Another stay with Rosemarie. Again a very pleasant experience. The previous times I was the only guest, this time I had two friends come along. We all enjoyed Rosemarie's hospitality and felt like being at home. Our grandchildren enjoyed the tree house and the big backyard.

King bed was comfy & supportive. Adlon was quick to text back whenever needed and the week went fine. Small space but everything you need.

My recent stay was pretty perfect! This home is on Mount Curve Drive, which is creme de la creme Mpls city living. It was a convenient location for my recent April family visit. This is a well-appointed basement/walkout apartment in an old home. (European appliances in the kitchen and very quiet.) I chose it because I have a temporary mobility issue, and it was amazing because I was able to park my rental car a few steps away from the entrance. The online photos did not show that there are two steps to get into the shower, which I think is an oversight, but I was able to manage it. I stayed here by myself and felt safe. But if you are a person who is easily spooked or doesn’t like basements, you may not want to stay here by yourself. I enjoyed sitting in the sunroom, which in the summer season has a nice walk out to a private patio. It being April, the feeling of a long winter was still hanging on. The host was super helpful with my misc. questions. Bottom line: great value!! Thanks!

Wonderful spot to step into a well-thought-out comfortable and cozy bungalow space with vibes of an old-fashioned lake cottage. Beds are very comfortable and we loved the cute room divider between the beds to offer a little privacy within the shared room. Lots of games, movies, blankets, pillows, kitchen supplies and thoughtful snacks! Quiet residential area on a small lake. Nice view out the windows! Would stay again!

Great location near trails, Cedar Lake and Theodore Wirth Park! Grace was very responsive with lots of helpful information! Easy in and out; it had everything we needed; Appreciated the large selection of coffee pods for the Keurig in the morning!

We had a wonderful stay and loved the accommodations! The apartment was beautifully decorated, spotless and a short stroll to the adorable town of Excelsior!! It is located in a very nice neighborhood dotted with beautiful historic homes and walking distance to Lake Minnetonka and the park that overlooks the lake. Kris was very responsive and gave excellent recommendations for sites to see and places to eat. Would definitely recommend staying here and exploring the area!

The place was perfect for what we needed. The kids loved the space and were so excited being there. Instructions were easy to follow and checking in and out was easy. Good location and host was very friendly!

Best’s place was nice and cozy, and she was very responsive to messages. There was a short Internet outage, and she was very quick to resolve the issue once informed about it.

Everything we needed was available. Fairly well updated older home. Very close walking distance to train but bairly hear trains. Located in a quiet neighborhood, you can hear upstairs guests.

We had a great stay at Conrade's! Everything was smooth sailing, from booking to check out. The bed was super cozy and place was sparkling clean. A very cozy AirBnB in a fun neighborhood. Loved being so close to Bde Maka Ska and Black Walnut Bakery!

My husband and I stayed with our four month old baby. We really enjoyed the space, had plenty of room. The location is great a short drive from the city and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. There’s a park within walking distance. It is in a basement so it was a little bit cold but the host provided a space heater that helped keep us warm. What absolutely stay again or even at one of their other properties.

As I mentioned to Heather, her place is instant peace! Beautiful, spotlessly clean and has everything needed to make simple meals. Heather is a responsive, kind host. Will definitely stay with her again!

Stayed here for a weekend while our home is on market. We had to work this weekend and needed a peaceful place to crash to sleep after 2nd and 3rd shift for my husband and I. Shower is awesome and relaxing scented body soap was a perk! Great place except the noise from the upstairs was a bid loud in the mornings… heavy footfalls and noise above. But most people probably aren’t renting this for what we needed it for. Bed pillows were flat and uncomfortable and an assortment of older pillows…I’d recommend bringing your own if you can. These things are tolerable but just things that could be elevated to make this place even better! Otherwise beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities. We enjoyed Amy’s place and would stay again.

This was our first experience renting an Airbnb and I'm certain they have set the bar very high. Their place is clean, spacious, beautiful, extremely comfortable and felt like being at home. The sheets and comforter were soft and warm, clearly well made. They responded to every message in a short time and in our two in-person interactions were direct and courteous. They clearly take care to make their guests' stay as good as possible, and they succeed. I also appreciate their thorough communication and that their price is more than reasonable given the beauty of the home and neighborhood and the large size of the accommodations.

We had a wonderful stay at Essa’s place! The space is exactly as pictured. It was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The location was great with plenty of parking, and the neighborhood is beautiful.

Home away from home. Nice quiet neighborhood filled with charming houses and s lots of neighbors out exercising, walking their dogs and socializing. This is more of a subdivision walkable to cafe’s, restaurants and Target. The shopping center which houses it has other retail places such as Cub Foods, a couple of Nail Salons and T-Mobile. Came in handy when I dropped my phone and cracked the cover. Was able to replace it on the spot. If you catch mass transit there are several bus routes within a 1mile walk as well. If one prefers closer amenities its car accessible and plenary of street parking if needed.

Felt like home away from home. The bed is so comfortable. Everything is really clean and functional. I had a rental car but it’s a walkable neighborhood with a lot of stuff nearby. Will definitely be back when I have to return to Minneapolis for work!

I loved staying at Robyn‘s studio. Everything was exactly as described. The studio was spotless, check-in super easy and with Robyn‘s instructions and guidance I had no problem finding the house and parking spot. The neighborhood is great, I felt perfectly safe walking to nearby coffee shops or restaurants. Robyn was super quick with replying to any questions I had, making sure I was feeling well taken care of. I can definitely recommend staying at her studio!

Lovely place! Bathroom was luxurious and pristine, couch and bed are very comfy. We were too tired to take advantage of all the suite's cool puzzles and board games or stroll the charming neighborhood, but hopefully next time. Host was very kind and yet also gave us total privacy. There is a dog living upstairs but it is such a good dog there was zero noise. Parking was easily found. There was tasty coffee supplied- loose grounds not pods. I was very pleased to see many little "green" choices like that. And as always we were blown away by how delicious the water is in Twin Cities LOL! Really a perfect experience.

We had a great stay! Mark is a great communicator and checked in regularly during our stay. The place was very nice and the outdoor area was beautiful. Everything was very clean and organized. There were individual soaps and make-up wipes as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash (full size). There was a little coffee bar with creamer and hot chocolate. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The living room is very large with plenty of space for the TV area as well as the foosball table and pool table. Their dog Winston will come visit if you want him to and he is a sweetheart.

We had a wonderful stay with Steve. His studio is cozy, but spacious and very clean. A lovely bathroom and I loved having the washer/dryer. Private entrance was easy to navigate and Steve is very helpful and we felt very well taken care of. We will absolutely be staying at the Cozy St. Paul Studio in the future.
