The house of Miriam was very good! And also the communication with Miriam and the cooking class was excellent :) Highly recommend!

Casa molto comoda, piscina pulita e grande. Pietro, nonostante non l’abbiamo visto, è sempre stato disponibile a rispondere e a darci indicazioni. Unica pecca è la posizione. Bisogna fare un bel viaggio per fare qualche attività. Ma per il resto è ottimo.

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering peace and tranquility, truly great for the soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful retreat with a wonderful host!

“Der Aufenthalt in Costaborga war einfach fantastisch! Die Wohnung ist genauso wie auf den Bildern – sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und super gemütlich. Die Lage ist ideal, in einer ruhigen Gegend, aber dennoch nah an allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Besonders gefallen hat mir der Kamin Ofen! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, hat uns schon vor der Ankunft hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und war bei Fragen immer schnell erreichbar. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht, um den Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen – von kleinen Extras wie Willkommenssnacks, Kaffee und Toilettenartikeln bis hin zu praktischen Details wie einem einfachem Check-in/Check-out-Prozess. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen

The perfect place for a holiday with family or friends with glorious views over a lush valley in the hills above Modena. Our historic casa was renovated to the highest standard with generous bedrooms, three fabulous bathrooms , a well functioning kitchen, dining and sitting area. We enjoyed the pristine pool, BBQing and dining outside under, and using the wood fired pizza oven. The plumbing, power and internet did not miss a beat! Our hosts were generous and welcoming, sharing some of their home made and local produce, and encouraged us to forage herbs and fruit [just ripening figs, wild arugula] from the beautiful garden. Their recommendations about the local area were spot on. We recommend using it as a base for visiting the motor museums and factories, for enjoying the wonderful food traditions of the area and to relax in a most beautiful environment. The visit to La Noce to learn from Georgio about and taste Balsamico di Modena is not to be missed! A wonderful stay!!!

Wij verbleven hier 2 weken, in augustus. Het was erg warm, maar het huis bleef lekker koel. Het huis is prima ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Echt alles is aanwezig en aan alles is gedacht! We hebben Roberta even kort ontmoet, zij was aan het werk en op vakantie. Het contact via whats app verliep echter heel erg goed. Roberta reageerde erg snel en was erg hulpvaardig. Ook had zij heel veel tips voor uitjes, bezienswaardigheden, restaurants etc. Echt top! De omgeving is schitterend en er is veel te doen. Bijna geen toeristen tegen gekomen :-). Het huis heeft geen tuin, maar dat staat ook in de beschrijving. Er is wel een patio, deze wordt echter gedeeld met ander bewoners, met name om te roken. Dat is wel een nadeel zo naast je raam als je daar ligt te slapen, want dat gebeurt ook 's nachts. Ook hoor je dan de gesprekken in de nacht. De slaapbank in de woonkamer werd na een aantal nachten wel wat oncomfortabel. De bedden in de slaapkamers waren echter erg comfortabel.

The place is very beautiful, clean and very large (accommodates large groups). You must have a car as it's a bit out of town. However, there is plenty of parking. There is a restaurant below which worried me, but it's a fine dining restaurant, there was very little noise. Try the restaurant below, great food.

Host molto gentile e disponibile. Casa molto bella, come nelle foto. accogliente e calda, perfetta per un weekend o come appoggio durante la settimana. posto tattico e facilissimo da raggiungere.

Una struttura davvero meravigliosa. Camera pulitissima e spaziosa. Bagno nuovo molto ampio e pulitissimo. Facile da raggiungere, parcheggio vicino alla struttura. Nicoletta gentilissima e precisa nelle indicazioni. Un soggiorno super!!

siamo arrivati facilmente seguendo le precise indicazioni di Giacomo e abbiamo trovato tutto quello di cui andavamo in cerca, natura silenzio e relax! non in secondo piano la struttura che offriva tutti gli spazi abitativi descritti dall'host. Consiglio vivamente a chi "vuole staccare la spina". Ottime anche le trattorie nel territorio.

L'appartamento di Giuliana si trova in una zona residenziale tranquilla a due passi dal centro di Bologna, che può essere raggiunto comodamente a piedi in una quindicina di minuti. Dispone inoltre di un comodo posto auto: un must se si vuole arrivare a Bologna in auto e poi girare la città a piedi! L'appartamento è pulitissimo e molto luminoso situato al sesto piano e quindi lontano dai rumori della strada. Giuliana si è inoltre dimostrata molto disponibile e flessibile per quanto riguarda l'orario di arrivo e ha fornito indicazioni precise e puntuali su come effettuare il check in in autonomia. Consiglio assolutamente!

After needing a last minute place due to a previous hosts last minute cancellation, we were so glad we found this beautiful accommodation. It was such a refreshing change to have a Airbnb that felt like it was someone’s home that was loved. The host was super friendly and helped us with check in/check out, and had any questions we had answered about the surrounding area. Highly recommend

I had a great, great time at Katia's beautiful apartment. Even though it's not at the city center, it is still not difficult to find since the tran station is 30 seconds on foot away from the apartment. The buses are also around the corner, so it was really a lovely stay. I would definitely recommend her place if you are looking for something convenient and don't mind not being directly by the old town. Katia is a super friendly person and she always responded very quickly to my further questions!

L'atenció és impecable, ha estat molt atent amb nosaltres en tot moment. La descripció de l'apartament és correcte, es correspon amb la realitat. Si vas amb cotxe és una molt bona opció. Un molt bon lloc per estar-se a Bolonia.

Michele was so very accommodating and hospitable to us even though it was a very last minute request. He was very understanding to our situation and went out of his way to let us stay at his place. Everything was absolutely 5 stars. Thanks Michele.

Great location to catch a flight. Felt right at home. The apartment was fully equipped with everything. The is also a bus which takes you at the airport in 5 minutes if you don't wanna walk. Thank you very match for a stress free stay! ☺️

La casa è esattamente come descritta: le camere sono veramente molto spaziose e gli spazi attorno molto confortevoli. La terrazza è l'ideale per riposarsi il pomeriggio dopo un'escursione sul Monte Cantiere (altamente consigliata). Paolo e Federica sono stati gentilissimi, rispondendo molto velocemente e offrendo molte informazioni utili. Infine ci hanno incoraggiato a utilizzare gli ortaggi dal suo orto che erano veramente deliziosi.

This cute apartment in Modena was perfect. It had everything which we needed, located in the middle of the historical center near to all main attractions in walking distance. The house was so pretty and well taken care in all details. Big enough but comfortable at the same time. The communication with Nicola and his team was great, they were responsive at all times and as well flexible with timings and extra requests. We really did feel like home and did not want to leave. Also, we had the great pleasure to meet Candida and her friends who even offered us something to eat and drink having it delivered directly at home for us. We had a wonderful afternoon all together and felt like we have been friends forever. Thank you to everyone for making our stay in Modena a wonderful experience. Will definitely recommend to anyone who decides to come!!!

Casa in ottima posizione, era proprio quello che cercavamo, in mezzo alla natura, puro relax, la casa si presenta in ottime condizioni, pulita e molto ampia

We had an amazing stay (6 nights) at Luciana's. Her house is immaculate with a well-equpped and well-stocked kitchen, warm and homey decor, spacious yet cozy. The grounds are beautiful. Unfortunately, we were unable to sit out and enjoy them due to the weather. Traverstelo was an ideal location for our trip to Emilia-Romagna since we had a car (bonus for private parking at Luciana's), and everything was within 1 hour maximum drive. We looked forward to returning to our "home sweet home" to relax at the end of the day. Luciana is a wonderful host. She's gracious, attentive, warm and helpful. She thinks of everything you might need during your stay. Luciana, thank you again for a memorable stay in Emilia-Romagna. We know where we'll stay the next time we visit this special part of Italy. Luciana's/Casa di Greta of course!

Très contents de notre séjour à la casa Luisa, très propre et bien équipée. Le village est à proximité à pied, et comprend de nombreux commerces et un joli marché le mercredi. Spilamberto est situé juste entre modène et Bologne, ville magnifique. Nous avons adoré nous balader à vélo sur les collines environnantes au milieu des cerisiers en fleurs, des vignes et des patûrages verdoyants, avec toujours en fond de vallée la rivière du Panaro... un très bel endroit. Un grand merci à Gianlucca.

Very nice location in the forest with lots of hiking options, wildlife to observe and great garden to relax in. A very nice welcome by the hosts!
