Welcome to our fully remodeled, energy efficient home, centrally located in the mountains of Missoula. Our home is a short 10 minute bike ride to downtown or a $12 Lyft. The road is a Montana style dirt road. When there is NO snow any car will make it up the hill. In Winter you will need a four wheel vehicle. We snowplow the road as necessary in winter. It is a charming two bedroom, one bath artist’s cottage. Across the street from a city park and within walking distance to many downtown attractions. For extended stays I follow AirBB’s suggested 17% weekly and 38% monthly discounts. Friday and Saturday prices are 12% higher.

It's a quick walk to the University of Montana, or the golf course. You can do one of the best hikes in Missoula by walking right out your backdoor!!
