Wir waren eine Familie mit zwei kleinkindern und 4 erwachsenen, hatten die dachwohnung gemietet alles ganz unkompliziert. Wurde frisch gereinigt. Unten wurden wir empfangen, da das zimmer noch nicht ganz fertig war, haben wir in dem hauseigenen Biergarten etwas zu trinken bekommen sehr freundlicher gastgeber! Die wohnung war sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet und ein kinderstuhl gab es auch. Das haus war direkt in banhofnähe, was uns aber keinesfalls gestört hat. Ein kleiner minuspunkt ist, das wenige kücheninventar für einen längeren aufenthalt einfach zu wenig für so viele Personen. Dennoch ein rundum gelungenes apartment ! Wird gerne nochmal gebucht bei bedarf! Deshaln gerne 5/5 sternen!

Wir haben die Unterkunft ganz spontan gebucht mit einer großen Gruppe. Wir waren froh, dass alles so reibungslos und flexibel geklappt hat. Sehr zu empfehlen

Easy check in with lock box. Peter called in the next morning and explained everything including local tax and bus pass, which we used a lot. Walking distance to the castles, about 2km. Local information office just across the road. Reliable bus service to Fussen, 5km away. Supermarkets minutes away. Great location overall. We hardly used our car. Gondola also very close and well worth doing, especially one way and walking back down. Day trip by car to Linderhof castle also well worth it. Thanks Peter and Stefan.

Die Wohnung war äußerst gut ausgestattet und sehr komfortabel. Die Einrichtung war modern, aber mit einem gemütlichen, traditionellen Touch, der perfekt in die Umgebung passte. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet, sodass wir problemlos auch selbst kochen konnten. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit – die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft blitzblank.

Very confortable apartment for our 4 persons family, with a nice garden where we ate the breakfast everyday ! We appreciated a lot its location in Telfes, a quiet and nice little village. From there it was easy to go hiking from to the different moutains in the Stubai valley (the Stubai card included in the stay is a great plus). There is also a tram/train just 5 min from there to go to Innsbruck. A great outdoor+inddor aquatic park is also few minutes away by walk ! A small grocery shop is also 3 minutes away.

Alles sehr sauber. Gute Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen z.B. Wandern. Supermarkt, Schwimmbad, Restaurant's... sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Nicht sehr weit bis zu den nächstliegenden Orten z.B. Grainau, Garmisch- Partenkirchen und Fernpass. Die Landschaft ist sehr sehr schön. Alle sehr freundlich und die Gegend sauber.

Das Apartment glänzt mit seinem gut genutzten Platz. Nicht zu viel und dennoch fehlt nichts. Wir waren erstaunt wie geräumig doch alles ist. Die Betten waren auch sehr bequem und beide Badezimmer top sauber. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Martin has thought of everything & is on-site most of the time. Our apartment was immaculate & spacious - perfect for our family ski holiday of 7 adults. 3bathrooms & 3bedrooms - one was made up with a spare bed for single traveller. So convenient for shops, restaurants & Penken gondola. Table converting to pool table got a workout most nights, as did the Wii! Fabulous main bathroom with huge bathtub, shower & sauna. Well stocked kitchen with pod machine & coffee maker - we cooked almost every night & morning. Kept our drinks on the deck - same temperature as the fridge!!! Apartment is remarkably peaceful & quiet day & night. Laundry downstairs only has one washing machine & one dryer but I used it during the day with no waiting. Not ski-in, ski-out but there is a ski/drying room downstairs, then a lift to each floor. Highly recommend Martin's 'Apart Central' ... & he's a lovely guy to boot!!! Makes a fabulous gin/schnapps on-site too!! Thank you Martin, we'll be back!!

schön und super praktisch. In 20 Min. mit U-bahn in der Innenstadt. Klasse. Auto kann auf der Straße geparkt werden. Auch klasse! Alles vorhanden.

We loved this apartment. So clean and neat and in a great position.

This was the perfect place for a work while away stay in Munich for me. With excellent amenities including luggage storage, co-working space, and laundry, the common areas elevate the rooms themselves. Not all rooms in the same category have the same furniture, and I have a particular issue when workspaces are advertised and not offered. But my first assigned room has a dining table and not a desk, but I was able to wait and be re-assigned to a room with a desk and not a dining table. For some of us that difference is significant. The very responsive online support was able to change my room upon arrival, and after leaving a different Airbnb the night before because the check in instructions failed and the host was missing, having a responsive host/support team can't be undervalued. I'd gladly return to Numa Stark when I'm next in Munich.

Great hosts! Very quick to respond to any questions or queries - the apartment is very well situated just outside old town and surrounded with plenty of options for food and drink. we very much enjoyed our stay!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Gute Lage direkt an der UBahn Station. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, großer Supermarkt um die Ecke. Wir hatten eine Nachfrage, die wurde sofort beantwortet es war sofort jemand telefonisch erreichbar. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
