Our villa sits high on a mountain ridge with panoramic views of the Bay of Banderas, Puerto Vallarta to the north and Los Arcos to the south. The location and collection of villas is widely acknowledged as being some of the best PV has to offer due to the unparalleled location and the gorgeous architectural details of our enclave of villas. This is authentic coastal Mexico -- all the modern luxuries in a stunning setting. It is our paradise and home away from home, and we take great pride in sharing it with our guests! The villa is yours! From front to back and top to bottom! I am always available by email. We also have a property manager in PV, a housekeeper, gardener/pool boy, and regular maintenance services. As a result any issue that comes up can typically be handled quite swiftly by our local staff. Our maid cleans twice weekly as a part of our rate, the pool/garden service occurs every other day, so guests typically have someone to help them and talk to, with any needed manner. Our staff has been with us for many many years and are quite skilled and experienced in serving our guests. This villa is on Puerto Vallarta's South Shore, which is set among mountains covered in a lush jungle next to Banderas Bay. It's an upscale area filled with incredible nature and luxurious homes. Some of the best beaches are right outside the door. Our secluded and exclusive gated villa community is just moments from Puerto Vallarta's charming and historic Romantic Zone, minutes from town and only ten miles from Puerto Vallarta Airport. Cabs are readily available and for $7 you are in town in ten minutes. The coastal road bus stops in front of our villa enclave every 15 minutes, and for $0.50 you can be in town in 10 minutes flat!! Private parking is included. The villas have security on the premises from 7PM to 7AM every day. Any problems or questions that arise in the evening, can be handled by our security staff. For families with small children, we have pack-n-play cribs, boogie boards, beach towels, and other gear needed for guests who love the beach!

Boca is a beautiful small town where you can still experience Mexican culture. Easy access to all the magical beaches of Animas, Quimixto, Yelapa and beyond by boat and trails.

Estudio amplio, con la mejor vista de la bahía, de atmósfera relajante y natural, ubicado en una comunidad tranquila a solo 5 minutos de las más hermosas playas como Mismaloya, Palmares, Las gemelas, Colomitos, Quimixto, Yelapa las animas etc. ruta de camiones pasa frente de la casa para ir a cualquier punto de Vallarta, cocina amplia con refri, aire ac. y ventilador, un pequeño armario, hielera, sombrillas y kayak, si te gusta la pesca puedes pescar de orilla en la playa justo abajo el estudio.

Jungle Bungalow is a charming . stone and brick house, large patio, close the beach, stores, restaurants, spacious patio with outdoor grill overlooks a lush gated garden with bananas and papaya trees. Just outside the gate is the beautiful natural Horcones River. It has one queen and one double bed, one accessed by a ladder that folds out from the wall. Decorated beautifully and tastefully it has a fully equipped kitchen, AC, overhead fans, and access to a laundry room. Reverberates with charm.

On the beach at Girasol Sur.

Fantastic, remodeled studio condo at Girasol Sur. Located at Las Gemelas (or the Twins) beaches. Enjoy the view from the balcony or kick back on the beach, beach chairs and umbrella provided or relax at the pool. Girasol Sur has a nice beach side restaurant near the pool and also staff that walk the beaches to take your meal or drink orders. Also located at the condominium is a small convivence store. Located 15 minutes south of Puerto Vallarta and approximately 15 minutes north of Mismaloya.
