Oak Tree is private, luxurious, and centrally located. This is a locked bedroom suite. There are no shared spaces and no access to the rest of the building. Walking distance to dozens of restaurants, shopping and transit giving you easy access to UCSD, Pacific Beach, Petco Park, and downtown via the San Diego Trolley (bus #27).This spacious 370 square foot unit has a private locked entrance, a private bathroom, and a private outside sitting area. Private room with detached dedicated bathroom. Double bed. No children under 12 years. Non-smoking, drug-free household. We have two Doodles (non-allergic dogs) Guests-only allowed upstairs for privacy and security purposes. Please consume food downstairs to avoid ants, grease stains and spills. Use dining table downstairs or OK to eat outside on either patio, if bringing food into the house. Do not place wet towels on furniture or in closets or on bed linens in the room.

Welcome to my Tiny House! It’s a cozy little detached unit from my main house. Complete with sink, water boiler, french press coffee, queen loft bed, electric off-grid toilet, and private outdoor shower. The shower was custom designed with solid free standing stone- you’ll feel like you stepped into a water fall! I just recently added a dedicated 5g network high speed wifi. I have other Airbnb rooms inside my home so backyard and hot tub are shared with myself and other guests.

For safety purposes, a Blink security camera is installed outside the front door.
