for our group. Loved the traditional details with a modern touch to the house. Very clean and spacious for our group of 19. When we ran out of supplies the host dropped some off to us. We definitely felt at home. Would highly recommend.

The place is spacious and clean, fits all 7 of us comfortably. The host was very accommodating and responsive. We had a lovely stay!

A wonderful place for anyone wanting to go to Universal Studios Japan! My family and I had a great house all to ourselves with clean rooms (even a Japanese tatami room if you've always wanted to try that out), all equipped with their own air conditioner, comfy beds and lots of space. We had a spotless kitchen with a large fridge (that had a few free drinks!) and a cozy living room. The property is also close to a train station for easy commuting. Only thing to note is that 1) the walk to Universal is about 20 minutes (it's a flat walk, but it can be tiring) and 2) the stairway is quite steep and narrow - not an issue for us, but something you'll need to keep in mind if you have slight mobility issues (e.g. need to use a cane, have a wider body frame). TL;DR - would recommend this place to anyone and everyone wanting to check out Osaka and Universal Studios Japan!

Kaho’s place was perfect! It is very close to Dempo Station (like a 1-2 minute walk) without being super crowded. We were able to get to and from USJ and the Osaka Expo with no difficulties. Kaho is a wonderful host- she showed us where the best place to get Okonomiyaki nearby was, and helped us get seated! She also leant us an umbrella to help with the rain. She was so sweet and delightful. The house is great too- very nice with a great kitchen. Would highly recommend!
