This is The One The Beach House is a newly renovated property on the ever so Popular Misquamicut Beach. There is swimming, surfing, fishing, paddle boarding, and miles of endless beach at your door step. This spectacular 2 story house with breath taking views sits directly on Misquamicut Beach. Please do not send request for dates when they are already booked. Especially in the summer. If I have availability the dates will show it is open on my calendar. Pets allowed Sept - May. Water Forest retreat is a very private 122ft.² electrified and heated cedar octagon next to a brook on 56 acres of forest with a pond, waterfall, marsh and hiking trails. Cozy up in this quiet comfortable space while listening to Goldmine brook while you sleep. Fab newly decorated suite in 1957 home set on a private pond near Watch Hill, RI. Private entrance with mini kitchen, fridge,microwave, portable induction cooktop,toaster,coffeemaker- every thing but the kitchen sink! Please note: there is no kitchen sink nor oven. Ensuite bath with new towels,robes,linens,and bedding. Outdoor shower ( in addition to an indoor one!) ,grill,lounging area. Near beaches,music,food, Mystic Ct attractions. Great relaxing venue.

Misquamicut Beach Cozy Condominium. Unit 6

This unit is located within walking distance to Misquamicut Fire department beach (a private beach). Guest have access to 1 sofa bed and 1 Queen-sizes bed, maximum occupancy is 4 people. Private bathroom with shower, and the condo features outdoor showers. We provide parking for ONE car only and a private beach pass. Parking is unavailable before Check-in and after check-out. Extra vehicles without parking pass will be towed at the owner's expense.
