We had a lovely weekend stay at Simon's gorgeous house. He was extremely accommodating (especially because we were a hen group, albeit not a rowdy one!) and gave clear instructions about check in. The house is really well appointed with everything you could need, and beautiful rooms with comfy beds. Simon let us check in an hour earlier and I also appreciated the midday Sunday check out time.

Absolutely wonderful house to stay in. My children who are 9 and 11 had a wonderful stay in Canterbury, especially as the home was central to so many activities, shops, restaurants, the cinema, a great indoor arcade area, and so much more. The parks were beautiful, the home was warm with everything we needed. Fantastic will stay again

Staying at Fleur’s place was such a treat. A gorgeous, elegant house with a garden for miles. Super easy to check in, and we had everything we needed for a weekend away. Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t want to leave at the end!

We primarily chose Slip Cottage for its location and private parking, as we know parking in Whitstable can be difficult. The cottage was just minutes from the sea front and surrounded by nice Independent shops and galleries. There were so many places to eat that we only used the very well equipped kitchen to make cups of coffee! The location is down a private lane, not a through road so very quiet. The neighbours were very friendly. Although only a double, the main bed had a really good mattress and was very comfortable. All the furnishings were good quality, with twin beds in the second bedroom. With two full bathrooms there was a choice of shower or bath, plus a downstairs loo as well! Stephen was a great host offering lots of advice about favourite places to eat. He also kindly texted once the cottage was ready so that we could go in earlier than the published arrival time. All in all a great find which we would happily return to.

Lovely house which was a great base for exploring Folkestone. The location is on a bit of a hill, which was fine for us, but perhaps slightly less so for folk with mobility needs who want to walk to/from the seafront or town. We had everything we needed for a lovely weekend, communication with Wendy and check in were easy and efficient. We’d recommend Anna’s place as a great choice to stay. Thanks so much

Excellent home for a weekend away, we loved it. Deanna was extremely helpful - loads of useful recommendations and clear instructions. House is spacious, beds v comfortable and the outdoor area at back was perfect for breakfast in the sunshine. Highly recommended!

If you are looking for a cottage in Whitstable look no further than this one. Spotlessly clean, great amenities and endless hot water. Located literally one minute from the top of the High Street and the Harbour. Harriet was responsive and easy to communicate with and the information pack was very very comprehensive and bang up to date. If we stay again in Whitstable this we definitely be my first choice. Local highlights - the food at The Duke of Cumberland, the sea front walks and the beer at The Sea Farmer’s Dive Taproom

The property was exactly what we were after. Spotless and had everything we needed. Great location for getting to things to do. Would certainly recommend Duncan as a host and would happily stay here again in the future.

Lovely place very clean and cozy. Hot tub was great also very clean. Love the little touches with the eggs and orange juice. Will book again in the summer when the pool is open thanks for our stay.

Great lodge, small and beautiful. Garden was massive and things to do for children. Warm inside and beds was very comfortable, such a lovely relaxing lodge. Host was amazing was available to communicate and was happy for me to have my hen ladies there. Only 1 annoying part was the dirt road leading up too gate. As u wouldnt realise to go up it.. easy to miss. BUT still 10/10.. cant wait to go back for a nice night away.

Our stay was very comfortable and nice . Martin was very responsive . We had no difficulties during our stay . The bungalow was neat and clean . The morning view from our stay was lovely . The beach is just 5 mins drive which added a pleasant experience to our stay . Will definitely recommend to our friends going ahead .

We enjoyed a wonderful long Easter weekend in this charming cottage. The space was cozy and perfectly appointed, lots of old charm - original cottage was built in 1550! - and special touches that delighted our children and made us feel like we were in quite a magical little space. The gardens are beyond gorgeous and just a lovely space to sit in the sunshine and watch our children play. It was a wonderful weekend filled with children’s laughter, bird song and cozy nights by the fire as a family. Thank you Tim & Maite for sharing your gorgeous cottage with us. The children are already asking we come back soon!

Great house for our family holiday - lots of space, comfortable and amazing views! Lots to do in the surrounding area too - enjoyable walks into Herne Bay and Reculver a highlight for us. Maggie was responsive and helpful throughout.

We had the loveliest time! The photos barely do The Pool Shed justice, its spectacularly located with a view of the downs and the shed itself is luxurious. All the ammenities, shower, bed, kitchen, and pool are fantastic and the whole places will make you feel at home, if your home happens to be a five star hotel! Great location as a base for lovely walks, plenty of nearby pubs. We also loved having the company of the wonderful dogs! Thank you so much for our wonderful stay!

Nina was a wonderful host, and the cabin is cosy and gorgeous. The garden is completely private and enclosed - perfect for dogs. There was nowhere for the dog to escape. Great to be able to light a fire, felt like posh, warm glamping. Great facilities, including a gas hob, fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave.

Property is ideally situated and very close walking distance to town centre. Property was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. The information sheet provided all working details for the property amenities and some excellent restaurant recommendations.

We had a wonderful time at Marks apartment. It was in beautiful surroundings, lovely and quiet, with a nearby town a short drive away if you do need anything or want to pop out. The flat itself was exactly as per the photos, and peaceful. Mark was a great host, thank you so much for having us!

We had a great stay whilst visiting family. Great area and very spacious accommodation. Caroline was lovely and on hand if we needed anything. Would stay again.

This was a fantastic place to stay. It was in a great place to walk into Deal and enjoy the beach and the hot tub was a great addition. The annexe was so clean and modern and very well equipped and private. Would highly recommend Nicola's place in all aspects. Would love to return.
