Superb accommodation. The staff are very welcoming and always smiling. The location is near everything and quiet at night, so you have a good rest. We had a great experience and definitely recommend this place. ❤️

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans ce logement. Nous avions le studio 2, d’après nous c’était un des logements les mieux placés de « l’hôtel ». Il n’est pas dans le centre mais c’est super pour le calme. Il y a la possibilité de louer des scooters sur place ce qui est vraiment bien. Pour un taxi vous avez juste à demander à la réception. Concernant le studio il est assez spacieux pour le plus petit logement proposé ici. Il y a une petite kitchenette. Il est possible de manger à l’hôtel, la nourriture et bonne et peu cher. La piscine est très bien également et grande. Le coin « restauration » est agréable. Cela manque peut être un peu de tables chaises et chaise longue lorsqu’il y a des groupes. Le personnel est vraiment gentil. Même malade ils m’ont proposé spontanément des choses pour me soulager, c’est adorable. La réceptionniste de l’après midi était également super serviable et toujours souriante. Un des meilleurs endroits où nous avons séjourné aux Philippines Merci!!

Wir waren 6 Nächte in diesem tollen Apartment. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung aber man ist in ein paar Minuten in der Hauptstraße mit allen Restaurants & so weiter, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Lady & Roland waren immer erreichbar ob im Garten oder per Nachricht. Ob Tuktuk organisieren, Roller leihen (direkt in der Unterkunft für 400PHP pro Tag) oder bei sonstigen Fragen, haben sie uns stets weitergeholfen. Die Küche ist spärlich eingerichtet aber man hat alles was man braucht. Es kommt auch immer wieder Room Service um sauber zu machen. Wir können als Ausflüge empfehlen: Tauchen geben mit den Cebu Fun Divers (5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Unterkunft), Canyoneering und den Osmeña Peak (mit dem Roller selber fahren ist eine tolle Tour aber würde ich nicht nochmal bei Regen machen). Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Man muss einfach wissen, dass der gemeinsame Garten mit Pool mit den Gästen & Vermietern geteilt ist, wie auch hier angegeben.

The swimming pools are what made the place enticing for guests to stay in the place. It is somewhat a distance away from what most of the tourists come for turtle and school of sardines watching at the Panagsama beach. It's okay if the guests have private vehicle or can rent motorcycle. The caretaker and host, Kate, was very kind and helpful to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. She was also honest and frank on telling me that their place is somewhat far from the Panagsama beach before she even accepted my request for a reservation. It wasn't much of an issue for me because I brought my own vehicle. Overall, my stay at the place was pleasant and worth for what I paid for.

I love staying at Villa Alessandra! I have traveled to Moalboal 4 times in the last 2 years and every time I stay here. It is so comfortable and private. The host is great, very helpful and friendly. In the last two years they have upgraded the property by adding a beautiful pool and restaurant area, which is awesome. I have stayed here while there were doing construction and it hasnt by too loud or affected my stay at all. The property has just gotten better and better. I also love that there apartment rentals have fully functional kitchens to cook your own meals or you can easily order from their restaurant. We enjoyed all their meals that we tried. Also, their fruit smoothies are great! They have staff now to help aswell and they were all very friendly and provide excellent service. I want to stay here everytime I come back. I highly recommend all to stay at Villa Alessandra!

Pros: Two seat recliner sofa was awesome. A/C worked great. Big smart TV perfect. Excellent WiFi. Clean. And cleaned again every 4 days. Spacious. Bed very firm, but was comfortable with the chipped foam pillows. Two nightstands. Filtered water provided. Close to the main road, but set back enough it's quiet at night. Pretty grounds. Part of a hostel, which has pros and cons. Terrific staff. Sherry and Audrey were exceptional. Reception open 24/7. Community activities. Free coffee at the bar. Cons: It's dated and worn. The doorknob & lock were very insecure. The hole for the knob was too big and it has a piece of wood bracing it. The knob has a push-button lock. No deadbolt. No privacy chain, and this door leads directly outside. Sheet and blanket much too small for the bed and too short to cover your feet. Door to bathroom is an aluminum storm door like would be on the outside of a house. It won't stand open and springs closed. No bathroom fan. No hand towels.

very peaceful place with great staff. can't add much to all the other great reviews, I'm glad I managed to stay 4 nights instead of my original plan of 3. I hope to return one day :) mattress a little on the firm side for me but that's just personal preference. the room was great. if the rest of my air b n bs through my 30 days in the philippines are half as good, I will be happy :)

My girlfriend and I had an amazing stay at Jeaneth's place! From the moment we arrived, we felt really welcome. The place was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. Jeaneth was so helpful, giving us great suggestions for things to do and making sure we had everything we needed. The staff were also really friendly and ready to help with anything we asked. Communication was easy, and we really appreciated how Jeaneth and her team made our stay special. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back soon🤍

We loved our stay here - the host was always really responsive and helpful. We were able to hire a scooter directly from them which was really convenient. We do recommend hiring a scooter if you can, although we really appreciated that it was away from all the main hustle and bustle, and Cirila and Martin can help organise tricycles if you need them. There's a lovely spot to snorkel and cool off 3 minutes walk away. Apartment has everything you need for preparing food, it's clean and comfortable, we liked the little seating area out front which felt lovely and private even though there are other units next door. Overall, a really great stay if you're looking for something a bit removed from the main strip but with easy scooter access to everything you need.
