Southmoreland is a historic 1913 Mansion whose goal is to provide hospitality and comfort. It is conveniently located in the heart of Kansas City’s Country Club Plaza. The main floor boasts a living room with a gas fireplace and wet bar, a dining room with a lengthy wood table and a sunroom with a porch swing. The veranda is lined with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the garden in summer.

The Historic Commercial Hotel has numerous themed rooms which are designed and named after past historical guests. This specific room is "The Sally Rand Suite". Named after past historical guest Sally Rand ( 1904 – 1979) who was an American burlesque dancer and Silver Screen star, most noted for her ostrich feather fan dance and balloon bubble dance.

Rockwood Motor Court, on historic Route 66, was built in 1929. Each room is themed and furnished to the era of Route 66. Camp Rockwood pays homage to the important history of motor courts along the road. It is decorated with historic photos of Rockwood and other courts and motels. Newly renovated in 2019, you’ll enjoy clean and comfortable room amenities while experiencing authentic motor court lodging. Need more space? The Hope Loft Suite, located on the second floor of Casa Di Vite International Wine Café," in Excelsior Springs, Missouri, offers a delightful place to stay. This exquisitely furnished loft is crafted to reflect the style of the early 1900s, featuring a generous king-size bed and an additional room with a twin-size bed. Its location in historic downtown Excelsior Springs ensures easy access to diverse dining choices and shopping experiences. A private staircase in the back offers access.

A Lovely room in a historical St. Louis home! The Blue Spruce Room is on the 2nd floor, and has a recently renovated and beautiful bathroom complete with a walk-in rain shower right next to it. The room has a desk, chair, lamp, table, Amazon Fire TV with basically every major streaming App, newly installed hardwood floors, and a Queen sized-bed. The room has two large windows for plenty of natural light with heavy blinds for sleeping in! Full use of the kitchen upstairs is available!

The Woodsman Suite

A third floor suite, facing the river with the train tracks only a couple blocks away. It took 2 months to do the ceiling. Carefully polished and placed the old lath in a specific design, the ceiling is a work of art. Eighty percent of the material used in this room is from re purposed lumber, either from this building or from a childhood barn built in the late 1800's. It will take you a while to notice every detail down to the toilet paper holder which is from an old barn post.
