Great house with plenty of amenities. The terrace on the third floor, overlooking the very quiet neighbourhood, offers magnificent views of the setting sun. A truly great terrace to just chill and relax. As the neighbourhood is very quiet, this place is superb to just calm down and soak in the silent atmosphere. All in all a very lovely retreat. Supermarkets and convenience stores are reachable in minutes by car. Also feasible on foot, if no car. Very thankful for the quick and precise correspondence.

とても快適で、楽しい宮古島を過ごせました

滞在中、こまめにこちらの要望に応えてくださり大変助かりました。 タオルや歯ブラシ、洗剤など、生活必需品は揃っており、食料、調味料を近くのスーパーや道の駅で購入しすぐに調理が可能でした。 また、洗濯機は乾燥機能付きだったので重宝しました。 車もチャイルドシートを用意していただきスムーズに利用することができました。

We fell in love with this island style bungalow house right away! The location is amazing - close to the airport, restaurant area, local market and sunset beach, and still tucked in a peaceful residential area. The house is new and designed with love. Every item in the house are carefully selected high end products. The host was super efficient and hospitable. We've got all the information and access that we needed during our stay, and felt like we were well looked after. Miyako itself was such a lovely island and this airbnb made our stay even more special. Thank you!

카츠상! 잘 지내다가 왔습니다. 숙소는 깔끔했고 주방에서 장봐온것으로 요리해서 먹었습니다. 문제가 있을시 빠른응답이 좋았고, 추천해주신 고기집도 너무 맛있었습니다. 추천해주신 고기집에서 사서 바베큐 해먹었습니다.(바베큐이용3000엔) 숯이랑 테이블 그외 장비 준비해 주셔서 마당에서 잘먹었습니다. 카츠상 코스요리 이세새우(바닷가재)가 있는 코스 요리를 먹었는데 참 좋았습니다. (9000엔) 우리가 갔던날이 바람이 많이 불어서 걱정을 했는데 카츠상이 와이와이비치 가라고 해서 갔더니 파도도 없고 거북이도 많이 보았습니다. 저희 여행의 목적은 바다거북과 아름다운바다에서 스노쿨링 이였는데 다~~ 만족하고 갑니다,,,,!! 내년에 또 오고 싶을정도로 아름다운 곳이고, 숙소도 너무 편하고 좋았습니다. (숙소안에 도마뱀있어요,많이놀램) ㅋㅋㅋ

from the time we got there we were filled with great surprises from our host! he gave us the option of staying in the cabin separate from the house which has more privacy, yet no kitchen attached. but that was perfect for us. my wife and I had a spot in the kitchen we could put our food and drinks. this place is really nice of you are interested in meeting new people and making new friends. we had coffee every morning with fun conversations in getting to know each other. the location is convenient set in the middle of Miyakojima and close to the largest populated area with restaurants, cafes, and shopping. we could drive to any side of the island from that point mostly within 20 minutes. thanks for everything you provided at your guesthouse! we look forward to staying with you again in the future, and bringing more friends with us next time too!

Posizione ottima a 7 min a piedi da una delle spiagge più belle dell’isola. Staff gentile e disponibile. La villa è pulita e curata. Avendo un auto a disposizione è un posto che consiglierei a tutti .

家族5人で泊まりましたが、とても綺麗で広さも十分にあり、のんびりゆっくり過ごすことができました。 台風の影響で強風だったため、目の前の海は荒れていて遊べず残念でした。 テラスにはプール、ジャグジー、サウナがあり、天気がいい日はもっとゆっくりのんびり出来ると思います。 アメニティも充実しており、バスローブやリファのコテ、乾燥機付洗濯機などもあってとても便利でした。 キッチンには、バルミューダのケトル・レンジ・トースター、ホットサンドメーカーがあり、広くて綺麗で使いやすかったです。 テラス用のサンダルもあります。(子供用はなし) スタッフさんの対応もよく、宮古島に訪れた際にはまた使用させて頂きたいと思いました。 ありがとうございました！

10月の中旬に4名で利用させて頂きました。オフシーズンに切り替えの時期なのか、定価より安く予約でき助かりました。立地もよく、島の各方面へのアクセスが抜群です◎ プール付きという点で惹かれ選びましたが、4名で過ごすのは充分な室内空間の広さと清潔さがあり、アメニティも充実しており大変満足しました。個人的に冷蔵庫に天然水とさんぴん茶が4本ずつ用意してあったのが嬉しかったです◎ 遠隔キーの一時的な故障で物理キーでの入室でしたが、事前に写真付きでの細かいチェックインの方法を説明してくださったのでスムーズに利用できました。 コストパフォーマンスの点においてもお値段以上の質の高い宿泊をすることができ、旅行で参加した全員が大変満足しております。 また宮古島に遊びに来る機会がありましたら再び利用させて頂きます。どうもありがとうございました。

本当に素敵なお宿です！海を独り占めって！という感じでさらに朝から夜まで静かでプライベートを楽しめます！初宮古の人にとっては周りに何もなさすぎて戸惑うかも知れませんが京都でゆっくりしたいという方にはお勧めです！しかし車で20分以内で全て揃います！なんでも揃うドンキとマックスバリューまで25分です！ 本当の宮古を楽しむならホテルではなく、ヴィラでゆっくり過ごしてください！
