We enjoy working on projects and have done everything we can to make this space somewhere we would enjoy spending time ourselves. While the inside is brand new we are still working to update the outside between guests. Located in Mishawaka near the bypass and only 15 minutes from Notre Dame! Enjoy being close the city while staying in a peaceful neighborhood with plenty of trees, and wildlife to observe. The rental includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious living area with a large 70 inch smart TV. The back of the home features the three seasons room, hot tub, and a grill. PLEASE NOTE: The garage and interior space beyond the kitchen will be locked as it is not included in the rental of the property.

South Bend historic cottage in the National Historic District of Chapin Park. Close to Notre Dame. One dog is welcome. No cats. There is a queen sized bed and a sofa, NOT sofa bed in the sitting room. This cottage built in 1912. Private and cozy, the cottage has a big screen TV, wifi and a gourmet kitchen. The owner lives almost directly behind and is available and happy to assist. Chapin Park's tree-lined, brick streets and diverse historic architecture are charming. No smoking.

Remote work friendly with spacious workspace desk, fast WIFI, and coffee. The closet has a mini food prep area with mini fridge and microwave, and grill out on back patio. It's a quick 15 min drive to Notre Dame.
