Welcome to our modern but warm House in the middle of the Tyrolian Alps. The Maisonette is build in a one Family House with its own Garden and Entrance. The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

Almhütte Hausberger

100 Jahre altes Blockhaus, welches 2008 im Nachbardorf abgerissen und bei uns am Bio-Bergbauernhof wieder aufgebaut wurde. Dabei wurde besondere Sorgfalt auf die Verwendung natürlicher Baustoffe (Schilf, Lehmputz, Altholz) gelegt. Als Dacheindeckung dienen traditionelle Lärchenschindeln. Das Haus wird über einen großen Küchenherd und eine thermische Solaranlage geheizt, das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung. Das heimelige kleine Haus (75 m²) diente uns 10 Jahre lang als Wohnsitz.

Das Apartment Mayerhofer begrüßt Sie am Sonnberg inmitten des Nationalparks Hohe Tauern mit Bergblick und einem großes Balkon Apartment Mayerhofer verfügt über eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, ein Wohnzimmer mit TV, 2 Schlafzimmern mit TV , ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC und ein sperates WC. Im Winter ist das Skigebiet Panoramabahn Kitzbühler Alpen mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichtbar. Unser Haus ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder andere Freizeitaktivitäten.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Aus dem Whirlpool kannst du den freien Blick in die umliegenden Berge genießen. Die herrliche Panoramaterasse und die große Fensterfront ermöglichen einen einmaligen Ausblick.

Appartement 'Manggeihütte Top 2' is een gezellig appartement in Neukirchen am Großvenediger. Het appartement heeft een keuken met zithoek en ruime slaapkamer met twee boxspringbedden en een stapelbed. Vanuit de hal kom je bij de badkamer met douche en een apart toilet. Onder het huis is een ruime skikelder met skischoen-drogers en de sauna en zomers kunnen hier de fietsen worden gestald. Rondom het huis bevinden zich voldoende parkeerplaatsen.

The children-friendly accomodation serves as a perfect starting point for families for various excursions and trips in the MondSeeLand region as well as in Salzkammergut. Pool, new wellness area with with sauna and infrared cabin for your use. Tourist tax is €3,10 per person/day aged 15 and over.

Lakeview Apartment Fernblick

This apartment, located on the top floor (2nd floor), has a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. With only a 2-minute walk into the center of the village, you are close to everything that St. Wolfgang has to offer and the hiking trails start right outside the door. Public parking close by, fee € 8 / 24h or a couple of 100 m away for € 20 / week.

Die Bushaltestelle Richtung Salzburg oder Bad Ischl ist in nur 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Von hier aus können Sie im ca Halb Stunden Takt alle Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Ausflugsziele antreten.

Für Skibegeisterte nur 7km in das bekannte Schigebiet Kitzbühler Alpen (Panoramabahn) Im Sommer bietet unser Haus viele Ausgangsmöglichkeiten zum Wandern und Mountenbiken. Unser Apartment verfügt über eine Terasse , wir freuen uns über euren Besuch.
