Kathy is a superb host helping us locate a great guide, Nate Stevane at Trout on the fly, suggesting some great side trips, being accommodating about using fragrance-free linens, and for having a well equipped, clean, and perfectly located house for us to enjoy our week. All Thumbs Up!!!

This was the most unique & most amazing Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The renovation/restoration kept all Of the details of the original house but added in modern amenities seamlessly. This was also the cleanest house we have ever stayed in. I would definitely recommend staying here & will definitely stay here again! The pictures do not do it justice…you have to experience it to see all of the amazing details!!

We love the house name, Little Fish Ranch, as it perfectly captures the charm of this unique home. It is like a little fish, nestled beside the Yellowstone River, tucked away in a hill, and surrounded by beautiful nature. Our favorite aspect is how the home harmonizes with nature. It is situated partially within the earth, benefiting from its natural insulation—keeping it warm in winter and cool in summer. Every room offers stunning views of the mountains, a constant reminder of the ever-changing beauty of the landscape. In the mornings, we watch birds flit about the trees, and at night, the moon rises above the peaks. There were times when it rained, we drift off to sleep to the soothing sound of raindrops. Peter's love and passion for space, design, and nature are evident in every detail of the house. Each element is thoughtfully crafted. Being in this house brings us a sense of calm and delight. We are truly grateful for this wonderful stay at this precious Little Fish Ranch.

Rebecca’s home felt cozy and safe, lots of room in the loft for our teenagers. Clean bathroom, peaceful environment. Lovely plants and huge windows with a neat view. Rebecca made us all a homemade breakfast with fresh roasted vegetables and locally made bread from the farmers market. She was kind and attentive. It was a perfect stopover on our road trip. Thank you!

My husband and I both felt right at home from the beginning and thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Barb and Don. We are so thankful they open their beautiful home as a great place to relax, rest and reenergize. They are welcoming, friendly, kind, caring and helpful! Our stay was exactly what we needed!

Our stay at the cabin was great, and easy. Easy to find, get in, comfortable when we got there. The cabin had clearly been cleaned (the smell of cleaners was still in the air but dissipated quickly with a few windows). Our stay was comfortable. Our 4 kids enjoyed the back yard to run and play. While it wasn't luxury accommodations, it was perfect for a family cabin weekend.

This is a very inspiring little place to come when you need quiet and restoration. I was looking for a place that was inspiring, clean and bright. This hit all my needs. Thank you very much!

I cannot say good enough things about this place! I extended my stay by a few days just to continue enjoying it. Paradise Valley is beautiful and the 360 views from the home are beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice!! The home feels so cozy and it had everything I could need. The host Glenn was so lovely in our text exchanges. From the porch I saw bunnies, deer, fox, prairie dogs and birds. As a MT resident, I will definitely be back asap!

This property was wonderful. It was just as described and very clean and comfortable. Any time I had the simplest of questions, the host always replied quickly. The kitchen had everything you could need/want which was good as we did a lot of cooking. They had blow dryer, iron and laundry which was all very helpful. There were games and puzzles in the closet and recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The hot tub was a wonderful spot to have your morning coffee or end of the day unwind. It’s of high quality and very clean. They change the water between guests which is a nice practice. The scenery is outstanding and a great place for visits to Yellowstone. Livingston is a cool artsy town with lots of restaurant choices. I have stayed a lot of places and this one is on the top of my list

We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially appreciated the fully stocked kitchen—it had everything we needed for cooking and made meals super easy. The location was peaceful and quiet, a perfect spot to unwind. One thing to note: the WiFi is pretty basic. It worked fine for light browsing, but we weren’t able to work remotely as planned. Not a dealbreaker at all, but something to be aware of if you need strong internet during your stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

Brandy’s place was awesome! It allowed for five couples to comfortably stay for a wedding we had in the area. The common spaces were spacious and the kitchen allowed us to make meals when we weren’t out. Additionally, the large hot tub was great! The location is prime and near a Safeway, which was helpful for groceries and drink runs. I would highly recommend booking this spot!

Our stay at the Hobbit House in Clancy, MT was absolutely perfect. The space was cozy, beautifully designed, and full of unique charm. Monica was an amazing host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful from start to finish. We especially loved how close it was to Broadwater Hot Springs. After a day of exploring, soaking in the hot springs was the ultimate way to relax. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable escape!

A truly magical experience. We had hoped to have a spring adventure but, true to CO, we got a snowstorm instead. We still had the most delightful cozy time. I can't say enough about how lovely it was to stay in this earthship. The kitchen and bath were so well stocked. The linens were so beautiful and high quality. And the decor! We invoked Arianna's name like the interior design goddess that she surely is. We all left so inspired! I will definitely be returning to this peaceful retreat and I plant to bring some plant cuttings of my own as an offering. ♥️

Joanna’s place is pretty much perfect. It has every amenity you’ll need PLUS a great book selection and radiant heated floors. It was exactly the cozy and peaceful weekend we were hoping for. Only a couple minutes from town with several great restaurants, live music, and one of the friendliest communities you’ll meet. We hope to come back.

We loved our stay in this unique home and setting. The house is delightfully quirky with loads of natural light OR tucked in indirect lighting to navigate the funky passages and super comfy seating areas. We had local wildlife munching grass in the yard and on the house, which was pretty cool. Our raven friend seemed averse to being photographed! It was super clean, great towels and linens, well appointed kitchen and responsive host. Our only regret was that we did not spend more time IN the house, enjoying the fun atmosphere. Pro-tip: bring your in-house slippers so your feet are comfy while complying with the hosts's preference for not wearing street shoes inside.
