A very comfortable place to stay, clean and peaceful surroundings also a very accommodating host and responsive.

The host is very responsive from my queries. The place felt right at home. Ate Vicky is friendly and approachable. Their massage chair is what made us booked the place 😆 They provided bath towels and toiletries. Their living room is spacious and enough to accommodate our group of 9pax. We were able to get a good sleep. It’s along h-way and nearby bbq places. We weren’t able to go to hot spring but were told that it is near the area. Thank you for accommodating us! Till our next travel 🫶

1Billion/10 ang rating! If ever na babalik kami sa Davao dito po ulit kami magbook. Salamat Maam Perliza sa pagpapatuloy sa bahay nyo po. Nag-enjoy po ang family ko sa pagstay po sa bahay nyo. Good choice na di kami naghotel since first time magtravel ng parents. ♥️ Di sila nainip. Sobrang ganda, sobrang linis ng bahay ni Maam Perliza. Mabait din si Ms Tracy. Nakapagluto at nakapaglaba po kami sa airbnb. Thank you po ulit!

The owner is no nice makes me feel like home. kahit NASA malayo sya but she responded quickly and even the caretaker is so nice. thank you po ulit !

This place is good for a big family! Positive side Spacious living room Has 4 beedroom Nice toilet Kitchen has everything for cooking Towels and toiletries provided Clean linens Fast wifi, tv has netflix Has fan, aircon Refrigerator, microwave working Close to sibulan seaport and public market Affordable Negative side Hard to park (especially if d ka used to park backward) Naay dog lice (outside the house) Faucet inside cr (hinay) Overall: although during our stay kay nagbrownout nindot ra gihapon. Atleast we were inform by sir luigi a day before nag magbrownout, but it would be better if they provided some alternatives or complimentaries sa time na nagbrownout like cold drinks or battery banks kay during check in up to 6pm pa nagka power... I would still book this place for my next visit in dumaguete. Suggestions for improvement Maybe they can widen the road upon entering the place or widen the gate, fix faucet and clean the entrance para wala nay dog lice.

The place was all set when we arrive for check in. It was properly cleaned and well arranged. The host was also very responsive and was able to accomodate our needs. Kudos!

My family had a pleasant stay and the host was very accommodating and hospitable. They even brought snacks and other basic needs for my guests and made sure they’re well taken care of. Would love to book this place again.

My stay at April Joy's apartment was good. The apart is in a large development a few minutes walk from downtown malls (SM, Ayala and Gaisano) and transport shuttles to and from airport... Very nice pool and gym which was nice. Apartment is a studio which was OK for a short stay. Very fast Wifi was a bonus. April Joy was very responsive to messages and everything worked as it should.

I left my charger. Thankful that my host notify me right away! 🫶🏼 kudos! And also highly recommended unit po. 😊

I was very fortunate to come across Rey & Mercy's apartment as a place of accommodation for our principals' stay at Tagbilaran for their principal's congress. The place was very accessible, easy to find with clear instructions from Rey on how to get there, he was very proactive, messaging me for updates on the location of our principals. What you see on the pictures were really what you will see once you get there. According to them, they were very happy and satisfied with the place, it was spacious, and ofc, with all the amenities, like it was your own house. The check in was flexible too, very amenable to both parties, since they need to check in early on. Thank you Rey & Mercy! Highly recommended place!

Very easy to check-in and the host was super responsive. I booked the wrong date at first but the host was super flexible that she allowed the change of my booking date. Very big thanks. Ameneties were also provided by the place. We were able to rest well.

Great place to stay. Close to City Mall, gated, a lot of parking space for guests with cars. The house itself is very spacious, and felt at home.

It was a pleasant experience.

Very accommodating. There was a slight problem with the internet but everything went smooth eventually. So great knowing there was free toiletries, ambiance felt like a hotel.

Had a great weekend stay with my whole family! We loved how homey it felt and the whole place was clean as well. We had some last minute requests which was granted and totally thankful to Jayson as my kids definitely enjoyed their pool time. Just had some minor setbacks but definitely not an issue. I have stayed at other condos in Davao that were higher priced. But not one of these compared to this condo. The amenities, atmosphere and sense of relaxation all were at the top of my list. Would definitely recommend and would rebook on my next visit.

Sir Darwin's place has a very good location being close to limketkai center and public transportation access (jeepney to centrio for example). The unit is bigger than the units my sisters occupied, with a small price difference (2,400 vs 2681). The beds are so comfy especially the linens (beautiful), curtains are black out-like curtains, furnishings are made of wood, cutlery is nice (gold themed), plenty of cooking utensils, indoor slippers, Two screens, fast Internet... we had everything we needed. We will definitely book again if ever we come back to Cdo. thank you Sir Darwin for assisting us during our entire stay. I really appreciate the extra effort to help me opeeate the washing machine :) oh and the cleanliness is superb!
