Gyönyörű, modern, elegáns otthon Baritól északra, ahol mindent megtalálsz amire szükséged lehet. Békés, szép környezet, zárt lakóparkban, ezért teljesen biztonságos. A legközelebbi tömegközlekedés kb 2 km, ezért bérelt autóval vagy taxival ajánlott. Anton több mint tökéletes házigazda, mindent megtett értünk, mindenben segített, nagyon örülünk hogy megismertük, remélem visszajövünk még! Köszönjük Anton!

We had a really relaxing stay in Marta's appartament. Everything was well equipped, clean and we enjoyed the outside area including the pool, lovely sitting area and two loungers. We also appreciate the privacy. Marta was always helpful and made us feel comfortable all the time. We'd like to come back for another time. For future guests, there are some calm animals (cats and dogs) in the yard.

Posizione comoda non distante dal centro di Terlizzi. Centri intorno tutti molto belli e da visitare. Intorno casa prevalentemente campagna. Casa spaziosa sia dentro che fuori, portico spazioso, tutto molto comoda per rilassarsi. Spiagge prevalentemente poco o niente sabbiose. Mare limpido.

Everything was great! Escaping from Rome for a couple of days and resting at this place felt grounding. Luis' family members were always around, incredibly helpful and genuinely kind. This stay reminded me of the value of human connection and nature. The place itself is amazing: comfortable, private, and peaceful. I truly hope to return for a few days of doing absolutely nothing. Thank you, Luis to you and your wonderful family.

Une adresse à recommander ! La villa est entourée d'oliviers, son jardin est magnifique, le calme règne. Elle permet de rayonner pour visiter un grand nombre de sites. L'accueil des parents de Michele est très chaleureux et généreux. Michele a été très réactif à nos demandes. Un grand merci à vous pour toutes les petites attentions! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The house was spacious, well-maintained, and felt just like home. One of the highlights was the large patio, perfect for relaxing and spending time together The house was well equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to settle in right away. The neighborhood was quiet, friendly. Communication with our host was smooth and easy; he was very responsive and provided helpful local recommendations. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would gladly return. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable getaway!

Alloggio in posizione storica,estremamente pulito,molto confortevole e dotato di un balcone suggestivo sulla cittadina, con vista mare.Maria con gentilezza ci ha aiutati dandoci messaggi e consigli per varie necessità (es.parcheggio).Speriamo soltanto di porterci tornare!

Bel appartement dans un sasso en plein centre de Matera, belles salles de bains.

Gianluca est un hôte bienveillant, au petit soins pour nous, nous étions 2 couples. Le logement est fonctionnel et confortable. Nous garderons un bon souvenir et peut-être nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

É la seconda volta che alloggio in questa struttura ormai una garanzia durante le mie soste a Trani. Pasquale il proprietario è super disponibile e premuroso e la comunicazione è impeccabile. Rispecchia esattamente le mie esigenze e i miei orari sregolati, posso arrivare e ripartire quando voglio come se fosse casa mia. Sicuramente ci tornerò ancora.

Great and friendly host. We came with a rented car. Keep in mind you need to park the car 500 meters from your house. That is not always comfortable if you want to leave Bitonto twice a day(morning and evening for example). Bitonto is a lovely small town with great food restaurants and lovely people. We also made some friends at the restaurants. All beaches about 20-25 minutes drive. Keep in mind: not so many sandy beaches on this side. Pane e Pomodoro is a great sandy beach, park your car here for 1€ and take the shuttle but to Bari town!!

Bellissimo appartamento, io e la mia amica ci siamo trovate molto bene e ci siamo sentite come a casa…si ha la comodità poi di avere due bagni, la lavatrice, la cucina tutta attrezzata…veramente non mancava niente. La zona si trova praticamente in centro, quindi quando esci di casa hai praticamente tutto vicino. Se avevi bisogno di qualcosa ti aiutavano subito, sempre disponibili. Sicuramente (dato che andiamo sempre a Venosa) terremo in considerazione di ritornare in questo appartamento

This is a beautiful apartment in the sassi close to everything. The host was very responsive explaining all about the area and what to see and where to eat. The rooftop terrace is a magical particularly at sunset with views over the Sassi.

I travel professionally and use AirBnB literally everywhere I go. I guess that makes me something of a "power user". So when I say that Pier Nicola's home and service are as good as good can get, believe me! The quality and aesthetic of the fit out is matched, even surpassed, by true care and hospitality that goes way beyond the norm you would expect. Having vouchers for coffee and a pastry from the amazing bar/pasticceria, literally across the street, was a unique joy. But receiving a follow up message on my phone with a beautiful photograph of the piazza taken at night was the cake and the cherry. Suffice to say, this accommodation comes HIGHLY recommended. Bravo Pier Nicola - you're one of a kind!

La bella casa è il frutto di una sapiente ristrutturazione di una torre millenaria, in posizione centralissima, nel cuore storico di Giovinazzo, a pochi metri dal mare, arredata con grande gusto, ricca di accessori, silenziosissima, con un gradevole terrazzo. Matera is just wow! It’s very fun to stay in the heart of an ancient city! For most this is a once in a lifetime thing to do! This house has the cave experience while being comfortable and very well located! Really cool place! Take advice and park in the paid lot. We passed the entry to the lot and I am sure we got tickets!

Facile ambientarsi nell'alloggio di Giuseppe. In centro storico di Giovinazzo, vicino al mare, vicoli splendidi e vedute mozzafiato. La casa è per cinque persone a più piani, non adatta a chi ha mal di gambe. Alla sera è possibile cenare nella terrazza scoperta con veduta sulla cattedrale. Giuseppe è stato molto gentile nel consigliarci informazioni utili come parcheggio gratuito, supermercati e trattorie. Lo consiglio

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per Pasquetta e ci siamo trovati benissimo, tutto come descritto dal proprietario. Abbiamo anche usufruito del barbecue passando una piacevolissima giornata. Ringraziamo Marco per la sua estrema disponibilità! Magari ci torneremo per fare un'altra grigliata in compagnia!

This place has a great location-near to the Sassi but also close to access roads. Great for access to public transport.
